My experience with Michigan Hearing Experts has been nothing but exceptional. They are knowledgeable, efficient and understanding of the problems that people with hearing loss experience and they try to find workable solutions. I recently had a problem with one of my hearing aids and Stefan personally took my hearing aid from Grand Haven to Holland to get it repaired for me because the Audiologist was on vacation. My wife and I have become very familiar with all the staff at Michigan Hearing Experts and with Michigan ENT, Allergy and Audiology. We both have allergies and are treated by Dr, Palmer, Stefan Kuipers and have a professional relationship with their entire staff. They try to help with the newest methods available and give the patient options for their treatment so that the patient can make knowledgeable treatment decisions. Whether its audiology or allergies the issue is handled with teamwork, with the patient being an equal part of the team. In short, they care about their patients.
