Per the audiologist I had wax build up in my ear. She advised me to go to a clinic to have my ear cleaned. No test..no molding.. gave me her attention after I waited for 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was willing to pay cash was excited to see a female audiologist but was basically given five minutes if her time and told my ears were dirty. There was a brochure in the waiting room for a closed caption phone. The audiologist stated she could not sign the form for me to receive the phone because I was not her patient. I left feeling like I wasted time and dealt with some one who clearly had her reasons for not wanting my business. I was born hearing impaired. This is the first time an audiologist had no tools or ability to clean my ear canal to test my hearing. If you want to be invisible and confused.. check this place out. Boo!!

Elaine, Donna, & Lara were amazing help. I was traveling with my dad through the Las Vegas area and his hearing aids were not working correctly. We called to see if we could just stop in and they were so welcoming. They did not rest until they had my dad able to hear again and his hearing aids in better shape than what previous Beltone centers have done. They listened to him and made sure they fixed what other centers messed up. We cannot thank Elaine, Donna, and Lara enough for their help an sincerity.

Beltone exam was pleasant and courteous and thorough Because your being a military surviving spouse I was able to purchase to new hearing age at a very affordable cost of which I would not have been able to otherwise. I would certainly recommend Beltone

Beltone Henderson is the site I chose to go to for my first hearing aids. Laura and Elaine are great to work with. The office runs efficiently and quickly. Since I have only had my hearing aids less than 24 hours, I cannot state how beneficial they are to my everyday life as of yet, but I can tell you that I didnt realize how LOUD my house actually is LOL. I heard every little creak and groan of all my appliances and systems, just as Elaine told me I would....I even heard things that I pointed out to my husband and he responded with What are you talking about? I didnt hear a (fill in the blank) I will update after a month or so has gone by. Stay safe everyone!

Rebecca and Elaine have been great in helping me adjust to hearing aids and Laura is a great help to me in the office and with my finance questions. Very helpful and friendly office.

The staff is outstanding and full of laughs. Once you get into the testing room the mood changes to a calm and relaxing test. Rebecca is concerned that each person gets the correct hearing aids they need. Donna assisted myself and my mom in obtaining the insurance paperwork.I took my mom to Beltone because she had a old pair of hearing aid and needed new ones, Rebecca talked me into testing and I also needed a pair of hearing aids.Now when you walk into the office you are greeted by Lara a very bubbly personality and make you feel at ease.
