Our initial visit went well, we were working with Rita Liggitt’s office to obtain hearing aides for my son which was an IEP requirement we started with this office end of October 2019. We gave them the schools contact information and the school had been concerned because they weren’t able to get a response but we thought it was the school since there were so many parties involved. They wasted the schools time to prep an FM system. When it came time to order, we had asked for more information on care credit because they decided on a very expensive set that would cost over $6000 the office stop responding and never bothered to call back after multiple calls over a period of months to this office. In January the school audiologist had advised us that this office had confirmed with them that they would be reaching out to us to complete the order. We thought maybe the sudden non response was due to the holidays. To this day we still have not received any emails or calls. They used to answer our calls with caller id knowing exactly who we were and now they don’t even return calls. Be prepared we thought they were a professional and kind office but I guess when there’s a possible chance you have to finance because hearing aides aren’t cheap, their entire demeanor changes. Unless you have excellent insurance or can afford to pay immediately. This office does not care.

Very nice ladies! They have adjusted my hearing aide several times as i have gotten used to it and needed a few tweeks, and it is always just right!
