I was pleasantly surprised at the experience I had at Aspen Dental. I was heart broken when my Dentist passed, Dr. Henderson. Not because he was such a great dentist but a great person too. I highly recommend Mahogany the dental hygienist. She is so gentle very considerate. The deep cleaning I had was the best dental experience I have had. I really appreciated the way she explained what she was going to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you have a question they take the time to explain.

Staff was awesome ! Very attentive and friendly. The hygienist and drs knew what they were doing explained everything very well . I was very pleased with my service and experience. They even gave me a hand written note at the end thanking me for the visit ! Loved it here and they made me feel comfortable. Aspen dental is giving what’s its supposed to give ! :)

I have never been afraid of the dentist but trying to find a good place has been impossible these past 6 years. I finally got insurance and decided to try Aspen Dental in Hobbs,NM. I am beyond impressed. Every single person,from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor was wonderful. I didnt feel like just a person they wanted in and out as fast as possible, i was treated like a patient. I ended up needing quite a bit of work and information ran by me and it was all explained easily. They went over my images and options. I left the office knowing exactly what my fees would be for each workup. Although having to get work done isnt always pleasant, at least the atmosphere and people are great.

My first time going to the Aspen Dental. It was a great experience starting with the receptionist. She was very helpful . It was not long when I was taken to the hygienist and she checked all the x-rays the very experienced radiologist had taken. Then the dentist saw me. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional.

I will definitely be going back there. They were so nice and helped my son who has downs understand and were so patient with everything they did with him.

I was seen very quickly. Less than 24 hours since my call. But I misunderstood the visit on the face value. I was under the impression I was getting a emergency visit. Not a assessment only.They still were wonderful.

Appointment was at 3, I arrived 15 minutes early and was called back. I then waited 45 minutes and no doctor showed up. Need to be respectful of patients time. Very disappointed after 3 great visits!!!So disappointed!!!! After leaving this review instead of trying to improve they would rather be rude and hateful!! I would give a zero if I could!!!

My first visit 4/29/2021 and everyone was great very polite and explained everything in detail from my dental needs to financial. very happy with Aspen Dental I will return.

My husband has been here before and I had never taken my kids. Well needless to say my daughter had an accident on her bicycle (on christmas eve of all days) and she flew off and hit her front teeth on the street. Well she broke her front teeth it was pretty bad. I was able to go online and make an appointment on Christmas day for the following Monday. They called Sunday to confirm her appointment and get all of our insurance information. We went in on Monday and the Dentist was able to fix her teeth on the spot. It looks good but her retainer doesnt fit exactly right but I think her orthodontist can fix this on our next visit. But they were AMAZING from start to finish. The employees are super helpful, nice, considerate and just plain AMAZING. I think this will become our new regular dentist office.

This place will nickel and dime you if your not careful. They will take advantage of you for not knowing much about dentistry. They will tell you that you need all this kind of work done to your teeth and the patient out of pocket is ridiculous even if you have insurance. They will suggest fluoride mouthwash and a 135 dollar toothbrush and give you very little description when explaining it. The people who work there should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the small town people of Hobbs. Please do not, I repeat do not ever go here.

I am making a change to this place after my dentist retired. Couldn’t have had a better experience as a new patient. I am very anxious when I go to the dentist and they put me at ease right away. Highly recommend.

The dentist was rude and unprofessional. The staff is super nice. The dentist told me I had 8 cavities I went to get a second opinion and I had no cavities just stains. They also do x-rays that are not needed so they can charge you for something insurance should cover. The xrays were poor quality as well. They also lied on my paperwork saying I stated things that I never said. Things that were not true. I am never going back!

Aspen Dental is a first class facility. The entire staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. The examination, consultation and explanation of the procedures I need were all done very professionally. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone needing dental work.

I visited Aspen Dental in Hobbs, NM. The DA’s and management staff was very helpful in taking care of my dental needs and answered all of my concerns and questions. Doc was very helpful in improving my smile!!

Staff is friendly, nice exam rooms and equipment. Dentist and front office staff is very pushy for expensive treatments and will not answer questions about how much something is only push for 2, 000 treatment options. Will go back but will not give into pressure to do treatments I dont want!

It was a good first visit except the visit was toooo long. Two hours is way too much time to be spending at a dentists office for an examination. Although I liked the fact that they were very thorough.

Having not seen a dentist in quite some time, I had several issues that needed to be corrected, including the removal of a severely broken tooth. I was able to get everything done here, and they worked with me to get everything covered. The scheduling is very easy to do and change as needed, and you’ll be able to find something that works for you. The staff is also amazing and very professional. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I can say truthfully they went out of there way. I had a bad tooth that was hard to work with and that poor woman work her butt off and got the job done. I’m still waiting on the follow up , but if it’s 1/3 of what was done the first time I am very sure that satisfaction guarranteed will be there. Thanks for the hard work.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Aspen Dental in Hobbs. Wife and I just needed our teeth cleaned. In previous dental visits, we set the appointment, the hygienist cleans the teeth, the dentist comes in to check and make any recommendations for further treatment.We went here because we have been playing Dental Roulette in Hobbs since our arrival a little over a year ago. One place didnt clean enough, another got us so wet, we needed towels. One charged for services we did not authorize.Because of the oil boom, getting into a dentist can be a six month wait, so I was pleased when they could work us in relatively soon.We arrived, did the initial intake paperwork, then it was off to x-ray.I will grant they did an extremely thorough job on the x-ray, but at no time that I can remember, was the large backing they used put in my mouth. After the x-ray, my mouth hurt.Then it was off to the dentist for the initial exam. She is new to Hobbs and while pleasant and thorough, was difficult to understand.Oh, the hygienist, she was out sick, so I was going to have to schedule another appointment.After the dentist, it was to the inner waiting room before the consultation. During my consultation, I was informed I would be needing EIGHT Fillings, a periodontal treatment and other work totaling 2,300 dollars. Remember, I just wanted a cleaning which I now found out was not happening because their hygienist was not there that day.My wife, after her initial x-ray which hurt her mouth as well, was told she was going to need a deep scaling, periodontal work and other services totaling 3,400 dollars. Remember, we just wanted a cleaning.Wife did a quick Google Search for Aspen Dental and found this company routinely convinces customers they need services beyond what they have asked for and then billed large sums to them. They have been sued multiple times and many customers are very dissatisfied with their services.Needless to say, my wife and I were very upset by all of this and the office manager/consultant informed me at the end of the visit, that nothing would be billed to insurance as the first visit was always free.We were in the office over two hours, missed another scheduled appointment and arrived home well after dark.I will be looking elsewhere for services, because we still need our teeth cleaned.
