I came to the eastern location and my paperwork was not on file. I had to call the office and ask for a new one to be mailed to me, came into quest labs at 7 AM on a Saturday hoping to get a walk in appointment. There were no appointments available but a very wonderful and sweet technician named Layne, was gentle and kind and listened to what I had to say and made time for me. She did not rush but took her time it was very sweet and happy to assist me. Bless her for her kindness and treating me so great and efficient. Layne, you were wonderful!

After making a 6 am blood work appointment, I ended up having to wait outside for the main door to open and it didnt open until 605. I made an appointment online. My orders my doctor stated anything before 8 am. The tech came in and said not one of those tests and said they couldnt draw my blood until 7 am. I just dont understand all the confusion here. My doctor tells me one thing then I have the person drawing my blood telling me something different. So now I have to wait in my car for 45 minutes to come back at 7 because she wouldnt do the test. The way appointments are scheduled at haphazard at best here. If Im scheduling online, information should be clear and consistent for tests and orders that are given to me too. When you schedule online there is no clear information about particular tests. It seems all rules get to be made up on the spot.

Terrible location. Made an appointment, as was required, the lobby was full and we all had to wait in the hallway. No updates, no clerk at the front, no communication. Appointment times are not honored. If they could be upfront, that would be a good start.

McKenna and Donna are the best.After a frustrating check-in at the kiosk, McKenna helped me navigate through the app.I was fasting and felt like screaming when she zipped through the program and rescheduled me. Thank you, thank you McKenna, you saved me.Donna drew my blood, professionally, painlessly, and politely. She understood my fasting symptoms and organized her efforts quickly, and compassionately.Thank you for these exceptional employees.

Note they do not accept walk-ins anymore. Too bad no one can know until they second they walk in. So I was forced to wake up at 6am believing after months they still did it suddenly have to be forced to leave and take a 10am appointment instead. Im already fasting way over the 12 hour limit and being forced to wait even longer because of the lack of communication.

I just finished my annual bloodwork. I MUST say Najama (my sincere apologies if I misspelled your name) was fantastic and friendly. Im scared of needles and didnt even feel the needle. She was great and so polite!! Thank you for your compassion!!!! Theres not that many anymore who takes pride in their work. Again thank you and have a blessed day!!!

A total nightmare. Rude staff at Sunset and Rainbow. Inept telephone system impossible to interact with. Incompetence all around and attitude that is unacceptable always but specially in the midst of a pandemic. BTW, the labs indicated to be located inside Walmart do not exist. Major waste of time.

My son got a bloodwork done. The lady that did it was rude and not empathetic at all. We did the mobile check in and waited down the hall. When she came out she said next time we need to wait closer to the door where there is no seating. Filled out a survey detailing my experience and have not received a follow up. Will escalate because people should not be treated that way.

Had blood work done today and highly recommend this location. The staff professional and helpful. Donna, the nurse who took my blood was so friendly and professional. One of the few occasions cant tell I had blood drawn. Take the time and make an appointment if you can. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Difficult to find, receptionist matter of fact had paperwork from other branch that ran out of testing supplies issued me a note with location code to give at this location the receptionist when told wouldnt even look at it and just said have a seat...twice! Was just called to counter, finally she took my paperwork and license, then told AGAIN take a seat(kept my ID...hmmm🤔) If you plan on coming to this location, expect the same treatment as I have observed 1 client before me and 4 after me. I guess this is considered Quest Standard! Hmmmm

All the staff are fantastic except for the b*tch receptionist at the front. Ive been by this location four times now and not once has she been anything above utterly rude. Get someone else to check people in and I think this places reviews will improve significantly.

Park in the parking garage, go into the pharmacy entrance and up to the 3rd floor. It is room 309. It would have been nice to know so I didnt have to run around searching... I thought Id let everyone else know. :) Make an appointment! I went back as soon as I walked in the door, and out in just a few minutes. The phlebotomist was excellent. It was nice that she double checked everything (paperwork, weight, amount needed, etc) before drawing my toddlers blood. The employees were gentle and efficient. Much better than anticipated! I do wish there was a way to call the office directly, instead of the corporate number located on the east coast which was already closed. That would have been helpful for getting more specific directions. Also, parking was full everywhere. Maybe use the valet? Although my experience with the employees was excellent, I will probably visit a different location next time with more convenient parking.

I would recommend this location. The staff was extremely accomodating and kind. Although I had to wait an hour, because I was a walk-in (without an appointment), it was worth it. I went first thing in the morning. I have always had to wait an hour to get blood work completed, so it was normal for me.The staff made me feel really comfortable. They even provided me with water and a room to rest in after I got queasy from giving blood.This place is worth the wait, because they take their time with you.

A employee driving one of their company vehicles cut me off so he could get to the drive thru line before me. Was pretty pathetic.

I went to 10001 S Eastern for my lab test twice and the 2 staffs there are both nice to me .

This place has gone DOWNHILL!! We have been coming here for years but its horrible now. My mother is a senior citizen who isnt tech savvy. This place has ZERO!!!! Customer service here. They want you to check in using a kiosk and nobody to ask for help or even a question. They are under construction but with all the senior citizens getting routine lab work they should atleast have someone to assist them.

My whole family have used Quest Diagnostics for at least 8 years. However, we are finding that the customer service is declining substantially.Today 5/7/2018 I received the worst,and unprofessional treat that a human can receive from KYLIE S in Henderson Nevada 10001 S Eastern Ave #309, Henderson, NV 89052. She has no respect for patients plus zero empathy I hope she never get sick and received the treatment that she provide to patients.I Received a call from the supervisor Maria very professional and Nice she will find a solution to my my situation,because I explained to her what happened.

This place sucks!! They quote an hour or less, but be ready to wait 2 to 3hrs!! Just here to do a drug test, urine and hair!! They just want the money, its all about the money to them!! Find another place before coming to this location... period!!

Just went and did lab work, the wait was 1hr. Theres no appointments available. The waiting area, was clean. You sign in, then have a seat. Once they get to your name, theyll call you up, to give them your I.D. and Insurance cards. Then youll take a seat, once the Lab Technicians are available, they will call you back. Have you sign the lab forms, then youll have your bloodwork done! The staff, was nice and efficient as well. The restroom, in the lab was clean, fully stocked with paper towel, soap and toilet paper along with seat liners. I recommend this Quest Location, without any doubt!

Wait times are ridiculous. Easily 3x or 4x what is shown on their app. I wish I could patronize a different company.

I made an appointment a week prior, and on my appointment day, I signed in and was taken in within a few minutes. The waiting room was full and people were sitting outside as well. Make an appointment and you get right in and out. Hardly any waiting.

The place was easy to find great customer service. There was only one person ahead of me, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely unacceptable! Your website hours say 7 to 5. I also called your 1-800 number today, they put me on hold to reach out to this location, and I was told they would be open until 5 today that the 4 p.m. closing was just yesterday. I have changed my plans and left work early twice expecting to be able to get lab work done because your hours say youre open until 5. Update your website! Or stay open until 5!

I went to the Siena Heights location for my blood work. I got there early, stood in line, signed in, and was called up to show my id and insurance card. I waited for over an hour until I noticed that someone who had come in significantly later than me was called back. I explained my situation to the front desk and it turns out they had somehow skipped over me. The two women at the front desk were very nice about it, however one of the nurses in the back snidely pointed out that they open at 7:00 a.m., not 6:50 a.m. when I mentioned how long I has been waiting. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was an inappropriate way to handle what was clearly an error in their system. I am still giving them three stars because everyone else who helped me were very apologetic and accommodating.

Showed up at 6 15, says that its open at 6 and nobody was there ended up waiting close to an hour before we left out of frustration

This place is a joke. My girlfriend has a sensitivity to gluten and dairy; and wanted to get it diagnosed to see if its Celiac disease. She was referred here by another doctors office since this is supposedly their specialty. She is there for 20 minutes max and all the doctor does is tell her to come back for more tests. Fools, thats what the initial appointment was for. Avoid this place at all costs; thanks for wasting our time, Quest Diagnostics.

Had my first blood work this morning and it was very swift. Tia was very gentle and it was not painful at all. Staff was very nice! It was a very nice experience for me!

Located on the east side of St Rose Hospital, 3rd floor next to parking garage. Did a walk in here for pee in a cup. Estimated wait 30 mins, took two hours plus. Ladies at the front did a terrible job directing and informing the lobby room people and then becoming rude/frustrated when people didnt know what was going on or asked questions. QD gives the DMV a run for their money.

Yup came here 7am checked in they let me wait 35 minutes before telling me they dont do drug test until 10am and they were very rude about it. I come back little after 10am still nasty attitudes when I asked any idea how long is the wait. Terrible receptionists !!

Male and female who worked on 03/27 @ around 2, were so rude.When I walked in, there was no one at the desk, finally 10 minutes later they come out talking to each other completely ignoring everybody waiting in line.They have no respect and no communication skills what so ever. It took them 20 minutes to give me a stool kit that was requested by the doctor. not to mention the female who was helping me had no idea what the kit involved, she gave no instructions.Ive been here before, and the waiting is unbelievable but this experience was the worst by far.

I have appointment for today, at 9:30 AM, I check in, I sit then the clerk call me to get my insurance card, I return to my sit, after 45 minutes, I go back to her and I ask why is the reason they dont call me, she said because I dont have appointment, and I show the appointment, is on the paper test and confirmation number, so always they do the something, because was happen before with my son last month, I make complaints for they fix this problem but the CO dont care. I never go back to them again, Is the worse laboratories in Las Vegas, especially in Henderson, Nv

This location seems to be a busy one. Youre very best bet is to make an appointment online. I was out of there in about 25 minutes, versus a 2 hour walk-in wait time.

Horrible experience. Will never use Quest again. We were told you didnt need an appointment so we walked in for my husbands labs. As others came in, his name kept getting pushed to the end of the list, apparently because the others had an appointment. We walked out after an hour of waiting. Went back the following week with an appointment, then they said they didnt have the orders. Theres more but Im done giving them my time.

Long wait without appointment but otherwise ok. 👌 The tech was polite, efficient and there was no pain.

Who ever the woman was at the front desk, at 1:50pm , Wednesday, November 6 2019, was an absolutely awful woman. Just rude. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her.

Had my lab work done this morning (January 28th) at about 6:20 a.m. There was only one Phlebotomist working at the time. She was a Black Female. She did an excellent job doing the blood draw. I appreciate it when they follow proper SOPs. My last experience here was very bad so it was refreshing to have had such a pleasant experience today. Kudos.

Submitted my blood sample yesterday early morning. They are supposed to give the result by evening, but it is already third day and Ive not got the result yet. One time, they drew blood, and could work on it, requesting me to re-submit the sample one more time. Poor management. Wish I could give 0 star

Arrived at 4:55 just to drop off specimen. They were already closed. They are suppose to close at 5:00 asPer their signage. I hope they take the specimen tomorrow. No direction as to how I should keep the specimen. Not a great first impression

Just patient info this location is in the Del webb medical bld at the st rose hospital campus. It is always best to make appointments and arrive on time 20 mins prior prefered. Only 10 min leway for appt. Busy site . we take pride in servicing you in the best way we can . Every patient is unique and we asses them accordingly in the best way we possibly can. I hope this info helps for future visits.

This waiting room had about 30 chairs in it and EVERYONE of them is filled all morning long.

This place is really tricky to find..it is located in the back of St. Rose hospital where the pharmacy is located on the 3rd floor. I was a walk in and I was in and out with 20 minutes.

I make an appointment on their website at 1:45pm and l wait until 3:00pm . Five people after me was out before me.I ask one of the staff name Lory very rude by the way. I ask her that why people after me was treating before me without an appointment and she just said that she was coming back from lunch .I said that is not fair and she said that dont take it on her. I was asking just a question and she was very rude with an attitude.

This place is hard to find if you dont have a GPS, they dont tell you that it is inside the ST Rose Parkway hospital compound, and when you call the the 866 number, you cannot find help. I have to find their old number so I could find direction. It is inside the hospital compound in a building call the Del_Web building.

Very small office, always busy because of the location

The front office staff is often rude and no-caring. I visit this office weekly due to my required illness. These people often lose my paperwork, make very unprofessional statements. This office needs a front staff change.

Its always a madhouse for those who dont set an appointment. Staff are hard working and tolerate a lot of idiots so give them a break there doing their job as fast as they can.

If ur website says your open until 5pm you should be open until 5pm not 4pm

Why in the world do they have an estimated wait time for signing in and turning in paperwork? I dont care about how long THAT takes. I care about how long before getting called in to complete the tests. Told us 45 minutes, and weve been here for almost an hour and a half and counting.
