I’m in store right now and there is a line of customers waiting to get helped . Pharmacy has already called for help threw the speaker and still nothing going on 15 mins waiting to cash out . Horrible

Had one prescription to be filled. CVS texted that it was ready. Go to pickup and they advised they could not get the medication. I contacted physician he sent another prescription. After waiting all day called pharmacy and on hold for at least 30 minutes I spoke with a unfriendly person which they advised it would not be filled until late Monday afternoon and this is Friday. They are really top notch.

It is always stocked well and I am never waiting in line for very long.

5 hours and three phone calls later they finally decided to transfer by prescriptions. The pharmacy here is a joke

Good for quick pick me ups, but absolutely terrible for pharmacy and prescriptions!!! My insurance offers a discount for using CVS but I would rather pay extra and go to Walgreens because at least they get it done right!

The pharmacy at this CVS is the worst one in the state of New Mexico. They are very very rude. Have been trying to get a refill filled for days. They keep saying call your doctor I call my doctor and my doctors calls them. Its the same story. I ask them not to fill certain prescriptions and they do it anyway. When I inform them that they have some very rude workers I pretty much get who cares. I have spoken to 4 different people and they all act the same. They need some training in customer service. If they cant handle the customers then the job isnt for them.

Son had teeth pulled in lubbock. Pulled into hobbs cvs and dropped off 4 scrips. Guy with half assed beard took scrips.After 3 hours called cvs. They lost 3 scrips. How can a pharmacy losescrips ?????? These are poorly trained ill equipped techs. When I raised my voice about situation...techs somehow found lost scrips. Its a miracle !!!!Hobbs deserves better than this....

I went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting! When I looked at the paper where they record the last time it had been cleaned the last date was June 5! I’m unsure if it had been cleaned since then but it didn’t look like it!

It was on point, besides the construction was a little off witch is understandable..

The bathrooms have not been cleaned as stated by their documentation according to their sheet as of 6/5.

Pesimo customer service !! Steve attended me at the register and it seems that he was in a bad way since the price was not correct for some products and he was upset when he had to go check the price, and the price was correct from what he said there. If you dont know how to have good customer service, you shouldnt have that kind of job.
