This office called me trying to sell me health insurance. I called them back and they where clueless. Presented to not hear me. And then kept hanging up on me when I asked about talking to some about insurance. Beware! This office is obviously trying to swindle people! They must be in the insurance scams with lawyers and patients. They are looking for people to hustle one way or another. Just watch. They will get caught and Linda will regret hiding behind immigrants and auto dialing. Be ware Spanish speaking people. The are people out there pretending to be your friends, but they are really just trying to use you. Beware and be aware

She is wonderful! She has taken care of me 20 plus years. Great staff and she treats everyone like family.

I love Dr. FAGAN. The best thing about her is her personality. She relates to all her patients. She listens and truly cares and tries to help. She is like family and I am so glad she is my doctor.

I took my son in today to see Dr. Fagan because 3 family members had great things to say about her. My son is usually very nervous with Doctors, but Dr. Fagan made him feel so comfortable. The office staff is so friendly and the location is very cozy. The reception area makes you feel at home, not like a sterile and uninviting typical doctors office. I didnt have to wait to get him in. Only wish I had known of this place sooner!

When someone is calling to make a first time appt. this is how I was received.HelloYes I would like to make an appt.Do you have insurance?Yes Blue Cross Blue ShieldDr. Fagan doesnt accept that insuranceI find this very negative and robotic.Just fyi, I never considered my insurance would pay for a therapist and had full intentions of paying cash. Does she accept that?Dr. Fagan I hope you will train your office staff to receive people calling a therapist in a more positive and caring manner.
