Went with a friend who was buying alcohol. Both of us 21 and I was not buying anything. She carded both of us of course and both ID’s showed we were 21. She then refused his service because I have a “vertical ID”. I wasn’t even the one buying. So since this is Walgreens company policy I will gladly never shops here again. 🤷‍♂️

Front end checker was very rude. Manager is trying to hard to be there friend or sleep with them. Customer service was horrible. Worthless. Trying to buy supplies for 73 year old father and couldn’t due to there incompetence.

I come in here from time to time and I think they are all great.

We went to get passport photos for my 1 year old and they were pretty quick and the photo was good enough for the passport criteria

We just moved here from out of state and they were very friendly and helpful in transferring my prescriptions in. It took a little time, but way less than it would have taken in my former home state.

Full of Scammers! I place a photo order then i go to pick it up and i pay the exact amount so i didnt wait for my receipt or my change... when i get into my car I open the lil envelope i see all pictures were all blurred so i go back and ask to get my money back. She call the manager and she left to another cashier.. The manager ask me for my receipt i claim she didnt give me any receipt so manager check on the system and said she cant give me my money back because the order was already cancelled and shows like i never pick it up or pay for it. I ask why? If i already pay for it And ask to check the cameras because i know i pay to the other girl. she refuse to check the cameras and give me my money back! I didnt wanna waste my time so did go to another Walgreens and my pictures come perfectly good! They make me lose my time & money!

The pharmacist (Josh) made a very rude comment about a product when asked. He did not realize that my fiance was where she could hear him. When he waited on us, his attitude was poor. He seemed very put out that he even had to be there. Very disappointing that someone in a position to help the public when selecting a product behaves in that manner.

Don’t ever go through the drive through! I got in line after two cars and had to wait for over 45 min but couldn’t get out of line because someone got behind me. If the prescription isn’t ready they should have cars drive around so everyone else who has one ready doesn’t have to wait. Terrible!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT transfer your scripts to if you need the medication! Not to mention, I waisted 2 hours of my life on hold with these losers! YOU SUCK WALGREENS, HOBBS NEW MEXICO!
