I went to Concentra Urgent Care for my pre employment drug s and even during the Covid-19 pandemic, their procedures were SAFE and THOROUGH!!! The wait want long at all and their office was clean!!! I would give them 6 stars if I could!!!

Didn’t need to fill out too many papers and the wait wasn’t too long. Hoping its the same when I go back again for a random drug test. After, you just need to wait in another room and wait for your name to be called. I felt comfortable doing the test and not have to worry about others watching you. I understand the point of them doing so, but I’m not too dumb to cheat the test. Other than that, it was a fast and easy drug test.

Friendly staff and doctors. Take pride in there work and reason you are there for. Make sure you make appointment or may wait a while but overall. Friendly staff and try to check you in for the reason your appointment there for. Parking lot for use too makes it easy to park car.

One star off only because personal belongings were required to be left outside of restroom while samplewas being collected, which is understandable, but cabinet was not secured. Would have been 5 stars if there was the ability to lock belongings while out of my sight.

The care of the staff is excellent, it’s just the waiting took too long to see the physician and staff to schedule visits

Very well organized, and fast service. Even with the large amount of people there at once I was still able to get in and out in a timely manner. I needed to get a pre-employment drug screen done and it was nice and quick.

Concentra:Parking is an absolute nightmare. I counted about 12 chairs for patients in their lobby area. Their parking lot should’ve been more than enough to accommodate this amount of patients. That was not the case. Street parking is an option but being that it’s located in an industrial area with active road construction going on, that was not an option. I parked illegally.Wait time: It took 30 mins to be seen for an audiology appointment. That portion lasted about 5 mins. Rad Tech then says I need to see the doctor and that I’ll have to wait 1 hour to be seen. She was nice enough to let the doctor know that I had to go back to work. I was seen within 10 mins.Check Out: The check out system should be prioritized. Some patients needed extra paper work signed, filed, etc. Some needed to be put away. I waited another 15 mins for them to say I’m ok to go. More wasted time.Courtesy: Staff was really nice and friendly.Overall: 2/5. You can’t be seen if you can’t park your car. Wait times could be reduced.

The staff provided excellent care, although there is something incredibly wrong with how their productivity is executed— I arrived at 0730 in efforts to get a simple pre work health screening. It took 3.5 hours to be even be seen by the physician for my physical. There was also no disinfecting of chairs, after public/patient use. It is currently 1110 and I must wait in order to be “checked out.”The timeliness, and tidiness of this facility is non existent. The 5 star reviews are definitely automated, and fake.

Visited Concentra for a Pre-Emploment Drug test last week!! Everything went smoothly. From the time I got there and signed in until finish. Everyone was focused and friendly. It was so organized and stress free!! I felt so thankful and happy!

I WOULD GIVE A 0 start if possible!I intentionally made an appointment so I would not wait in line for a walk-in check up. I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR TWO-2 HOURS before I could do a simple fit test!

I went at 4pm and got turned away by the guy at the front desk. He asked me what my issue was and I said testicular pain and he said sorry we are behind so you’ll have to go to the hospital. Unfortunately, that’s where I just came from after a long wait. Is it even legal to turn a guest away at 4pm? You close at 5pm. Wild experience.

Each employee I had an interaction with was very friendly and professional. A smooth experience all the way around!

As it was very busy, the whole process took about 45 minutes. My staff person was not friendly. When I was walking to my car afterwards, I noticed that you had put a wrong date for my birthdate. When I pointed it out, I was told it was too late to change it and they will call my employer directly. Poor service.

Much improved over time from 20 years ago. Covid forces everyone to apply clamps, but it isnt too bad here. The male tech posted outside was friendly and efficient, the ladies inside the same. In and out for a drug test in 20 minutes. Nothing to complain about there. As all around.

The skinny young guy was very rude and expected me to know what i was doing like yes i can actually put away my personal belongings and whether to stay next to him or he wants me to go back to where i was sitting and wait for him there. He can talk but he was acting like a mute person. His customer service was very poor. Like he didn’t want to be there. He looked like he was dragging himself when he walk. Other staff was nice except this guy.

Facilities are so so. Like the usual clinic. Its just that I need to wait for an hour just for the urine for my drug test. But other than that, all is good. Staff are accommodating and if Im not mistaken, most of them were Filipinos.

Everything was very well organized, from checking in all the way to the end of my appointment. Staff was also on point! Got out of there roughly in about 1/2 hr.

Very quick and efficient lab. The clinicians and personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient and there was ample parking when I went there. Minimal wait times.

The staff was very polite & courteous, starting with the person at the door, where we checked in,, at the counter to submit the paperwork, & the technician ,who administered the test. To having to do this to thousands of people and maintain professional is Great!

The experience at Concentra was mostly good except for the very long waits after signing in and after being called in with 5 patients. Other than that the staff was great and friendly. When called for my test it only took me less than 5 minutes to complete. I waited for two and a half hours to do the test. Maybe it could be improved.

Concentra was contracted be Allied Universal Security to perform new hire drug testing. Due to a timeline, prospective applicants tried to get their test done as soon as possible. Apparently this overloaded the only test site. The solution was for Concentra to limit Allied testing to 20 clients per day. Totally unacceptable. I had to wait in a line two hours to guarantee my test would be done. The ePass was time sensitive, within 48 hours once generated. A fellow worker was unable to meet this guideline and was turned away 3 times. She would only be there in the afternoon, but 20 Allied people were already tested. Poor coordination by Concentra, poor decisions by Concentra, absolutely NO communication between Concentra and Allied recruiting. As for the testing staff, well done!

I like your doctors they were real nice

Im still here going on THREE hours andcounting. If it wasnt for the necessity of doing this for a job I wouldnt wait. Thank goodness I brought my son because theres no way I wouldve been able to all the way back to Nanakuli to grab him for practice in town at 4pm. I got here at 9:16 am. Currently is 12:30 pm and all I need is a physical and drug test. If you need to get anything done here get here as soon as they open because you will need a whole day to get it done.

I recently went to Concentra by Nimitz for a routine drug and alcohol screening. The place was clean. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. And I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

A great place to do your urgent care and very kind people who will help you in your needs.

Got to concentra @11am, the parking…there was none. 25 minutes after arriving & driving around to look for parking, I was fortunate someone was leaving & flagged me down to give me their street parking.I get to The line to check-in @11:30 & the line was out the door & the line extended down the sidewalk & into the grass.After filling out the forms & submitting it, I waited longer, just to be called forward around noon & told that the wait is over 2 hours & that concentra would call me to come back.The employee even made sure they had my correct contact number.So I leave, 3 hours go by without a call.I called concentra multiple times, no answer.I left concentra a voicemail, no call return.So I drove back to concentra clinic at 3:30 (because they close at 5p) just to be told at the front desk, that they didnt know they had to call me back.Then again, despite their fault, I had to wait longer to be seen.I Wasnt put in an actual room until 5pm & wasnt seen by the doctor until 5:15-5:20, (again they close at 5p).Then I didnt leave until 6:30-7 when all the paperwork & final documents were given to me.I’m grateful to have been seen. But I recommend going to another urgent care for better patient care, faster results, better communication, & open phone lines where someone answers.

It took nearly 3.5 hours after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor for about 2 minutes.

Went there for a pre- employment drug screening. It should have taken no longer then 15 minutes tops. But it took an hour and a half it was ridiculous. They want you to be 6 feet apart outside then you get inside and sit 4 feet apart and walk together side by side in the hallways. It really makes no sense at all.

Ill try to summarize. Had to stop by for a pre-employment screening and physical. Had to pee twice after they gave me the wrong test. Almost sent me home without the exam. Nobody checked me out at the end (I kind of just ended up wandering out).Then, without any attempt to contact me through email, phone, or text. Told the employer that they couldnt get in touch with me. Great first impressions at a new job! I finally got the information from the employer to contact them. After being on disconnected the first time and starting the process over. I was able to get them to release the information that I had already given consent to share with the employer.

Clean place.. It was quick. All the staff that i met are nice..Very Friendly..

My experience at Concentra today was crazy. I checked in at 9:50 AM for my 10 AM PT. After completing my PT I waited for my recheck appointment with Dr. Chan. My appointment was for 11 AM I was not seen till 12 noon. Once the mail nurse took me into my room I waited for about five minutes before Dr. Chan came in he spread the papers for my file on the table and asked how I was I told him how my back was really sore and I was still having really bad headaches he immediately asked the nurse to bring an ice pack in a Toradol shot and I never saw him again after that. The nurse came in and gave me the ice pack and the shot and said I could wait outside for check out. I never even had a chance to tell the doctor that The pain medication that was given to me last week did not even work and that I would need something stronger. He didn’t even check my range of motion absolutely nothing very disappointed.

The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. The doctor was also very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them again.

I went to this place to perform a drug test. Told me it was going to take an hour. I asked when was the best time to come back when youre not so busy. They told me when they open at 7. The care itself was OK, its just the wait time to do an employment screening drug test was ridiculously long, especially when the whole point of the test is to urinate and you get there and have to wait over an hour to do so, after drinking lots of fluid to be prepared for the test.

Wait for testing was too long but once inside testing was fast.

I saw Dr. Adolph for a DOT Physical. His exact words when he walked into the exam room were “do you have a mental problem?”. Can’t recommend this place to anyone.

The wait is too long to see a dr and for the dr to examine you. Both visits lasted 4 hrs each with Dr Chan. He put me back to work the next day on pain meds. I called in sick because I couldnt drive I was dizzy & sleepy. He doesn’t know my medical history and didnt listen when I told him about my spinal arthritis so he can treat me correctly.The drs only care about getting you to back to work and not your physical health. It takes to long to get the proper treatment. Been waiting for message & chiropractic care.

They were great quicker then usual & very helpful & have great attitude.

This place is excellent cause the staff truly cares for you and the kind of condition that you are in. They help you and they are concerned on how you should be treated. I say all of this as I only went there for a drug test but the way they helped others and still attended to me is amazing and I give the staff 100% respect and two thumbs up with five stars. Thank you to everyone in Concentra Urgent Care. Please show them respect and they will show you a great response back.

Concentra is very busy so relax, your gonna be there a minute. The staff is awesome, but not if your edgy or gotta be someplace else.. Dont be stressed, it will take longer its what always happens. Remember we need them. Awesome staff and doctors.

I was scheduled for blood draw in the afternoon only to drive there and find out my kit for the blood draw is not ready and the draw should be done in the mornings. Why would the nurses schedule my appointment in the afternoon if they knew it was supposed to be done in the afternoon. Wasted time and fuel for this. I wish I had an option. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont recommend anyone going to Concentra Urgent Care. I made an appointment and my time was not valued.I had a 1045 appointment, I arrived at 1030. Implanted paper work, I wasn’t seen for Triage until 1110. I waited 45 mins after being Triaged, then OVER an hour in the room. I did not leave the office until 1:50. The Dr. Simone, was very nice. She was quick yet thorough with her exam.

Called during COVID to get hours of operation and couldn’t get a person to pick up phone. Left a voicemail to have someone call back. Never received a phone call back. Took a chance and it was luckily open. Once in clinic everyone was professional.

Turned me away because they arent an immediate care facility, even though urgent care is in the name

Nothing wrong with medical aids but they dont have enough to support the waves of people coming in. I was waiting for 30 mins for a fit test. From start to Finish took about 3 hours. 3 Frickin hours to do a 5 min fit test, 2 min eye exam. I dont know about you but time is money. And if Im waiting you wasting my time and my money.

The only reason why it’s not a one star is because the nurses were really nice a friendly. I’m mad because I did so much waiting. All I had to do was a urine test, check my vitals, weight and high. And it took about two hours! I also had to do some stretches for the doctor but the doctor seemed like he was over it. As soon as he walked in he had an attitude and just “wanted to get it over with”

Staff was a little confused when I checked in as self-pay and requested a Varicella titer and MMR booster vaccination. It was clarified and I got what was needed. April R., Medical Services Specialist, did a great job!

I went late in the afternoon on Friday before a holiday day and everybody was so chill and helpful and friendly I had to do a drug test for employment with the feds and they made this drug test the most uneventful one I ever had thank you for that I got to pee in peace LOL keep up the good work

The staff is polite and very helpful, though expect wait times that exceed even your local DMV. I had been postponed for a total of five hours before ultimately being summoned to complete a fifteen minute assesment.

Showed up at 8:30 today for a 5min drug test but couldn’t find parking anywhere within a mile of the facility. The front lawn must have had 20 people waiting in line to get in. I guess I’m in store for a super long walk plus hours long wait for my 5min test...
