I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Holland Doctors of Audiology. Everyone in the office treats customer service and satisfaction as their highest priority. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing a concern about hearing loss. They take their time to make sure you receive the best solution and not necessarily the most expensive one for your own unique situation. I have been very impressed all the way along with the care I received.

I have been to many audiologists over the last 10 years in Chicago and Michigan and by far Dr. Crossland is AWESOME. So patient, kind and extremely helpful. Ill never go anywhere else. Ive called many times and Ellie is always super helpful, patient and friendly.

The staff members at this office were exemplary. A few special COVID-related health measures were in-place, but everything was explained clearly right up-front. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that they took the time to enunciate and speak clearly enough that I could hear properly and understand. Doctor D. Is the best. His knowledge of devices and sound is unparalleled. As a musician it is important to me to protect my hearing while performing but also getting the most out of my in-ear monitors. Doctor D. has been amazingly helpful and knowledgeableabout everything I have needed.

I experience anxiety when I do anything medical related, and having my hearing evaluated is no different. However, the staff here was very respectful and kind. Thorough explanations of the process by the doctor made it relatively anxiety free. I definitely recommend them.

Drove up from Kalamazoo for a tinnitus consult. Very good visit. Dr. Stelios Dokianakis is a really nice guy who knows his stuff about tinnitus. He took the time to really talk/listen. He was realistic but hopeful that I can learn to deal with/accept it. Told me to be patient with it and hoped he would not see me again because it would become non-bothersome. He did emphasizes that if I have problems long-term and I am having trouble adjusting, he is there and things could be done with sound therapy to help me deal with it. Very glad to know he is there!

The office was exceedingly helpful. They notified us of a cancellation allowing us a very timely appointment, dealt well with a wiggly toddler and were skilled at unblocking an ear canal. Personnel were kind and compassionate at all times. II would definitely recommend them.

Wow! From arrival to departure and everything in between, what a great experience. Greeted with a friendly smile and polite welcome by the staff for the pre-screening. Welcomed by Dr. Crossland with the same warm hospitality as her staff. The facility is immaculate...yep...the bathroom is even spotless. Dr. Crossland explained everything in detail about the exam and was very professional throughout. She explained what would happen with the results as this was for a VA exam. Her staff walked me out, thanked me for my service, provided complimentary hearing protection and a nice card. You absolutely cant beat this kind of service. The VA got it right with sending vets here...and you your family, and friends should go here too. I will be recommending them to everyone. My Mother waited too long in life to accept her hearing loss. Im sure many of you can relate. Holland Doctors of Audiology staff and Dr. Crossland took such good care of Mom during the evaluation, results and discussion of recommended solutions. Dr. Crossland had the patience to answer Moms questions and help her feel comfortable with something she had put off for so long. The after-sale support is very good. Mom lives in assisted living and the ability to have remote follow-up is fantastic. Moms hearing aids can be remotely tweaked and adjusted for a perfect custom solution. I would absolutely recommend Doctors of Holland Audiology, especially for your Senior loved one.

I took my 94 year old mother to Dr. Stelios today and he was so good with her. So patient and understanding. He explains things to her in a way that she understands. She told me she feels so safe and that everything is good after she leaves his office. If (and I hope it is never) I ever need help with my hearing, I want this man and his staff to take care of me. He - and them - are the best!

I was sent to Holland Doctors of Audiology as a part of my VA Disability claim for hearing loss and Tinnitus. The staff was very prompt and had me complete my intake paperwork in my vehicle (Covid precautions). Everyone was very safety conscious, polite and professional. Everyone thanked me for my military service.Dr. Crossland was the Audiology Doctor who performed my hearing evaluation. She was very thorough and verified her results through multiple methods. I always appreciate excellent service and Im always willing to pay more for it! I knew I had hearing loss from my military service and she explained how the loss may have occurred and what I could do about my Tinnitus and my hearing loss.

At 61 yrs old, The Appointment Took much longer than any other Hearing test I have ever taken,.... SINCE THEY WERE SO MUCH MORE THOROUGH.All Past test, private & VA, simple testings, I never knew there was so much more the others could have done, Yet FAILED TO DO.Super polite & Friendly, Detailed etc.Side note: I very rarely, fill out online or paper opinions, unless, I am very very Impressed with the service and people I deal with.I was a Service technitcion for most My life, and understand QUALITY SERVICE!I HIGHLY!! I was able to see the difference between the hearing capability between my two ears as well as see what I could still hear and understand with background noise, including speech in noise testing. I was blown Away! I recently had an appointment for impressions for in ear monitors. From the very first moment I was greeted with smiles and kindness. The staff was so friendly and professional. I worked with Dr. Natalie Crossland. What a great experience. Not only was Dr. Natalie wicked smart, she was so kind. Dr. Natalie did such a thorough job on my hearing exam, honestly I was blown away. Dr. Natalie explained the mechanics of the ear as well as the results of my audiogram. Dr. Natalie explained how to protect my hearing properly and showed real concern for my hearing health. I also had impressions taken and that was a breeze. Dr. Natalie did an amazing job on my molds the first time. I cannot recommend Dr. Natalie enough. Honestly, there isnt anything they could have done better! And... I spent about 4-5 years investigating hearing aids by occasionally visiting audiologists in the Holland MI area. I would test them with a question about tinnitus. Most could not tell me the basics and some referred me to the internet! I tested Holland Audiology and Dr. Stelios gave me the best information! I found that he really understood electronics, acoustics, and how we hear. He also showed me his hearing aid collection-museum! I was impressed and have been pleased with the hearing aids he recommended , follow up services, and learn a little about my hearing during office visits.

From our first appointment with Dr. Stelios Dokianakis more than four years ago through our last appointment two weeks ago with Dr. Natalie Crossland, as well as working with Ellie and Veronica at the front desk, we have been 110% satisfied with the services we have received from Holland Doctors of Audiology. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and efficient, tending to every detail professionally. This is the best medical office we have had the fortune to encounter in our lifetimes.
