Most amazing experience I’ve ever had here in Hinesville with a dental office!!! The owner pulled a wisdom tooth that I had and I didn’t even realize it was already out!!!! She’s amazing and I pray I get her again when I come in soon!!! I highly recommend Advent Dental!!!

I had constant sore and bleeding gums. My coworker told me about Advent Dental so I tried them. They did a special cleaning and gave me medicine. No more bleeding gums. I feel great.

I was very pleased with the process of getting my broken tooth fixed. They got my in quick, Tammy was very helpful and the dentist took care of the problem the same day!

Unprofessional staff extremely ratchet these women need the help of a few more experienced dentist and staff. I left here extremely dissapointed. You know the type of place that chats and have water cooler talk while you wait for hours then they call you back and you wait another hour thats this place.

Worst dental experience I have ever had. I read the negative reviews and thought maybe there was an exaggeration because they still had a 4.2 rating. Not at all.1) The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was not qualified. She took less than one minute to brush the entire inside of my mouth. Normally, it takes almost 30 seconds per tooth to properly clean. She just took the tool and lightly glided the tip over each tooth. It was honestly wild.2) The dentist walked up behind me and did not even introduce herself and had me open my mouth while i was reclined. She had no clue what was wrong with my back tooth and said I needed to see a specialist, but couldnt form that into a sentence. She just kept saying she wasnt sure what was wrong but she saw something. Well my previous doctor, who changed insurance, found exactly what was wrong (decay under the tooth with a possible root canal, just had to do the xrays). My second opinion after this disaster even found out what was wrong, but needed to confirm with xrays, which this doctors office will not release without an out of pocket $50.3) Only pro is that the staff at the front desk was kind when I visited.4) When I told Monique at the front desk that I had to transfer offices and needed the xrays because of two bad experiences, she did not care what even happened. Which could have resulted with no need to write this post had she cared.

Dr. H has been my dentist for over 8 years now. I have always received good dental care and I will continue to stay with him because of his honesty and integrity.

This was the worst dental experience of my life that African lady butchered mymouth. She pulled my tooth out n pieces went back in because she forgot a piece. Had to renumb me because I could feel it. There is still a piece left I’m in so much pain. I was a walk in and I got there at 8 didn’t leave until 12 45. She cut on my mouth so bad and hurt me n places that had nothing to do with the tooth getting pulled. I’m warning people please don’t go here for serious dental work these people almost killed me. Pieces of tooth almost went down my throat and the dentist lady almost stabbed me in the eye with a small scapple because the nurse don’t know how to work my chair. Other nurse saw me suctioning and asked me y don’t I just swallow my spit. I was appalled they leave me for hours at a time then tell me to just swallow my spit. I will never go here again. Most traumatizing experience of my life. People please beware.

Office manager rude and condescending.... I definitely have the correct office and of course my real name is not Loving Life.

Went here with serious issues with my teeth. The biggest concern was the puss coming from my gums since that usually means infection. However the doctor did nothing to help & prescribed no meds for the infection or the discomfort. They simply gave me a sheet of paper and told me to schedule an appointment to get the more serious issies taken care of. No follow up either. Very disappointing.

Called to schedule an appointment. I gave my name and number, they said they would call me back. Its been 3 days,,, no call. Ive spent Alot of money with them before in the past, over 4 thousand dollars cash up front. I guess my money is no good here.
