Worst experience of my life! He was very rude at my appointment not explaining anything to me not even going over my MRI with me. Did my surgery while doing my surgery he fractured the bone above the knee replacement and then assured me that it would be OK to go through with therapy anyway. I was released and went home only to come back days later in pain finding out that the fracture had moved all the way across The top of the replacement. I was admitted to the hospital where they call Dr. Glosser when I asked them not to that I wanted to see a new doctor. When he came in I asked him why would he tell me to go through with therapy if he knew there was a chance that the fracture could move he couldn’t tell me anything just that he thought it would move. I then refused to let him touch me and wanted to be transferred to another hospital to see a different doctor. I was transferred to Baptist Kendall where a wonderful doctor was able to do the surgery to fix my leg and I ended up in a cast for six weeks right after I had a knee replacement. No therapy because of Covid Just a total nightmare. My original knee replacement surgery date was February 18, 2020. My surgery I had to have to fix that surgery was February 27, 2020. I was released from the hospital on March 5, 2020 It is now July 29, 2021 and I still have to have another surgery to remove all of the scar tissue so that I can have the correct range of motion in my leg. Not able to walk correctly even though I went through all of this thanks to Dr. Richard Glosser. I don’t think he treats all of his patients the same he’s very rude when he wants to be.

Very nice staff. Dr Glosser has a horrible bedside manner. Very rude. He was in a hurry and seemed annoyed of my questions.

Excellent customer Service, minimal waiting time, staff always ready to help. Doctor takes time to listen and explain your condition. Physical therapy is amazing, only one section with frozen shoulder and was able to start moving my arm. Excellent services.

The BEST! From Dr to staff. Caring, friendly, respectful, extremely helpful and professional. You feel within in family. Dr is extremely knowledgeable as well as the staff within their role. Will highly recommend Dr. Glosser and his staff.

Dr. Glosser was very professional, focusing in on the source of my complaint - Rt Knee - and had me scheduled for arthroscopic surgery within a matter of several weeks. The clinical attention leading up to the surgery was thorough and went smoothly. The surgery went exactly as Dr. Glosser described it would and the results have been fantastic! Therapy was actually a pleasure with extremely capable, competent technicians administering the recovering protocol.

Good doctor, did an excellent job on my knee surgery last year, and Im still doing well. The best surgery I have had. I got my life back and ready for him to fix the other knee

The very friendly and attentive staff took care of finding a fast appointment for me and treated my condition with the urgency I felt myself it needed and they even exceeded. The doctor did the same thing for me very attentive, took care of explaining me the whats and whys and went even further on making sure the diagnostic was accurate. Dr. Glosser has always been a very professional doctor while making patients feel comfortable and safe under his care.

My experience was very positive, THE doctor and all of his staff was very polite, professional and supportive. My follow up after surgery was great, they called me at my home to see how I was doing and that really made me feel good and that I made the right choice choosing this office. The physical therapy person is excellent I can not give her enough praises or thank her enough for helping me.

The scheduling office has always been very helpful with scheduling appointments. The other staff has always been able to answer all questions and gets back to us in a timely manner if they do not know the answers. Physical therapy department is very good. The doctor himself is also very knowledgeable.

Great service, friendly, caring attitude from both staff and doctor. First time patient and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Was brought right in and taken care of right away. I wish all doctors offices could function this nicely and efficiently.

The doctor was very helpful answering any and all questions I asked. the timeliness of being seen when you have an appointment is excellent. the fact that you have the ability to do x-rays at office is very helpful also.

The staff is great. I am greeted warmly by the front desk. This is my second week of therapy with Gladys and Ray and I am feeling better after each session.

I saw Dr Glosser for 2nd opinion. I must say it was a great experience from the initial call. The Dr. and his staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about Rosa, his assistant/xray tech. She got me fitted for my new boot and was truly compassionate. So thankful i got that 2nd opinion... no surgery...yay!! Ill continue my treatment with Dr. Glosser. Thanks again!

Dr and staff have been vey helpful, very pleasant and genuinely concerned. The office is very clean. Wait time is very short. Office is close to home which is a big help.

I was an intern for the PTA program, and the people who were there were extremely sweet, and proffessional.

Be sure you check with this office if they will except your insurance. My husband has insurance for him to go to any doctor, even specialist. This office wanted him to pay up front $250.00 and for us to send in the bill to our insurance.His insurance even called the office and the billing department to inform them he is covered for this appointment. The girl in the office was rude and not helpful at all.

When I came in to the dr. office I could not walk using my right leg and after the Richard looked at and gave me treatment I was able to leave the office with almost no pain and one day later no pain at all.

I liked the medical attention 100%. Excellent. !!!

Dr. Richard Glosser an excellent surgeon, very much in love with his profession, I admire him for curing my husband of his Hip Replacement, I recommend it ..

So far if I have settled the doctors recommendation. I still have more therapies to accomplish but I am focusing better. I recommend this doctor ah. It is very good.
