If only the Hawaii State Senate Medical Committee would stop stonewalling the peoples access to their pain relief! Again our 2017-18 Hawaii 329 Marijuana Medical Cards are useless until the State of Hawaii opens the Dispensaries for the people! This is my opinion and no one even asked for it!!!!
