Five stars just isnt enough. I found the Honolulu Wellness Center on Google, I read all of their very clear information and instructions, I filled out the pre-appointment application, I then text the number they provided, and BAM, I got a text reply within minutes(!), and an appointment right away along with specific instructions and location directions which proved to be very exact and simple to follow. I then emailed my medical evidence and asked if it was enough, and again, BAM, I got a reply right away stating that yes, the evidence I had was enough. Upon arrival I was greeted by a most kind and respectful receptionist who had me fill out a few very simple forms (typical medical questionnaire), and then right away I got to meet the director, Paul, who is as nice a person you would ever want to meet. He collected my medical evidence and ID, and then he introduced me to a very pleasant, topnotch doctor, a prominent SURGEON, in fact, who reviewed my health history, wrote a few things down, and approved my receiving a 329. And then Paul got on the Hawaii State web site, he filled out the form FOR ME and submitted all that needed submitting, and again, BAM, it was all done. It was a very simple and most pleasant experience, and Paul is such a good guy who truly believes like I do, that, indeed, medical cannabis is the best medicine available for my health issues. I can assure you I will ONLY go to Paul and the Honolulu Wellness Center for my future annual renews, forever and ever. I am soooooo glad Google led me to Paul and the staff of the Honolulu Wellness Center, and I highly encourage you to do the same. Its first class, 5+ stars all the way, you have my word.

This review is based on my experience with Dr. Paul Klink. It all started when I was contacting him regarding about renewing my medical card. When he answered the phone, something seemed different about him. He didnt seem to be very concerned about my well being nor did he provide me with proper information about medical benefits. Another red flag popped up when he started asking me about a cash app that I never heard of before. I told him I didnt want to use the cash app and he seemed quite displeased with that response. I then proceeded to give him my credit card information and that was my biggest mistake. From there, everything went into a downward spiral.I never heard from him ever again. I never received an email regarding my renewal, I constantly checked and waited for months. Now it is clear to me that he will never send me my renewal and that I was scammed.

Paul is super quick with the renewal process. This year though I had problems getting my card through the DOH. They had told me they had nothing on file with my card expiring in a few days. I quickly called Paul because I was concerned. He took the time to reassure me that he would look into it. Within the day he sent me a copy of my card to my email and made sure that I received it. I wont say that this experience was painless (due to DOH) but thanks to his help everything was resolved and I wont have to worry anymore. Honestly cant thank him enough for his help with resolving things.I would say that if you dont get an email from the DOH with your card then just call him cause he was more than willing to help me from his side. Sometimes things just get lost in the process and just need some time to be sorted out.

Wow I feel robbed. The doctor paul took 176$ from me and never bothered to submit my application kept me waiting for months before I finally caught onto this fraudulent scheme. All this time I thought it was coming in the mail!

I was skeptical from the very start I was trying to get a quote up front and they wouldnt give me a price over the phone. I set up an appointment to meet with Dr. Klink and it was all laughter and smiles until he rang me up the final price of the visit over 200$! Wow wasnt expecting that since my friend was telling me about a referral deal he could of got me. I got over it though honestly the fact that I spent 70$ more than I should of didnt bother me at all. No its actually the fact that he never took the initiative to submit my application until I realized months later when I hadnt received my card yet. Failure on the doctors part I will never come to this place again. I tried to contact him thru his cell and ignored my calls so I look forward to confronting him in person. What he has going on is similar to a pyramid scheme and is on the VERGE of COLLAPSING very soon. I will pray for you doctor my best wishes go out to you... Im sure there is some sick demented reason behind why you would do this to me.

They also offer classes and functions (no charge to their patients) to further educate you on how to manage your pain, such as cooking, tincture making, and many other beneficial remedies for their clients. Efficiency is an issue when it comes to finding a reputable business establishment in this arena of God sanctioned (in Genesis) non pharmaceutical wellness plant based product to assist those suffering from chronic pain, cramps, anxiety, PTSD, Issues with Muscular problems, Arthritis...For most of my life since I could remember I suffered from mental and physical abuse. For over 12 years I have tried to find medical relief, I was feeling ecstatic when I discovered Dr. Jimenez, after calling without avail only to recently discover Dr. J passed away, and the new Dr. B wasn’t forwarded my records upon his unfriendly “hostile” departure from the Ewa Beach Clinic. Previously I’ve gone as far as submitted X-rays of arthritis forming in neck and shoulders (and I hate being radiated), I’ve submitted myself to Kaiser’s Pain Management Program who referred me to get a medical marijuana card because my Religious exemption status would not apply in the upcoming future.Thank you Honolulu Wellness Center for taking the initiative to bring sanity to this exciting new industry.May God bless you, your family and your organizations efforts.

We live in Honolulu and found this clinic through Ohana and now have learned so much from the associates of this center. My other-half has even taken a patient advocate role to help too since hes been helped so much by using his 329 Registration Card for medicine for years. Without that medicine he cant sleep, is in magnified pain and gets cloudy from all the other prescribed medication, whereas when hes on the 329 Registration Card medications is clearer, has less pain and sleeps like a baby. Honestly I was told my card would come in no later than 7 business days. Well here we are almost 3 weeks later still No card. I prefer to keep my identity confidential to avoid any problems or harassment. I was also overcharged and am not satisfied with this whole process. I was lied to simple as that. Nothing they say can make me take this review down.

5 stars hands down, I got into a really bad accident back in May of this year. Broke both of my femurs and I was sick and tired of taking all of these pills and was always in pain, when I got there braddah man made my day, crack some jokes wit me, cheered me up and even gave me some information that I didn’t even know about this amazing herb. Honolulu Wellness Centers staff and management are full of Aloha, information, and compassion for my medical conditions. Cancer, pulmonary , severe pain, (non-covered diagnoses including insomnia, stress, and anxiety.) and follow-up. The owner, Paul even accompanied me to my first visit to a dispensary and brought me to all three on Oahu and filled in my registration information at each, introduced me to the staff as his Centers patient, and even wouldnt take one tip. My Ohana and I highly recommend the Honolulu Wellness Center. The only criticism we got is that their office would be easier to find if the 8-foot 4 on the glass wall around the tower entrance was easier to see. Paul Klink and his staff at the Honolulu Wellness Center are simply amazing. I have scoliosis, a pinched nerve, bulging disc and calcium buildup forming spinal fusion, all in my lower back. I did NOT want to get hooked on heavy pain killers like Oxy or anything full of Acetaminophen as all of these are very addictive and destroy your internal organs, especially your liver and kidneys. I was lucky enough to meet Paul and discuss the benefits of Medicinal THC as an alternative to pain. He showed me several different options of e-cig/vapor pens (disposable and rechargeable.) I spoke with my primary doctor (who had already offered to get my my State THC Card) and he agreed it was the best option. So I visited the Honolulu Wellness Center and was very impressed. Their on-site MD went through a thorough series of questions and tests and approved me for my card. Once I received it from the state in less than 2 weeks, I started using the vapor pen for my constant pain (I live at a minimum pain level of 4 and some days its an 8).After Paul took extensive time to tell me about the different strains and Indica vs Sativa, the level of high I would experience with each. I explained to him that I did not like feeling high and had not smoked any THC in 20 years as it made me paranoid (20 years ago). Paul selected 2 different options for me to try and I cant say how amazed I was. I only take 2-3 small hits off the pen around 7:00pm when my back is always at its worst from sitting down in a chair all day at work.The vape pen not only did a better job of any prescription meds Ive been given for the past 3 years, I also did not have any overwhelming of feeling high. No paranoia, no over thinking or anything else negative.It was a fully positive experience. It also made me sleep very well and without any of the groggy side effects I got in the morning when I took a prescription pain meds.THIS IS ALL 100% my true experience!! Ive been using The Honolulu Wellness Centers medicinal help for 4 months now. Im back in the Gym, Ive lost 22 pounds because Im not tired from prescription pain meds and can exercise again. Ive even started doing Sunset Yoga near the Waikiki Aquarium. I can honestly say that its changed my life for the better. I dont smoke during the day, but on the rare occasions that my pain level is high during the day, I take one small toke off the vape pen and no pain, but also no high with just one 2 second pull on the vapor THC pen.Thank you VERY much Honolulu Wellness Center and Paul Klink for helping me change my life.
