I was a patient at this office with Dr. Barkett, former owner and doctor. When she retired I considered leaving but met Dr. Roberts. Dr. Roberts is an exceptional doctor who not only cares about the physical and medical conditions...she cares about the entire person.....I cant say enough about her or recommend her to the highest degree. The nurses are excellent and very caring...the staff is very good. So in all....I would give a higher star rating but they only allow 5. I am very comfortable and happy with my visits to Dr. Roberts and highly recommend her.

The staff here are the worst if there was any ability to put in no Stars I promise you I would have. Warning to anyone who tries to call this office to schedule an appointment because they are the most unfriendliest either they lie to you about your insurance not covering although you confirm with your insurance company they do or they tell you they’re going to transfer you to a department and leave you on the phone for 30 minutes. I have tried giving this office a chance three times I’ve called on separate occasions and the same type of customer service each time. Dr. Roberts might be a good doctor but her staff is going to be her downfall

Dr. Roberts is an absolute gem - - a great and caring doctor with a positive, inspirational spirit. Yes, she actually spends time with her patients!! WOW!! I am deeply thankful that this Great Lady is my physician!!

Dr. Roberts is unique, excellent person, remarkable professional and highly knowledgeable. A great human being.

Dr. Roberts was my doctor when she had an office in North Miami. It took me 25 years to find a doctor who took the time and patience with each patient and who really cared. She is the old school doctor that you cant find anymore. I truly miss her and since her move south and my move further north I was not able to continue having her as my primary doctor. I still have not been able find any doctor today who can even come close to her. A big loss to me.Bobbie

I have Dr Roberts as my PCP for two years. It is a pain to schedule an appointment for my annual physical. This year I was cancelled by her staff twice due to the Doctor having a medical leave or personal matter. For next year I’m switching doctors. Every time I wanted to see her for a flu since I always get sick and try to make an appt she will refer me to an urgent care. Shame of this practice. Zero stars if I had the option.

Dr Roberts is the first physician I’ve ever had to take the time and care to provide exceptional service. She is what every MD should be.

Been in Miami for 4 and something years. At last I found Victoria Roberts MD a person that actually listens and care for her patients. The staff is also wonderful.
