Went in for a cleaning today after well “some time” and it was the best experience with a cleaning ever! Veronica was very light handed and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and it was a great experience to where I will return. The front desk, Amanda was very kind as well. She was quick to get my insurance information.

I have been going to Dr Henderson for several years now. I love him and his staff. They always remember me and they are very friendly and professional. Dr Henderson has always been very easy to talk to and makes me very comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dont listen to the other fools in the review section...theyre the ones that dont understand how insurance works...polite and professional as they have been for the last 15 years...Henderson and his staff are one of the best in the business.

Horrible. I walked in at 8am to be seen for a chipped tooth. There were no others in the waiting room at the moment. I sat there until 9:15 with 4-5 people coming in and being seen before myself. This is a terrible business. I will never attempt to give them any of my business again.

They have no concept of how insurance works. They charge you your part then they make you pay the rest before insurance has even paid the claim therefore leaving a huge credit on my account. They don’t honor their contract with the insurance company to charge the insurance fees. After speaking to a rep from Delta Dental I discovered that they way overcharge, which is insurance fraud. I had a huge credit (over $1000) and wanted to know why I wasn’t notified about the credit on my account. They told me that their insurance lady only comes in at night but they would let her know that I wanted to speak with her. When the lady called me, about 8:00 at night, which I thought was an odd time to call, she explained that they were not allowed to notify patients they have a credit. This sounds very suspicious, greedy and dishonest to me. I work hard for my money and could use it else where instead of it sitting in the Drs bank account. Beware and ask questions regarding what you pay and keep your receipts. I still have not received my refund as I am waiting for the “Drs wife to write the check”. my advice would be to avoid the hassle altogether....I will be changing to another dentist.

Went in for a simple consult about a problem wisdom tooth. Dr. Henderson sat down and explained future issues if only one of 4 wisdom tooth were to come out. Got prepped and was done with no issues. Very professional. Including his staff who go above and beyond before and after care teaching. Loved it.

Was reported to collections by this office and was never a patient. My wife was the actual patient and never received a balance statement, which they stated was due to expensive postage. A simple call about the balance would have resolved the issue. Poor customer service and paid excessive then what the bill was.

Absolutely horrible. Do not go here. I had my wisdom teeth removed and they told me my insurance would cover $1500 so we paid the remaining $500. 7 months later they contacted us saying our insurance never went through and we owed them $1500. We explained that we couldnt pay it and they said they would have the lady in charge of billing (I believe the dentists wife) contact us to reach a resolution but she never bothered to call us and instead had a collections agency contact us. These people are dishonest and incompetent and do not care about their patients.

This office was horrible, disrespectful, and cannot understand insurance policies at all. They over charged us, had to demand a refund which took days to get them to write me a check, instead of just voiding the cc charge. The exam was a joke, and the work at to be redone at a different office totally out of our pocket! His front office staff is horrible, the act like their way is the only way and either get into their line or get out. I hope no one else goes to their office and gets sucked into their game, and demand your refund from the get go because it is going to take awhile.

Poor customer service, impolite and uncaring. Waited for an hour and a half with nothing taken care of. Had multiple people get themselves checked out before myself. I will never give this business any of my time or money.
