Booked on phone for a few friend who were in Waikiki and I heard it was great! My only complaint is that lots of businesses like this including this one, “charge” for gratuity as if it’s a necessity and that makes it feel very... slimey in my opinion.I am a street musician, I work for tips… Occasionally I get hired by restaurants or private individuals - when I get hired I don’t say “my fee plus tip” - I just inform them of my fee and if my service goes above and beyond, people are NICE and Generous enough to give me something extra, which I appreciate.The rates are already competitive, my advice would be just to up the price a little bit and stop saying “plus gratuity”, and probably 30 to 60% of the people will give a little extra.

Great clean place . Skilled massasu and facial technician will refresh you completely! Price are great affordable. Facial also cleaned my tired skin she gave me extra anti age care I am so appreciated great owner like her! Massasu sunny and Sumiko are someone know what they doing my injured back feel way better until I get there I couldn’t move well but after 2hrs massage my back felt way better ! Anyone come to hawaii please don’t go to hotel spa they are over priced plus they don’t have skilled massasu like JJ has!!! I guarantee!! Also they have Japanese speakers good for someone want speak Japanese! Reasonable and good price spa is hard to find ! Better make appointment thou ! But they are flexible also !! Must try !Clean too . Warm massage table relax you !

A hidden gem on King Street! My friend purchased their Groupon and I must say it was a lovely experience. What was really nice was the masseuse really understood pressure (which rarely happens).

We had an absolutely relaxing couples massage at JJs. Make sure you have the right place as there are 2 JJs within a mile of each other. We HIGHLY reccomend this place for a relaxing massage treatment.

I was absolutely shocked to find out after I had purchased a Groupon deal to find out they don’t really accept appointments if you have a Groupon. I called twice, and I was told to come in and they will match my price with the one that’s on Groupon. They said yes we can fit you in if you pay us directly and not Groupon. After I was told they have availability a certain time and date the lady said actually, we don’t have any availability for Groupon. Two phone calls, same answer! So unprofessional and awful for your business! Terrible experience!

Staff was friendly enough. Got a couples massage and honestly was mediocre at best. My masseuse had a little bit of bad breath so that didnt help either. Just not up to par with other massages Ive had.
