The two ladies who checked me in were so kind and friendly! My overall customer service was great! Dr. Chan was amazing! Very thorough and provided a lot of educating for eye health. He equipped me with knowledge to take care my eye health on my own and what type of eye drops are beneficial for me as I have an auto immune disease.The team at Target optical are outstanding!!! Thank you all for providing a joyful experience with my eye health! Look forward to coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The Doctor was thorough, kind and helpful as well as all of the employees I interacted with. Jennifer was kind and had a great sense of humor; she helped me find the glasses and lenses I needed at a great price too! The staff is friendly but I did not feel that the office was safe or sanitary. The employee who checked us in (reddish hair, female) had her mask under her nose the entire time we were there. The guest who entered after up had his mask under his nose and nobody asked him to wear it properly. We were called in to the exam room as the previous guest walked out and went right in to my daughters appointment. There was no cleaning between their appt and ours. Additionally the man performing the exam had his mask under his nose for most of the appt. when we walked out of the exam room the next guests walked in and again, no cleaning was done. There were 8 people counting the staff crammed into the waiting area when we walked out to pay our bill. I was really uncomfortable and didn’t feel comfortable being the one to try to enforce masks and cleaning.

Everyone from the front desk to the eye doctor were very pleasant. Also, the eye glass department was great too.

The entire exam process is seamless. The Dr is so nice and welcoming. Great experience.

The doctor was very nice and very thorough with my exam and I will definitely be back next year hoping to get the same doctor. She was awesome. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait time. I had an appointment today at 12:20. I got there at 12:10 per their request to fill out paperwork. There was a patient with the doctor when I got there and a gentleman waiting ahead of me which made my wait time 50 minutes. My suggestion would be to have reception call the patient when it appears they are running late. This was at Target so I could have shopped for awhile instead of sitting in the wait room. Customer service goes a long way.

Office receptionist and optometrist were helpful, quick and professional. I was given different options but not pressured to pay for extras that I didn’t want. I will definitely recommend to friends/family and return next time.

My eyes were not dilated, as I believe the doctor was running behind. My appointment was at 11 AM which I made two weeks ago and I didn’t get in there until 1120. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s.

Giving another five stars to Jennifer for taking the time with me to get me set up with a few really good glasses that fit with my lifestyle and type of work Im doing.

The doctor was patient and actually took the time to help me understand every single part of the exam and what was going on with my eyes. Whether it was my astigmatism and how contacts fit, how that has changed, what were looking for with the photographs of the back of the eye and explaining all of the anatomical features etc. He made a sincere effort not to talk over my head but instead really involved me in the whole exam making sure I understood every single step of the way. I really appreciated that.

Dr. Chan is a gentle and thorough doctor, with a kind demeanor. His receptionist was unexpectedly out for the day so he was handling it all, and calmly with humor.

Great exam! I especially like that they have the option to take a photo of the back of your eye and show you the results. Dr. Cao did an amazing job.

Dr Chan is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and explains everything as long as you ask questions. The only thing I was not pleased with was we arrived for our appt on time but we had to wait about 30-40 minutes and then he was going a mile a minute... so we felt hurried through. Did not feel like personalized service. Need to reduce his schedule so patients get the time they need and not hurried through. His office staff person could do the preliminary test on those 2 machines while were waiting, to give dr the time he needs to provide personalized service.

The office was safe for covid and the receptionist was kind and polite. The Optometrist was very friendly and polite and knowledgeable. She also was very caring. She performed the tests well and didnt do eye dilation as she found an eye condition for which this may have harmed me. She referred me to an opthalmologist who is highly recommended. The appointment was on time. Excellent place to go for vision test for glasses.

Appointment was very good. Didnt take long at all, but wasnt rushed, took time to go over everything. I received more information then I ever have with any previous physician Ive seen in the past. I took my four children in for back to back appointments. The two people at the front desk were SO friendly and helpful! The doctor was so thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He was so patient with my children and really went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. He didn’t rush through their exams. I have never left an eye appointment feeling this confident in my children’s care before. We also received excellent care when selecting frames as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

Very good experience with Arclight Eye Care. They have a digital imaging machine that prevents you from being dilated. The machine takes a 3D image of your eyeball to ensure all is well.

Dr. Chan was thorough, listened and responded to my concerns, and did great job explaining the prescriptions he provided to me.The front desk person was friendly and nice but made statements and asked questions that I was unable to respond to because I didnt know what he was talking about and/or what it meant for me. He needs to not assume that patients understand the terminology hes using and explain things in laymans terms.

Probably one of the best eye exams Ive had in the last 20 years...The doctor was amazing. Had to wait about 10 minutes for my appointment after filling out the paperwork, however after that it was a breeze with no dilation. I was able to get my prescription easy and fast to get on my way. Definitely will come back here yearly.

The weight is rather long but once youre in with the Dr, its super quick and easy.

It was okay except I had a 9am appointment, when the office opened and the doctor comes strolling in 5 minutes late and then proceeds to fix the scanner in the office. If the office opens at 9, the doctor should be there at quarter till to prepare for the day and start appointments on time.

First eye exam for my 5 year old daughter. Even though I know she was nervous, the doctor was still able to give her a full examination using different methods besides the letter test. Using pictures and a different instrument, looked like a thin, long magnifying glass varying with different sections and thicknesses to exam her eyes.

They were sweet and accommodating.
