I cant say enough great things about this place. My grandfather has been a customer for years, and raves about the high level of care he receives.Recently, he was hospitalized and the facility lost his hearing aids. I reached out to Hearing Associates (Horizon Ridge), and every person I spoke to was wonderful and incredibly helpful. They explained that our situation was common, and gave me an invoice to provide the facility to help with the reimbursement process. They ordered new hearing aids on Wednesday night, we picked them up Friday. They were already programmed and ready to go right out of the box, so my grandfather didnt even have to go to the office.The staff and doctors here are just wonderful, and dealing with them was a pleasure. Im beyond grateful for their help and guidance.

What an amazing experience! Heather was able to give my Sister the professional guidance needed in order to learn how to successfully use her new hearing aids! Heather was able to instruct us on the various ways to get the maximum benefits from her equipment, with patience and compassion. Arriving in LV I discovered I’d forgotten my Widex Moment hearing aid charger. I called Hearing Associates of Las Vegas and they bent over backwards to help me. They had one in their Henderson office and charged my HA while I ran errands. What a great Dr and staff!! Also, thanks to Lionel at the LV office for helping! I highly recommend Hearing Associates, who cheerfully went the extra mile!!!

My husband’s ear was impacted, which is frustrating because he always takes care of himself and cleans his ears. This place was great, they used a little machine to break up the ear wax and cleared the impaction. They charge cash for this service because the insurance doesn’t cover it. I believe it was $50 and totally worth it to avoid complications that can occur at home.

After being told by a ent, that there was nothing they could do for my tinnitus, these people gave me hope. There IS help for your tinnitus! Call them!

Lisa Kurik is a wonderful doctor. She explained everything thoroughly and was able to diagnose my condition with simple tests. If you’re struggling with hearing problems, make an appointment with Dr. Kirik! She’s fantastic and gets the job done.

I had given up completely on hearing aids until my appointment with Hearing Associates. I can clearly hear things now that I have not heard in years. The phone hearing device I purchased along with my hearing aids is amazing clear. I highly recommend Hearing Associates to anyone who has given up on hearing aids.

This office is by far the best place I have ever been to. Not only is it the nicest as for ascetics, the people that work there really care about you. You can see this by the way they great you at the door. How they take the time to make you feel at home. Even while I was waiting the office has reruns of Cheers playing with is a great sitcom. Robyn is an amazing person and you can tell that she loves her job and the people that she works with. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to purchase hearing aids. By far one of the best around. Oh and if you missed him, Lionel is a wonderful person and cares as much about you as does everyone on the staff.

My Mother was here visiting from out of State, when one of her hearing aids quit working. I ask for an appointment online at night, and they called the next morning and got her in the very same day. Tracy took care of us and was just amazing!! She was so nice and explained everything thoroughly. She promptly got my Mothers hearing aid working great again for a very reasonable price!! I sincerely appreciated her patience and compassion in working with my Mother. You are the best, thank you for making my Mom hear again, and for helping make our visit wonderful!!

I normally dont submit reviews, however this is about something that is unfortunately near but not dear to me and I know there are many others like me out there. I recently decided to seek some sort of relief for my tinnitus after 40+ years of suffering with it. My radically high-pitched ringing left ear is the result of heavy exposure to firearms, explosives, the front row of hundreds of concerts, a 10yr stint as a stagehand, working on Harley motors and tuning by ear, sub-zero temps, and a few other things that have played hell with my ears.I was directed toward Hearing Associates and went to meet with them for an initial consultation. My phone calls to set my appointments were with Miranda who was very helpful with my initial appointment and re-scheduled appointment when I couldnt make the first. When I arrived I was greeted by Lionel who has an instantly welcoming smile and demeanor. He led me into the office which is beautiful. I felt very at ease, comfortable, and was treated like a friend.I met with Robyn and in a very short time felt that she sincerely wanted to help with my problem. She is very comforting, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I just finished my second visit and got the opportunity to meet Miranda in person as well as Celeste who is also part of the team. Both very friendly! This visit consisted of testing and a demo of a device suited for me. I will say this: after meeting with Robyn and her team, exploring some options available to me, and a couple consultations later, I finally have a feeling of reassurance that there are in fact ways to help me deal with this problem.I do highly recommend exploring the options available out there, and if you have not met with a specialist, I also highly recommend Hearing Associates. They offer a sense of hope that I, a true sufferer of a hideous ailment, am extraordinarily happy to have found.

I had sudden hearing loss while cleaning my ears with qtips. Next 4 days I tried everything. The pressure and pain got worse. I went to Hearing Associates in Henderson. It was quick, painless, the staff was very pleasant (Tracy Diehm was the practitioner), and it was suprising inexpensive! I highly recommend the place.

I first met Robyn in 2007 when I got my first pair of hearing aids. She is now and always has been so helpful to me. Not only is she very competent, she is also supportive in helping me with my hearing loss. She keeps me up to date with new developments so I can plan ahead when I need to upgrade. And the best part of being a client of Hearing Associates is my appointments, When I visit with Robyn and Cathy - they are such fun people to be around!

I was not hearing well out of my right ear so I made an appointment to see Tracy. She said I had wax in both ears and in a few minutes she had removed all the wax.I was amazed at how well I can hear now. It was a piece of cake and I will be back again if my ears bother me again. Thank you Tracy!!
