Nevada Eye Physicians are great. The front office staff is very helpful and courteous.All the techs that do each test explain the process and are very efficient.Dr Stadling is wonderful he explains the procedure so you understand what is going to happen.It was amazing to have 100 percent confidence going into surgery and his caring for you after.I recommend this office 100 %.

I had my yearly appointment with Dr. Neibaur last week. He did my cataract surgery a year ago June and I have been very pleased with the results and with my care. My check-up went well and I was in and out of the clinic in an hour, which is the quickest visit Ive ever had there.

The staff are simply amazing. They actually speak to you as a person. Not just all business. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease. They answer all your questions and some questions that you forgot to ask.Dr Stradling is very patient and understanding. He understands that you are naturally nervous and skeptical. The way he speaks and explains the procedure; He shows that he is a very reliable and professional Doctor.

I was surprised at how smoothly the whole process of having my eyes checked was. I would totally recommend this place to someone looking for an eye doctor. There was very little waiting time even though there were many patients in the office.

I called this practice to make an appointment t for a comprehensive eye exam including prescriptions for glasses and contacts. They scheduled me with a provider who “doesn’t do contact lens fittings”. I had to make a second appointment for 3 days later to see a different provider for contacts. They tried to charge me the full price for an exam + contacts even though I had ALL of the tests 3 DAYS prior! The front desk attendant was extraordinarily rude on my second visit and didn’t listen to a word I had to say about why I was back and had no good answers for my questions. She also mentioned that they didn’t use my insurance and then tried to backtrack without providing any real information. I refuse to order contacts or glasses from their optical center as I don’t want any business associated with this practice to have another cent of my money.

Excellent eye doctor. Take his time and does not rush you. Answers all questions you have. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Orton is a fantastic DO. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. You do not feel like you are on assembly line. He is very thorough in his eye exam and explains everything to you. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a routine eye exam or any problem with their eyes.

I had excellent service , Dr. Neibaur is a great Dr . the nurses at the surgery center very nice & competent . I gave them a three star.because I had an emergency an couldnt get a hold of a human being . I got the automated answering service an had to live a message . I dint.get answer until three hours later .

DR. Orton was meticulous and great. My issue is that they need to communicate with Shepperd Eye to check the records and see the billing and comfirm that Humana covers my contacs 100%. It has been that way fir over 3 + years.

I scheduled with the Wigwam location a month in advance. Two weeks later I received a letter advising that my appointment had been cancelled and a contact phone number was provided to reschedule. Luckily I received the letter because the address they mailed it to was a completely different street that doesn’t exist. I call in and reschedule my appointment at another location so that I can keep the appointment on the same day. This location was at the southwest office. Less then 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time I received a call stating that the doctor I was scheduled with does not treat what I am being seen for. At this point I am frustrated as I feel the person rescheduling my appointment originally should have checked to ensure the doctor I was rescheduled with could actually see me. The woman that I spoke to was apologetic however her telling me that “at least you do not have to drive all the way down here” probably was not the best way to make feel better when I have had two appointments cancelled by them. I hope that their management reads this and takes action on training their employees so that future patients do not have to go through what I had to.

Tried to charge me $200 to be seen ..was there for 3 to 4 hours for no reason.. to just waist my time & was well overprised... Dr. Wigwam prices was $8200 for under the eye bag removal! A procedure that Im getting done for $4500 nowI recommend to stay away from this place!JUST A MONEY PIT

I had a very wonderful visit. My Dr. was attentive and explained everything to me so I understood. I have been going there for 3 plus years. They were set up to take care of us and safely distance us apart. Very well organized. Very professional staff, and my Dr. was fantastic. I am a diabetic with high blood pressure, so keeping my eyes healthy is imperative. Thank you, Nevada Eye Physicians.

Ive used Dr Singh as my permanent Eye Physician for many years. Ive had only the best treatment both with his eye exams and the surgeries he has personally done on my eyes. He also did fabulous surgeries on my cataracts with Tremendous Results afterwards. Hes so knowledgeable and extremely kind. The absolute worse place I’ve ever went to for health care. If you want to feel like you’re part of an assembly line you’ve come to the right and pace. I waiting an hour before asking the front office worker if they over extend themselves everyday. She said yes. I said you all look so miserable working her. She confirmed. Find a local small practice for your eye health. This place is horrible.

My husband and myself have been patients for many years. We have both had cataract surgery and think Dr. Stradling is great. Very unprofessional!! When I called, they said my place would be held in line if I wanted to have a call back. This was at 9:00 in the morning. I NEVER received a call back that day or the next. Would never do business with a company that flaky!

This is my second surgery with Dr. Myint. The reason for it being my second is because the first went so well. Second went even better. While both surgeries were medically necessary, I now am considering plastic surgery with Dr. Myint and only Dr. Myint. He truly is that good. Will post before and after photos soon to prove it.

I am here to gas up Dr. Gassen! Normally, I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting my eyes checked. The blowy-pressure-machine thing really freaks me out and for some reason, having to read tiny letters always feels like some kind of test that I absolutely must pass. Can’t see the smallest line of letters? YOU FAILURE! However, Dr. Gassen was very personable and made me feel at ease during my eye exam. He was funny too. Unlike other eye doctors I’ve had in the past, he really explained to me in depth about the current health of my eye and answered any questions I had. 5 out of 5 stars, and even though I live in LA I will definitely come back to get an eye exam from him whenever I’m in town. The staff at Nevada Eye Physicians was great as well. I could tell they were quite busy, but they were very nice even though I came a bit late (gps took me to the wrong address). All in all, I 100% recommend NEP for any and all eye concerns!!!

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’ve gone there twice and every single time I’m there there’s always a back up of the appointment if you have an 8 o’clock appointment he won’t get out of there till noon it’s the worst place I have ever been before

After the exam at noon 8/17 my eyes were still dilated at 7 PM.Something wrong with me or the procedure.

I turned in a form to be signed by Dr. Orton in order to get my Drivers License at DMV. The office misplaced or lost the form.

Dr. Stradling is great.! He did my cataract surgery without any issues. Also, he is very patient and took the time to answer all my questions at each visit no matter how simple some of them were.

I love the staff at this big and busy office!! The flow between front desk staff and medical team is AMAZING! I love and respect them all, including my Dr Singh !! In and out in 90 minutes for my annual exam.

My wife and I are very happy with this office. I had doctor Naibauer evaluate my eyes and check for some worrisome floaters. I was under the impression that they could be removed but I turns out that these are things you just have to live with. On the positive side at my age of 43 I’m still with good sight and no need for glasses.My wife on the other hand has been wearing glasses and contacts since childhood and she pulled the trigger on the laser surgery. I was against it at first (mostly because I was nervous about eye surgery). She elected to go for it. She made a appointment and was treated a few weeks later.The procedure was quick, painless and she’s already seeing the next day with no eyewear. The procedure itself is so quick and painless. The doctors and staff here are very pleasant and will take care of your needs.If you need a exam, glasses, contacts or the surgery then this place is the place to go!

Dr. Straddling is the best. So professional, caring and efficient. He did my cataract surgery in both eyes and is now overseeing my Macular Degeneration. I recommend him highly. I referred my husband to him and he is now seeing Dr. Stradling also.

Nevada Eye does a good job, minimal waiting, they are very through in examining my eye. Dr. Gassen is great !

From the paperwork process to ordering new contacts, my experience at Nevada Eye Physicians was very smooth and easy. The wait time was short, and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

I have been using Nevada Eye Physicians since the were Nevada Eye and Ear. Referred them to my wife and other family members. I don’t know what happened in their move from Pecos Rd. and Windmill Prwy. but something definitely changed. Don’t get me wrong, the doctors are fine but your first impression is the capabilities of your receptionists and other staff.Ever since they moved to Wigwam, there hasn’t been a visit that takes less than 1 3/4 hr, yes that is 1 3/4 hrs. By the way, that is IF they have your appointment right. Today was the last straw. I made an appointment with them for 11:30 on November 30th. I even made a comment that the appointment would be hard to forget because it was 11:30 on 11/30.When I get there today and wait an hour, I find out my appointment had been scheduled for December 30th at 11:30 in a total different location that I’ve never been to. Oh, wait, it gets better. The doctor wasn’t even going to be available that entire week.Are you kidding me, who are these people? I know I’m not a doctor, heck, I didn’t even go to college but I know for a fact that it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make an appointment but it must take that discipline to schedule one.

Dr Orton is the best!! I had some issues and he quickly found out the problem and even recommended a great glaucoma and retina specialist. I will be going back there for my check ups for sho.

This is an excellent place to have your eyes checked and to have eye surgery. Ive had both done here and am very happy with the results. They have friendly, helpful staff, too.

My girlfriend recently suffered an eye injury and I was truly impressed on how quick they were able to get her in and seen as a new patient. Called a Monday morning and was seen that same day in the afternoon. Staff was friendly and very clean. Glad we chose this office.

Very thorough exam. Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain my eye problems to me. They didn’t make me feel like they were too rushed to finish my exam. Will definitely try to make an appointment with Dr. Stradling again.

Wait time is long. Over an hour sitting in pain. Id leave if i didnt NEED my eye drops. But the doctor and staff are really nice. Maybe its taking longer because of covid. If it were my business, Id implement a queue based on the urgency of the visit, medical vs. routine.

My vision had degraded to a point that I needed cataract surgery in both eyes. After extensive research I chose Dr. Singh of Nevada Eye Physicians. The staff personnel were awesome. I noticed their kind professional attitudes to the other patients as well. I get stressed going to eye doctors the way many feel going to dentists. Now I dont feel stressed. The technician was so patient and thorough. The doctor did not spend much time but conveyed valuable information. The woman assigned to finish up my case was well versed and answered my questions. Keep up the good work that helps so many!

Darrick neibaur is horrible at his job. I`m not gonna call him doctor because he`s not deserving of that title. The wait time was over an hour and he rushed the appointment. He saw me for less than 5 minutes. He`s also extremely rude and incompetent . He should stop calling himself a public figure and learn how to do his job. He`s too busy trying to be famous doing those commercials on youtube. This guy is a joke!

Very friendly! Knowledgeable, made me feel at ease with being a new eye doctor for me. Explained what my previous eye doctors diagnosis was and I was amazed how this was a relief.

Took my aunt for her annual eye exam a month ago. She was seen by a technician & later by Neibaur. She needs additional services and was told that NV Eye would check with her insurance and would call her back for an appointment. As of today nobody has called her, she followed up with phone calls but nobody knows anything about this in that office.

My son got dirt in his eye a couple days ago, and had to take him to the ER this morning, who then sent us here.We called to get an appointment on the way, and we got one set on the first phone call. It was our mistake, but we did not get the right address where the was today. Luckily, Lyndsay (sp?) was able to get us to see someone at the office anyway.The first nurse we worked with, Perla, is AMAZING. My son is 3 and had already been poked at by doctors today. Perla was talking with him to keep him calm, finding ways to relate what was going on to him, and made sure he wasnt scared. She actually got him to giggle, which had been the first time in a couple days. She really has a way with kids, and im glad she knew what to do to keep him calm.The rest of the staff was very friendly, and im so happy they were able to get him taken care of, especially going into a holiday weekend.As much as i hope this doesnt happen again, if we end up back at the office again, I sincerely hope we run into Perla again.

In NV we have the WORST health care in all 50 States. This place hires technicians with minimum education, they have GED or HS Diploma who take classes online. Their eyeglass store is a joke, they have overpriced junk eyeglasses and a Mexican woman who works there is rude.

Third time here & third time waiting over an hour past appointment time to be seen. At least they are consistent?

Dr. Neibaur is the best Eye Doc ive ever been to. He takes time with you, & explains all questions you have. He thoroughly examines your eyes, & shares the info with you. Hes a sweetheart. My husband likes him also. We have already recommended him, & will be back!!! Everybody in the office is also very nice & caring, including the techs that take care of you before you see the Doctor!!

My entire experience with Neveda Eye has been excellent, starting with the front desk , professional yet caring, the technicians are also professional and kind. Dr. Singh is everything you want a good doctor to be. He is knowledgeable, addresses all of your concerns. His bedside manner puts you at ease. He goes over your results in layman terms and explains why he recommends a particular surgical procedure. My follow up care has also been excellent. The financial department was also on point, all of your options are explained to you and their is no pressure. The representative knew all of the lastest changes in all the applicable insurances and their benefits.

I’ve been a client for 30 years. The recent experience was such a bad experience, I am lost for words. Missed diagnosis lead to wrong glasses. I sat for four and one half hour to see the doctor. When he finally arrived he never apologizes for the wait the blamed the tech., for the mistake. When the glasses arrived I couldn’t see. The sent the glasses back to the lab- I was told that the lenses were bad. They had to send the back. I got them a week later. That’s it for me, no more.

Staff is always courteous. Dr. Singh is one of the best I ever encountered in his Field !

I knew I was going to need to have cataract surgery. I was very lucky to find Dr Singh at Nevada Eye Physicians. Had no problems at all before or afterwards. Cant wait to get the second one done ASAP so I have great eyesight once again. 👍

Im sorry to say I have to leave a review of only 3 stars. I had been going to NEP for around two years. I was happy with my doctor who will remain nameless. On a recent visit the schedulers screwed up and had me waiting for over an hour because they simply screwed up. When I brought this to their attention instead of being concerned and apologetic they were rude and condescending. To make matters worse when I finally got to see my doctor I told him about this. Instead of him telling me hed find out what had happened he told me that I couldnt criticize the staff and that I could always go to a different office. I was really taken aback by his comments. I took him up on his suggestion and went to a different office. I was then treated very well. In the end I was misdiagnosed by NEP. Live and learn.

Dr. Surjeet Singh handled my eye surgery very well despite it being critical. I am so glad to be able to see clearly again. Him and his staff were very polite and understanding. They made sure the whole process went smoothly and comfortably from day one all the way up to the day of surgery. I felt very comfortable and safe in his hands. His experience shows in his results and his manner of working. I would recommend him if anyone in my family, friend circle or acquaintance ever needed eye surgery or faced any such problems. Truly an excellent doctor. I cannot thank him enough :)

I have been going to Nevada Eye Physicians for about 10 years now. Dr Orton is my eye doctor. About three months ago I began having difficulty with one eye. At first, I thought it was a scratch on my glasses. I also noticed the vision in that eye had gotten worse. After a quick exam by Dr. Orton, he told me I have cataracts--worse in one eye than the other.Of course, I was horrified and very upset. Certainly I was unprepared for that diagnosis. He referred me to his colleague, Dr. Singh. Dr Singh specializes in eye surgery. Dr Singh explained everything I needed to know about cataract surgery and the different types of lenses they could put in my eye after removing the cataracts.After learning that a new lenses would last for the rest of my life and remove the need for glasses, I immediately signed up. Now granted insurance companies only cover the barest of minimum for lenses so I had to pay a bit extra. I also opted for the laser cutting those tiny, tiny cuts on my eye rather than a scalpel (which cost a bit more as well). (Both of those things being optional.)I have just finished my second cataract surgery and couldnt be more pleased. The procedure is very easy and Dr. Singh is a true professional and very skilled surgeon. He gets a A+++ from me!I went from wearing progressive glasses all the time to 20/20 vision in both eyes! I couldnt be happier! I hope this helps anyone thinking about having this procedure done.

We’ve been coming here for a year as my family member had a cornea replacement. Every time we come we have a very long wait. I’m writing this review cause I’m an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time.If your time is valuable I would recommend a different office as the one on Rainbow doesn’t have this problem

After seeing 3 diffrent doctors for 4 diffrent days and receiving the wrong meds for a very simple eye infection, it got so bad that my corneas were abraded and I could not even see my own face in the mirror. I saw Dr. Surjeet Singh on a monday, received the proper meds on Tuesday and was seeing and reading things I previously couldnt see or read the day before on Wednesday. I was scared of losing my vision. Dr. Singh is truly the best eye doctor you could possibly see in this town. He is very thorough and attentive.

I used to be a scheduler here about 4 years ago and unfortunately had to leave due to some medical issues at the time. The doctors were always so incredibly nice and the staff I worked with was beyond awesome and helpful. Seeing all the positive comments makes me feel proud to have worked at this facility. :)

My mother has been being seen here for the past few months. The whole staff is great except for the operator when I called this morning. I thought my mother was going to be late for her post op appointment with Dr. Rouweyha (whos wonderful ), and I wanted to let them know and make sure shed still be able to be seen. The operators tone of voice became very rude and impatient with me. She even hung up without even a good bye or youre welcome after I thanked her for her help. She was so rude it was honestly a bit hard for me to continue being nice to her as I spoke and answered her questions. I really hope to never encounter her again. I also hope she gets taken off the phones and get sent to a part of the office where she has no interaction with patients or their family members.

We have only seen Dr Rouweyha at this office but he is brilliant. Knows how to talk to you so you understand and is knowledgeable and helpful. My family member has a brain injury and problematic eyes that he can not communicate what is wrong with and after seeing a few opthamologist that werent able to get to the bottom with the problem Dr Rouweyha finally solved it! Were recommended by a friend who had lasik surgery done by him who said he is exceptional

Everyone was very kind and efficient from check in to check out... My exam was thorough and although it revealed that I am going to require some very minor surgery in both eyes, I am confident in my upcoming care with the Drs. and staff at Nevada Eye Physicians. 👀

The staff was polite and helpful when I arrived for my first time. Dr. Gassen was the Doctor who saw me, it was my first Diabetic Eye Exam. He was efficient and took the time to explain things to me which was nice for once, instead of the usual trying to beat the timer visit with your normal Doctor. One month ago, I had the PRK procedure performed by Dr. Singh and it has been the greatest decision I have ever made. I am 24 years old and have been wearing glasses since I was in first grade. I live a very active life style going hiking, camping, and playing soccer. Wearing contacts or glasses all the time had become such a hassle that I decided it was time for action. Before my surgery I couldn’t even see the big E on the vision test and now I am happy to say my vision 20/20. Now, I can go hiking without the worry of my contacts falling out and go camping without the worry of forgetting them at home. I am able to see things more clearly than ever. Thank you Dr. Singh and the staff at Nevada Eye Physicians for truly changing my life.
