Best experience I’ve had with an eyeglasses store. I walked in and out and everything went perfect, the store is also fabulous. I just got my frames adjusted but it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends.

I usually don’t write reviews but J Crimi went above and beyond with his customer service. I was in town to watch my daughter’s volleyball tournament and broke my glasses, go figure. After visiting several shops who said they can’t fix them but all wanted to sell me new glasses I came across J Crimi.When I told him that my daughter plays in 3 hours and I needed glasses he immediately jumped on it and within an hour had them fixed. Thanks to J Crimi I was able to watch all 4 days of the tournament without having to buy new glasses!Btw he has a lot of nice frames he could have easily sold me but he understood my situation and did the right thing to help me out. Definitely a stand up guy.

From the initial contact with J Crimi for my eye exam, it was not only pleasurable experience but first class !!! The appointment was made to accommodate my schedule the glasses selection was phenomenal and service was stellar even during Covid Im really pretty impressed with Jim and his staff !! If youre going to buy prescription or the latest in sunglasses I highly recommend you give them a consideration you will not receive better service locally anywhere. Found J Crimi Eyewear online because my husband & myself needed some big adjustments on our eyewear that was purchased somewhere else. Jerry did a fantastic job on 3 of our glasses. They were silhouette frames and we were having trouble finding an optician who could adjust them for our comfort. Jerry had no problem in doing just that. One visit and we got the comfort we were looking for in our glasses. They now have 2 new customers. Very friendly place and a nice selection of frames. We are two very happy customers.

Excellent service. They can help you anything you need for eye glasses. My eye glass leg got broken which other eye vision center said they could not fix so I had to order new lense and new frame.I found this place today thru Google search which had a great review. I called and came over to see if they can fix it. They did in 10 mins and it costs only $40. I spent $500 yesterday with exams/ lense and frame.I shouldve known this place before I tried other place.Jerry is so kind and very professional. The owner of the store is very knowledgeable and happy to help you find the right pair glasses. Ive come here on several occasions to browse and I have bought both sunglasses and prescription glasses. I have my eyes checked at Costco and bring the prescription here to have the lenses made for the frames I picked out here. Theres been a couple of times where the shop was closed a little early or open a little late, but that hasnt deterred me from repeat visits.

Excellent!! I was visiting Las Vegas and stopped by this store to get some new pairs of glasses. Great selection of frames, and the owner Jim was very attentive and helpful. He also gave me additional discounts on all the frames and lenses that I bought. Since I was leaving soon, he was able to get all 3 sets of glasses ready in less than 2 days.I had some visual issues because of the lenses being aligned differently from the glasses I was used to wearing. This was in no way his fault, but he offered to replace the lenses on all 3 glasses at no extra cost.J. Crimi eyewear has earned a loyal customer.

Jim was very nice and helpful my cartier glasses had come unloose on the arms and the bridge of the nose and he fixed it for free 😊 and they also have wide selection of glasses for good prices check them out 💯💯

I was referred to J. Crimini for the repair of my broken frames. The frame repair I needed would have had to be sent to an off site location and that would take a day or so. However I doubt a frame I really liked and was told that they would have to make adjustments to the lenses to fit that frame type. In 30 minutes I picked up my new glasses and was thoroughly happy!!

This place lured me in with false advertising. Eyeglass repairs always free! Thats a total lie. I showed up when one of my temples came loose. They told me it would be $30. Oh, and it it wouldnt have a spring at that point...so it may not sit right...they couldnt replace the spring. But...they would have been happy to sell me new frames. Bait and switch, much?
