Your staff was so pleasant while I was having my first ever hearing test done. I appreciate all of the knowledge and information that was told to me while in the office as well as sent to me via email. I think everyone that will go there will be met with a great staff as well as a well informed staff, thank you again. I know the news wasn’t great but just appreciate how it was delivered and the options that you provided.

I highly recommend seeing Melissa, here at Miracle Ear. I have had to see over 10 different doctors for my situation and none whom I ever felt understood my situation. Melissa was so loving, patient and was eager to help me. She never once judged me nor made me feel embarrassed about wait for so long to help fix the hearing loss. She set me up with the perfect hearing aid and checked in a couple of times, within that week of seeing me. My husband and I love visiting her office, we know we are promised amazing service by Melissa and a warm welcome by her front desk receptionist.

I highly recommend Melissa at Miracle Ear for her amazing service and understanding. My husband was not sure he was ready for hearing aids even tho everyone else new. She walked him thru the process with the patience of a saint, and when he got home and heard sounds he hasnt heard is so many years it was amazing. With the help of Melissa and her staff they give people there lives back. We cant express enough how caring and helpful she is, and just a phone call away when we need something. Her care for her patients is beyond what you see anywhere.
