It’s a between 3.5-4 star services.First, the price is $160/per person for two hour services.Second, the spa room/decoration is cheap or needs a remodel. The towels/spa robes smell and they should provide softer ones.Third, the highlight of this spa is the ocean massage. It’s a new thing that we did. The ocean message helped muscle and whole body relaxation. I would recommend this part of the services. And it is 5 star.Last, the owner of this place also did services. Our couple massage was rotated. Just be aware that it might run over 2 hours due to the arrangement. At the end of our services, the lady seemed unhappy, but we paid $392 including 18% mandatory tips...

I love the Spa Pure - Honolulu Day Spa experience! The steam shower is great. Shai gave me the best facial of my life & I will definitely be going back to her! We had a great conversation as well. Painless extractions and left my face glowing!

Pleasantly surprised by the service we received. I wouldn’t call it a luxurious spa (the smell’s a bit weird) but the treatment was top notch. The ocean massage is an extremely unique experience that is hard to find elsewhere. You’ll feel like you’re flying. Recommend the couples package that includes the ocean massage or just the ocean massage by itself.

Would be zero stars if possible. Purchased a gift card in December of 2019. Received receipt for payment and family members participated in services. Was then notified later that merchant point of sale did not charge card. Took over 2 months to rectify situation with banks. Take your business to a company with competent staff or risk dealing with incompetence and ignorance.

What I loved most about this place is how you could take it at your own pace. We did a couples massage and bath soak, and it was absolutely glorious. We would definitely do it again! Very professional massage

The spa therapy here is wonderful! I felt very good in their hands. My masseuse found all the sore spots in my body that needed to be worked on, and was able to heal them. I am totally refreshed now and I would recommend their spa therapy to anyone!

$160 for an hour. I asked for a deep tissue on my back, and it was amazing. The rest of the massage was alittle rushed, but I feel really good now.

This is as good as it gets for the excellent price! My girlfriend and I went for a 2.5 hour couple special and it was fabulous. They are very sweet and the massage was excellent. Very relaxing day for two kamaaina who wanted to enjoy a nice holiday massage without having to pay the overpriced Waikiki spa massages.Would definitely return!

I was really satisfied with the quality of their facial. I have never tried a facial before because I thought it was overestimated, but when it is done right, you go home with the feeling you are refreshed. Excellent service, very polite and professional staff, and great prices. I will recommend their facials to everyone.

I bought a lotion from here and I got a terrible skim disease. I had to take medication for 2 weeks, not from an allergic reaction. Would not recommend.

My girlfriend and I came here while on vacation. We enjoyed our time here, but feel it was too expensive. For the couoles treatment we spend approximately $400, just under $200 a person. Weve experienced better spas for cheaper in our home town.Its a nice spa and the service was very cordial. The services were neat as well. We started with the Gorban Yoku, which is essentially a steam box. It was nice and they repeatedly check in on you to make sure that you stay hydrated. After that we did a massage and their ocean massage in which they take you to a small private pool. The ocean massage was nice and different, but nothing mind blowing. Lastly we had a private bath with minerals. They also served iced tea and some Asian ice cream which was good.Esentially we enjoyed ourselves, but feel that it cost too much.
