Service was great! The tech was very professional and knowledgeable of the products being used. She was also Covid19 safe.

Erin is the absolute best! I used to go see her when she was at the Alabaster store and was so sad when she left. But I am thrilled she is back with Ulta at the Hoover location. She is an excellent brow artist and so fun to be around. I don’t let anyone touch my brows now but her and look forward to my next visit every time. I don’t have enough good things to say!
