Decided to give these guys a try in hopes of improving my function. The medical provider was honest is letting me know my potential outcomes of different treatments considering what I have been using. Decided to go with their version of wave therapy earlier this year (about 4 months ago). It really helped to strengthen the effects of the medications I was already on and I can tell my natural blood flow has improved. Again, just speaking for myself here but these guys are worth checking out to see what kinds of options would be suitable for you.

I was so nervous going into my first visit at the office as my concerns, like most, are very private. I spent the first few minutes filling out my intake form before meeting with a care coordinator and the doctor. The doctor and care coordinator took interest in my concerns and recommended a plan that included medication to address what I was hoping to fix. I felt very comfortable upon leaving my consultation and feeling hopeful. Something to keep in mind: insurance does not cover services that the clinic offers, however, what I do pay out of pocket for is beyond worth it compared to what I was getting through my regular doctor, which was not working too well.

Happy to give a review! Dr. Arakaki great. Very nice, cordial, observant, and above all professional. His staff know me when I walk in the door and treat me throughout the service obtained as a friend. The results of the treatment have been better than expected. Sometimes when you consider this kind of treatment, a person can be quite skeptical. Theres certainly no need in this case. The practice is very professionally run office very clean and results are as certain as you want them to be.

I’ve been a happy patient here for six-years and counting. Thanks to their treatment, I’m in the best shape of my life! With increased energy, strength, endurance, recovery, and sexual performance, I’m excited to grow old. Is that weird? It takes time and every month is better than the last. BEST DECISION. These guys will work with you to get you to your goal. Very professional and friendly. The DR and his staff do a great job and are very precise. Some places will just prescribe you medication and then you’re on your own but the staff here will monitor your process and guide you towards your goal

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! Aloha everyone I am writing this to discourage you if you are considering to participate in Testosterone treatment plan. In all appearances the Clinic seems to be all about to help make a better you. Do not be fooled. They tie you into an expensive treatment contract and clearly mention you may cancel at anytime with no repercussions. This is untrue. Several months had gone by and I started getting side effects...it started with tingling numbing sensations to my fingertips..than to my toes..than one day full blown numbness to the left side of my body..it scared me enough to go to the Emergency Room. A huge bill despite insurance. Several days later I went to see my doctor who informed me to get off the Testosterone plan. I went back to the clinic...informed them of the side effects and mentioned what my Doctor said.....and the employee basically said shes a woman doctor she has no idea what shes talking about and women doctors tend to discourage our clinic. The employee wen ton to say you should take a little break from the shots but strongly suggested I continue despite my side effects. I took several days to consider both recommendations. My primary doctor has my health in mind so I decided to go with her advice. I wrote an email to cancel the treatment plan and now the Clinic has threatened to get a collections agency on me. Believe me. DO not go here! They only care about money...they are not in the business of caring about your personal health.

Ive been a member of their testosterone program for over a year now and am really happy with what these guys do. I was skeptical at first and it took a little while for the medicine to kick in but once it did I really started to notice a difference. Especially in the gym and with my energy levels. The guys in the clinic make it all really easy to understand and are all very professional too. I definitely recommend these guys to all of my friends.

I suffered two knee injuries and had a long recovery ahead. I saw Dr. Arakawa and began my treatment to try to strengthen my bones. Eventually my knees recovered and I walk normally and run. Im practicing to run the Honolulu Marathon this year.Also, I have lost a lot of weight and my blood pressure is lower, I have no issues with cholesterol or blood sugar. Im a very happy customer. 🌝

I have been going to Universal Mens Clinic since they started five years ago and have been overall satisfied with their support and help. There have been times twhen there were some sudden changes that came about, but throughout the process I have always been able to talk and work things out with them. Jonathan and Justin and the HNL office staff have always gone out of their way to work with me and keep me coming back. I dont know about the head management but at least the people who are on the ground serving local patients do their best to keep patients satisfied.

Since starting therapy I have a a boost in energy, emotions and improved performance. I would recommend it to anyone.

Always quick and easy experience when there for an appointment. The whole staff is great, always there for you when you have a question or concern.

Been going for a couple years seems to have lowered my blood pressure to when I was in my 30s I also train at the gym so original reason I went was because my five to six day a week training was becaming increasingly difficult but after hrt Theropy I seem to be abile to train five days a week without the huge energy crash at the end of week.
