Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii is the BEST place to have procedures done! Everyone is so nice, friendly and very professional. Making appointments and check-in was very easy. All of the nurses, the nurse anesthetist and Dr. Lisehora ( my hero), are so caring and really concerned about your comfort. This was not my first visit, but I will always choose Endoscopy Institute for procedures that can be done there. Thank you to all!

Convenient, clean, calming atmosohere. Procedure was quick. Much more pleasant than home prepping for the procedure. Lol.

The facilities are very, nice (bamboo flooring, furnishings and artwork). The Institute’s staff, Malinda, is very personable and the pre-written instructions were very concise. When checking in for today’s procedure, the staff was multitasking but handled the patients well. Both Medical Resident and MD were very cordial, professional and listened to my concerns. The anesthesiologist, Joan was successful in starting the catheter for the IV insertion (2 prior attempts were made by another staff member but it was not successful (ouch!). Luckily another RN Cami was standing by to assist Joan, just in case. “Third times a charm”, Cami stayed by my bedside (my lucky charm 🍀) and Joan worked her magic. Yes, she even taped my IV in place, offered me a warm blanket and in detail, wheeled me into the operating room and explained what she was doing every step of the way. We even chatted…now that’s multitasking. She made me feel at ease because of the uncomfortable procedure done 10 years ago in another medical facility. “Knocked out. Procedure Done. Come to”. Upon discharge, RN Sunni also worked her charm with her bright & sunny personality. In a few days, Cedric Lorenzo, MD will be going over my results. The Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii is top notched. Great place to go for a unpleasant but necessary procedure. The staff there was very professional and friendly. They made the visit quick and painless. Dr. Minami did an excellent job and completed the procedure perfectly. Mahalo.

Very positive experience at Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii. I definitely felt safe and cared for by nurses Jennifer and Janice and the anesthesiologist MJ. My doctor explained everything afterwards and I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommended!

Courteous, personable, and caring staff and physician. Facility is clean and tidy. I highly recommend.

Clean, new, and professional. The nurses and anesthesiologist are great. My only suggestions are that the lobby could be warmer and the wait time shorter.
