Cynthias approach is very clinical and is not much different from that of a physician or nurse. This is a good thing since the south remains mired in blind religiosity and social stigma. She is perhaps a little pricey, but quality doesnt come cheaply.

I have been to a few other electrolysis in Vestavia and Birmingham area. I suffer from PCOS and have had electrolysis on and off for many years. Cynthia is by far the most knowledgeable in her field. She was very professional, the office was extremely clean and very private. I havent seen any hair return nor do I have any scarring like I did with the others. Cynthia is the ONLY electrolysis I will see going forward.

I had been coming here for over 18 months and had never missed a single appointment. The tech Cynthia is rude and pessimistic! I should have followed my gut. For my last appointment I show up and wait outside the whole 30 mins of my appointment. I texted that I was there how it says to do on the sign, no response. I called and got VM. No response. So I decided to wait til a minute after my appointment time was over and NOTHING. It seemed like the place was closed. the lights were off and since there was no communication I figured something came up. For a second, I hoped she was okay. Well, when Im half way to somewhere else she texts me to come in. I told her where I was but that I could back, again no response. At 1030pm that night she charged my account $40 for the 15 minute appointment that I showed up for and that SHE DIDNT. She manually ran that charge since this was a system generated appointment but she wouldn’t return my textsAt that time either. Next morning, I reached out again, hoping she would reverse and explain it was an error. Instead, She told me it was like a drs office and that my appointment is mine no matter what and that she didnt cancel it so her time is to be paid. At this point I realized I wasn’t dealing with someone reasonable and told her I would get my money back, which I did. Im more shocked that she would lose a regular client over one session that she was 100% responsible for losing. I was so ready to come see her again had she not been so unprofessional and just plain terrible. I then come to find out there are better and more affordable places to go. Thank you for saving me money in the long wrong with your behavior!

I am fairly new to electrolysis and only wish a friend would have mentioned this type of treatment sooner. My next appointment makes 4 treatments and so far I have been very pleased. Cynthia does a terrific job!

Cynthia is the best in the area. I have tried other electrologists and found that she gets faster results with less discomfort. Highly recommend!
