Just went in Head Start in Pelham. Had my mask on all the workers had masks on. The shop was spotlessAnd sterile. Every one was so sweet and professional. My whole family goes there. Great place

Mary is one of the hair stylist and always takes her time getting the perfect haircut. I have never seen a unhappy customer when i am there. You can make an appointment (preferred) but walk ins are welcome too. I wouldnt trust anyone else since i have been going there for over 3 years now.

The stylist today was very rude and would not allow us to explain how we want our hair cut and kept saying ok ok ok really fast in the middle of trying to explain. Then after showing her a picture she cuts both of my sons hair exactly how she wanted it because apparently she just can’t do what is in the picture at all and didn’t look anything like the picture(a little different would have been ok). One of my sons hair was completely buzzed all one length like he was joining the army and he didn’t even have but an half inch of hair on top and bold on sides yet she left spots around the face and back of head that were twice as long as the rest and I had to have her fix that. My other son tells me that while trying to explain how he wants it she tells him to just sit down and now he has no side burns. Now I see why the place is empty!
