Set up an appointment and doesn’t take my insurance so I had to take more time off of work and find a different clinic. Why was this not shown when scheduling online? If the carrier isn’t accepted it should be shown.

Went in at 7am, no line. I did the kiosk check-in method at the office and got called in within 1 minute. It was my first visit, so I had to update information on their system. Took less than 5min. Staff was friendly and the blood draw went without issue. When I was leaving, the waiting room was full. If you dont like lines, look at their website for peak hours and avoid them. Going at lunchtime or 1st thing in the morning will surely result in a wait (your decision).

I have been going to this Quest three times a year for three years to check for cancer markers in my blood work. Normally it goes off without a hitch. Today I was treated as a misbehaving child. The doctor had not sent in the order for blood work. I was chastised for this error. This is not my error and some respect could go a long way. Just because there is a pandemic does not give anyone the right to treat patients with disrespect, contempt and as an annoyance.

This is the best Quest location I have ever been to. Both technicians were very welcoming and helpful even though some patients had problems with their paperwork. They did not just turn them away, but tried to help. I am so happy to have them in the neighborhood.

I had to have blood work done and a urine test and Stew was INCREDIBLE. After drawing my blood, I became very dizzy and Stew immediately was able to help me and was so kind, caring and gentle. I then ended up throwing up unfortunately (assuming because I chugged a water right beforehand in order to use the restroom) I felt so terrible especially with “Covid” and Stew never even flinched! He was right by my side. I am writing this because I want his bosses to know just how great of an employee he is. He represented the company so well, and was really there for me. Thank you Stew!

I worked in a medical lab while in college, so I feel I know when I see customer support issues. First, people at the front desk need to be more aware of whats going from a customer support perspective. Facedown on a computer screen, while someone is standing at your desk, is something you should NEVER do. If you have to complete something at that moment, then tell the patient you will be right with them -- acknowledgment is key. Keep signage current -- nothing more annoying than people checking in before you because youre confused when to checking. The patient check sign is posted at the front desk, but you need to use a tablet to the left of the desk and this was not clear to me. I stood there waiting for the person to give me a little guidance, and ignored me for a good 2 min before I had to interrupt him from what he was doing on the computer. I get its not easy in healthcare to make everyone happy but if you hire customer-oriented people to work at the front desk it goes a LONG way.

Horrible experience. Do not ruin your day, just spend extra 10 min to drive to another location. The Front desk lady whos siting on the chair near front door very unprofessional and hates people. i came with my mom whos do not speak english. she start yell at me right the way, that i have to leave. she couldn find my moms appointment for the good 10 min, at the same time with very rude manner told me we dont have appointment here. Even when i showed her the ppwork with my moms app confirmation she refused that fact we have appointment there. During all our conversation she kept razing her voice and talk with us and other ppl in a commanding manner..As a bussines owner, i would never leave a bad review for the bussines, unless it extremely horrible. Also, the bussines owner should know, that the person im talking about , just ruining your bussines.

When you check in on mobile and they text you to come in because they are ready for you, they actually are not and make you wait inside for another 20 minutes. More importantly they dont sanitize between patients.

Front desk man/tech deliberately lacks empathy or professionalism. Revels in arguing with patients and refusing services or serve the community. Refused to see my elderly ill mother in 112°degree heat bc of a past due balance of $70 that was several years old. Advised me to pay it or leave, I said theres a mistake shes always had double insurance. He then said to call billing Dept to clear it and come back.it was obvious he didnt want to process another patient since the lobby was full and would me bring my mom back another time that wasnt so busy for him. called while my mom waited and they told me it was an error on their behalf and it was cleared and also that it is never protocol to refuse services, I tried giving the phone to the man but he didnt want to speak to them . I advised him I did what he asked , she cleared the bill u need to talk to them so she can have her blood drawn and he finally budged. She finally got in after this man clearly didnt want her to be serviced. He was upset that he lost an argument in front of a lobby full of people.Went back several weeks later with a electronic standing order that has several panels of blood ordered on it. He only did 2 panels and refused to do the rest. He said this was the only test ordered. I said since the order is electronic, can we see it so I can show that theres more? He said no and to have a nice day and to call my Dr. I said we come here once a month and the order never changes . Low and behold I call the Dr and they confirmed that the standing order was drawn incompletely. This man is a menace to the community and has a grudge to anyone that proves him wrong. He rather argue with patients than serve the community. He refused to give me a managers name and said he was the lead.Dont ever go here. Ill be contacting corporate.

This is the best Quest Diagnostic office Ive ever been to. The Personnel were efficient and pleasant particularly Veronica. The only thing I would recommend would be to get non medical staff to check people in to free up the medical staff to do their work. Good job

I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not take a child here. One of the technicians is completely ill-equipped to deal with it. She pretty much told me to go to another location and come back after my son could have a nap and he wasnt so cranky and could sit more still for them. Hes two. No two-year-old is going to sit still while youre shoving needles into their arms without being able to find a vein. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Very unorganized. I walked in and no one was at the counter, very annoyed to find out that I had to check in on the kiosk they have. Why? Well it doesn’t specify. All it says is “appointment please don’t scan card , enter number in” doesn’t say anything about checking as a walk in on it. The sign in sign is over the counter. The guy at the counter didn’t explain that the nicest way he could have. Instead of “no sign in there” when I said it says appointments and that I didn’t have one, you could have explained that it was for both. Just my opinion.Edit!!! Thanks to the SAME guy WITH THE GLASSES that gave me tude when I walked in I have a hard lump where he took blood. Pretty painful I might add. DO NOT GO HERE. Was a 2 star, now a 1.

My experience was great here. Only 1 person was there upon walking in, did not take long about 8 minutes from walking in, id, blood work and walking out lol. I did notice after I walked in about 5 people walked in after. I was just lucky. Great staff here also, friendly as can be doing this type of work and clean location.

First of all there is no way to get a hold of anyone directly to ask any questions. They also do not take lab slips from hospitals, which is where my Hematologist works, which is so stupid because there are tons of people that have lab slips from hospitals. Thankfully LabCorp took my lab slip no problem, and were super nice about it. The only reason they get one star is because the gentleman working there was very nice at giving me some other places that might be able to take my lab slip. The worst thing about this place was not being able to get ahold of someone on the phone to ask questions.

Not only is the location easy but the office is very well organized. However, the incredible aspect was the fact that my technician, Lourdes, was not only professional but was able to retrieve blood from my arm without one mark. Usually, I go to quest and the technicians cannot locate a vein leaving me with horrible bruising.

I would give this Quest location 5 stars, but for one particular employee. See below.Ive waited several years to write this review, as I have been living in Anthem since 2011 and have frequented this location ever since.Firstly, Quest has implemented the new sign-in iPads and this has made organization and wait times much more efficient and pleasurable. It is also simple now to check online and see what the walk-in wait time is. Scheduling appointments online is also easier now than ever before. The website used to be horrible, but now it is much more user-friendly.Secondly, most of the staff here is lovely, patient, kind, and always willing to answer questions or offer a smile, especially the big guy in his ?mid 40s. He is so nice. One woman, however, has given me palpitations every single time I get the unfortunate circumstance of having her draw my blood. I dont know her name, but she is the only older black woman there, Id say mid-50s. If it were always just me shes rude to, I would usually ignore it, get my blood drawn and leave, but today was just offensive. It made me mad. As I was waiting my turn, an older black lady, probably 90 years old, came in with her walker and went up to the counter. She wanted to ask one simple question: whether her lab test required her to fast or not. She didnt want to make the appointment yet, do a walk-in, or anything else. She just wanted someone to tell her if her test paper required fasting. That horrible phlebotomist that I mentioned above walked by the front desk as this lady was waiting, and as the elderly woman tried to ask her question, she was rudely interrupted and told: Im on my lunch. Sign in on the iPad and someone will get to you when they get to you. This poor old woman turned around and walked out. I was gobsmacked. This woman has been an employee at this location for a long time. She is always rude, abrupt, condescending, and impatient. Again, I dont know her name, but she is in her mid-50s and African American. To see her treat a 90-year-old woman like that was appalling, despite how shes also treated me over the years. Today, for example, I got a lecture about not drinking enough water. I drank at least 36 oz. of water this morning before going in. That woman doesnt know my health issues or why I might be dehydrated. Its none of her business. Her business is to draw my blood, period. She even had the audacity to comment on how my doctor ordered my blood tests, as if they werent ordered right.I have over 785,000 views of my reviews and photos on Google. I hate making negative reviews, and pride myself on taking the time to compliment good service, good businesses, and great food, etc. As I said, I have waited years to write this review about this Quest location, all because of one woman, who needs to find another career. There are plenty of other phlebotomists in this town who would be happy and thankful to work at that Quest location.

Whats the point of setting an appointment if youll be made to wait anyway? I scheduled my appointment 48 hours in advance. On the day of my appointment, I was right on time. Yet, Here I am 45 minutes past my appointment time and still waiting. Wont be coming back to this lab anytime soon! How outrageous for these people to blatantly disregard the value of my time!

Let me do you a huge favor if you are doing a walk in AND/OR a schedule appt. DO NOT go to this location. Go to the location on Lake Mead instead. Go 30 min before they open (there will be a line) and they will be able to get you in just in less than an hour. They take scheduled guest to the back right away. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Waiting 2 hours for a blood test and having a rude staff is not worth it when you can just go to a different location and get excellent and quick customer service. Youre welcome.

I scheduled an appt online here bc of another review which is probably a good idea to reduce your wait time. My appt was at 10 and I was done, walking to my car 12 minutes later. Staff was friendly and blood taken was quick. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
