My hair feels and looks so much better. He even suggested a good Paul Mitchell shampoo that I love now! Definitely recommend 👌

Great job at covid19 prevention.Temp check at door, wash hands first both stylists and guest, cleaned floor and all items in booth area, each area separated as individual area, number of guests allowed in at one time ENFORCED. Face masks on everyone and still got great trim around ears.Besides great haircut this is the place to go to feel safe.Would give higher points if available.Miss Roberta though.but Brandon and Pasha gave great cuts.++++++++++ then more

Told the lady to cut half inch off the top and she took 1 inch off instead. Told her to fade the sides. The fade still had hard lines in it. Wasn’t really much of a fade. Would steer clear of this place. Dont know where that lady got her license to cut hair.

Got a mans haircut for $12 because it was a Tuesday and they had a deal going that day. Normally they are $14 which is still a reasonable price. The stylist did a good job and was friendly and the place is being as safe as possible by following all the Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Roberta was great! She was polite and went the extra mile. My son and I had to go get my sons haircut fixed BY Roberta and she truly saved his head lol. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because the first cut was so bad. I wish I knew her name but only can describe her as a black female with long red hair.

The reason is I checked in and my Daughter asked if she get a haircut I took her in and the Manager got mad and told me she dosent have time to cut her hair. Because she didnt check in but there was 4 that check in and out of the 4 people there was just me one out of the four that was in there at the the time of my Daughter trying to her my haircut. And when the manager asked me if my Daughter is going to get her haircut I told her no because she didnt check in the manager got upset when my Daughter wasnt getting a haircut I have never had any problems with anybody there at all.

Extremely clean, and excellent customer service. They literally were doing everything they could possibly do to keep that place spic and span clean with antibacterial solutions to prevent covid19 from being spread inside their place. I would definitely go back and will in the future.

I take my toddler here for haircuts. We had gone two times before yesterday and they had no problem with him not being able to wear a mask. He is 2 years old and for his age he does not have to wear a mask yet according to the mask guidelines in Alabama not to mention he will just pull it off. Yesterday when I took him for a haircut the manager refused service because he wont wear a mask. I believe for his age its more of a risk for him to have a face covering considering he is a baby. I took him to another Great Clips at a different location and they had no problem cutting his hair without a mask and didnt even ask him to wear one. So if you have a baby dont take them to this location because they wont cut their hair without a mask. Rules should be the same across the board dont pick and choose when you feel like cutting a childs hair. It isnt his fault he cant wear a mask he doesnt even understand what they are for.

When I thanked the gentleman on the phone for confirming their hours of operation, he just hung up the phone without further ado. Quite rude if you ask me. But thats fine. Ill go elsewhere.

New and clean. Different from most barber shops/ salons in because of the sport theme but its cool.The hot towel and head massage with the shampoo felt amazing and the lady that did my cut and style was professional and courteous.I actually got all this for free (I did tip) since I was scrolling through Facebook news feed and they had a legit grand opening first cut free coupon so that saved 20$. Ive been here a bunch of times and had haircuts from several different stylists. One was good enough, the others were great. So almost all my experienced here are great. I recommend it. My 2 little boys also get haircuts here and the stylists do great work on them. Cant beat the price either.

Usually a good place to get a haircut. Stylist was rushing to get to next client. I think he may of been one of her regulars. When I got home I noticed the left side was much longer than the right. It looks like she stopped mid haircut.

Ive been in several times, and had different stylists...all did a good job, doing their version of what I asked for, and nice about it. A salon is all about finding who does the job you like. I found the manager Courtney does mine the way I love! Ill say again, each stylist does their own spin off on hair. Just because you dont like what one does, doesnt mean they do a bad job. Its no different than eating at a restaurant and complaining about the food because its just not your taste

I went in for a shampoo and cut around 1:00 on a Friday. There were only two beauticians on duty; one was already engaged with a customer. There was one customer waiting at the register to be checked in. I took my place in line, prepared to wait. The other beautician checked the first customer in, who had two children needing haircuts. The beautician proceeded to set-up a child booster seat for the children and called one of them to the chair, leaving me standing at the register waiting to be checked in. All I expected was for her to take my info and I would have sat down to wait my turn, but she ignored me. I left and wont go back. The sign says drop-ins welcome but I didnt feel very welcome.

Marchelle (sorry if Ive spelled that wrong) is a god among introverted people who want their hair cut. He cut my -an introvert- hair so well and without askING ANY AWKWARD QUESTIONS. It. Was. Amazing. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be going back to him every time. He was super professional and did so well with my hair when I only had a vague concept of what I wanted. He navigated my want to say as little as possible with expert interpretation. Hands down BEST experience getting a hair cut EVER. I can not rave enough about how awesome it was to not have to embarrass myself trying to make small talk. Absolutely exceptional. And there was another woman there who was cutting the hair of a scared toddler and she did so well despite his wiggling and whining. They both, toddler and hair dresser, handled it like the pro-est of champs. This place deserves diamonds, people. Seriously.

Honestly the worst haircut I have ever received in my life. In the past I have went to Great Clips in Pinson, and they have done a spectacular job, but this one not so much. I am now searching how to make my hair grow out faster, because I will honestly be embarrassed to walk outside for the next 2-3 weeks. Time to invest in hats.

I went to this Great Clips a few years ago and the stylist cut off way more than I asked. It was a cute cut, but not what I asked for. I decided to try again yesterday and my cut was very uneven. I called this morning and a different stylist named Jamie asked if I would please come in and she would fix it. She was great. She agreed with my assessment of unevenness and spent a lot of time going through all of my thick hair to make sure it was right. Jamie has been there for over 10 years and she would be the one I would request if I go back there. At the end, she thanked me for coming back in and allowing her to fix it (and there was no charge). The lady cut my daughters hair uneven. I came in the get 3 in off. She has straight thin hair. It should have been an easy cut. When I got home I noticed one side was 1-2 in longer than the other. I would have gone back to get it corrected, but decided to let a professional fix it. My mom warned me about these walk on salons. I will NEVER go back here again.

Ill just cut to the chase..Upon my last visit I dealt with one of the rudest ppl in any form of business in this establishment. I found out today that her name is Roberta, and she is the new manager. I walked in and I asked about a certain stylist who I always try to go with. She informed me that he had left for the day. I then asked if Dan R was the only one ahead of me since it showed his name on the monitor..She replies by saying What are you talking about? in an obnoxious loud manner..I DIDNT want her to cut my hair, but she asked if I was ready and I didnt want to wait..I sit in the chair and she asks..you plan on taking your hat off anytime soon? She barely spoke after that and rushed through.She..was..HORRIBLE..I would never give my money to a business that has someone like her as a manager..I will not come back and Im someone who had been going there for years.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A FADE. I HAD A CRAPPY FADE THAT I WOULD NOT WISH UPON ANYONE.I asked for a low skin fade with a trim on my top because I like my top longer than my sides. There was a lady there who seemed to not speak good English. And everyone who was waiting was there for some other hairdresser except for her. Me being in a hurry. I went in and saw this and said oh well she’s available I’ll just get her too. So I told her I wanted a 2 on the sides and to far it up from there with a trim on the top then we walked to the chair. Immediately, she breaks out a 1 and goes to town on the sides of my hair. At this point I look up from awsner I g a text on my phone I’m at a major high and tight. I ASKED FOR A LOW SKIN FADE. I kept saying “fade. Fade the sides please, fade the sides.” I’m not sure if hairdressers know what a fade is. But everywhere else I’ve been seemes to have it down pat. She spoke in one and two word sentences like “good? More? This okay? You pay?” Im generally not a mean person and I hate writing reviews like this, but DO NOT GO HERE FOR FADES. I will get a barber to fix it later. As I only have one barber and do not venture out to other places due to the fact that I like my hair cut just right, I will not be returning here.LEARN HOW TO FADE

Not so good at haircut. If you want a normal haircut then it might be okay. But, they cant do a perfect cut. But, still they are cheaper than others.

I Dont know how they are with adults since never used them, but never take your kid there. The first question I asked when i walked in is if they know how to deal with kids. They said yes. Girl started doing my 2 yr old hair. He was quiet. Just a minnute after him becomming fussy and crying. She stopped and said sorry she cant do it. I asked her to let me finished, she refused giving me tools. I asked her why did she say she knows how to handle kids from begining and asked for a manager. Although the manager was there from beginning and witnessed everything, she was rude. When i went to pay only one nice man works there offered the fix the issue once he is done with his client. As i was speaking with him, manager starting shutting me so she could talk with a different customer. She rudely told me she was not going to charge me and she wants me to quiet till she talks with other customer. I informed hrr that i was talking with the other guy and that it was not her business to quiet me down. And since she said she was not going to charge me, i was done with their BS and left. To the manager: if you think by telling me rudlly you will not charge me and ask me to quiet, for info, I could come and buy the whole salon. Do learn how to talk to people next time. Sons hair is awful now. Name change suggestion: awful clips

I usually cut my own hair,but decided to stop in at Great Clips,the lady that cut my hair was nice and kind and we had great conversation,but what she failed to do was edge around my forehead and temples. I had to edge them myself when I got home.

Bad experience at this place. Half the employees know what they are doing and the other half dont listen to your requests at all. One guy literally cut off twice as much hair as I asked him to. I totally would not recommend anyone getting their hair cut here.
