This place is horrible. The receptionist/front desk person wasnt exactly rude but BOY, did she have MAJOR attitude. Went over 2 weeks ago and they still havent returned my urine test results. I urge you not to go here and doctors out there, please find an alternative.

Find an alternative place for your blood test. They shuffle the wait list around depending on appointments and walk-ins and manage the shuffle in an inconsistent way slotting people in and out to the back of the wait list in a ridiculously tardy way! Definitely not a clinic suitable for walk-ins unless you have 3 hours to waste.

This location stinks! I went for an employee drug test. I went on their site to check hours. It states they are closed from 11-1 and again at 3:00. I arrived at 2:30 and see a piece of paper taped to the window stating they do drug testing from 12-2. I explained to the very rude girl, shugy what the website states and how it was imperative to have this tesr, It had to be complete in 24 hours. She wanted me to go to another location 30 Miles away. She was such a bit-h! No people skills. I remembered why I hate labcorp, thats why I go to quest. She was as ridiculous as her name!! My friend, Dr. Sallaway owned labcorp, hed be so proud. Shugey should be fired!!! Dumb bit-h!I went back the next morning and Tie helped me. She saw and heard what went on.She apologized and was so accommodating. She should give that bit-- some customer service pointers.Thank you Tue!!!

This place is absolute TRASH. Employees have zero empathy for absolutely anyone. Their hours are geared more towards their own convenience rather than the patients they see. Do yourself a favor and urge your business to use Quest or anyplace else in general besides this trash of a company. It is 2:17pm and I cannot be seen for a pre employment drug test when there is NO verbiage whatsoever posted on their front door, telephone greeting, or website AT ALL. They apparently stop seeing drug test patients at 2pm yet their lobby is Empty.

I arrived at 11:30 ready to pee in a cup for pre-employement. Checked in, waited ten minutes only to be told they don’t do that until after noon.Nowhere on any documents or on their website does it say this. Now I’ve had to pee and come back. This is for a third job. Do they think I have lots of free time?Staff was rude and Uncaring.

I just came back from my visit and it was so easy. Every one was kind, helpful, and the nurse who took my blood was extremely good at her work. I didnt feel a thing!! I did fast and went at 11:00. So not many people in there as in the mornings are much busier the nurse said.

Today I had the pleasure of getting some routine labs done at Labcorp. The online appointments were booked but stated walk-ins welcome. I showed up around 3pm and luckily there was only one other person in the waiting area. A nice employee at the desk greeted me, asked me to check in with their kiosk. The kiosk had me scan my drivers license and quickly obtained all my info within two clicks. It took me less than 30 seconds to check in. Once I had finished checking in, the lady at the desk reviewed my lab requisitions and immediately took me to get my labs drawn. Easiest and least painless poke I’ve ever had for a lab draw. She maintained all the proper hygiene and was gentle. I was in and out of the facility in less than 10 minutes!!! Great experience, quick and easy.Thanks guys :)

Check in was done electronically, so all your information was in their system, and it definitely sped up the process. To double check, a nice man called me up to quickly review the information, and then I was next in a matter of minutes. The woman taking my blood was polite, professional, and definitely skilled. It was a fast and easy process, and now I have nothing but a tiny red dot on my arm. Honestly, Im very impressed with the service I received.Masks are mandatory during the pandemic, and the waiting room has chairs scattered a reasonable distance apart.

I always have a wonderful experience at this facility. Especially with the young man at the front desk. This time, however was NOT the case. The young woman checking me in felted me with a hello. I responded hello back and then she yelled out loud, HELLO!!! and waved at me. I was taken a back because I had said hello back but she clearly did not hear me. She then insisted that O did not say hello and she had had enough of rude people today! WOW! I told her to please not call me rude because I did say hello and she probably didnt hear me because Im wearing a mask. She rolled her eyes and continued checking me in with NO APOLOGY! Being my 20 years experience in medical management, her actions and poor client service skills are the last place people that are ill need to deal with!!!! I would appreciate someone in charge of this facility to reach out to me and correct this problem.

I get that things are different in the age of Covid but this was frankly terrible. I walk in, there was no order to the line of people out the door, no good direction as to who was being serviced other than the women at the front desk screaming 2-3 names of people who werent even in the room. I waited for a good 5-10 minutes with people walking in front of me without the women at the front desk even acknowledging me. Their site says walk-ins are available for covid antibody tests however I was told I MUST schedule online (which requires you to put in payment information before even scheduling your visit, very nonstandard for any medical-related visit Ive had at any doctors office or clinic).I understand that an early morning visit usually works more efficiently than one in the afternoon but wow, this was just disgraceful. Doubt Ill be going back to this location without VERY good reason. Fairly disappointed.

Awesome and painless check in! All you need is your drivers license and insurance card and its soooo easy to check in! The dude at the desk was cool and took care of me so fast I felt like I wasnt awake! I highly recommend this place.

The staff here is great but 90 percent of the time the wait tome is ridiculous.

Change your hours of operation to avoid people being there at 3 to see that you are close. A paper in your door is not enough to let people know.And receive the people concerns with respect. A that is not my problem as an answer is just showing the lack of respect for your patients.

Terrible terrible terrible. There’s a black lady with long braids and glasses who has HORRIFIC customer service. So incredibly rude. Lack of customer service and communication for their hours.

So came here for a pre employment drug test. They told me that they didn’t start those tests till 9am, it was 8:20am. So I checked in and left to find something to drink. They called me back in at 8:35, saying my technician was ready. But I was in the middle of my next errand so I came back around 9:20. When I returned the receptionists at the front desk were being really petty and talking about me as if I wasn’t right there “didn’t we call Shanelle a long time ago?” “Yeah but she know just walked in now. We called her so long ago! Too bad she’s going to have to wait” so they proceeded to make me wait for 30 minutes. hello! You guys told me I had 40 minutes! Places that tell you to wait then not even half the time goes by and they want you back and just to say they’ve been waiting too long are annoying! The receptionist need to learn professionalism. If a patient is only following your directions dont punish them for it!

First visit. Everyone I dealt with was kind and friendly. Lab tech was good at her job, I can be difficult. In and out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend.2 years later, still visit twice a year. Always make an appointment, they are kind, quick, in and out in 15 min, love this place.

This is the best Lab Corp we have been to! Front staff are efficient and expedient with paperwork especially if you have an appointment . We’ve had two different lab techs draw blood and both were phenomenal. I hate getting my blood drawn. I get nervous and have to lay down. They are so gentle!! You can barely feel the needle - so skilled! Thank you Bianca for today!!!

Really loving the care the staff shows. Clean, prompt, organized. I wish I knew all their names but everyone went above and beyond just checking me in and taking my blood. Front desk staff is especially A+ two days in a row.

The customer services at this location was great! I was worried since other locations havent faired well but this place was great. Front Reception staff was great. Was greeted from the moment I walked in. They had a very convenient check in kiosk that collected all of my information so there was no need to fill out long paperwork. I dont think I waited even 10 minutes before I was called in by the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist was very friendly. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, especially since I hate needles. It was actually quite painless and quick. I wish I got the young womens name that helped me she was really nice, great customer service! This will be the location I come to for future bloodwork needed.

After being turned away at a Quest Lab because I had a lab slip from a hospital, LabCorp was awesome! Accepted my out of state lab slip from a specialist at Boston Childrens Hospital, got me registered quickly, there was only a few min wait and then I was done. Super easy!

Lab Corp is the worst! I much prefer quest but due to my insurance change earlier this year I was switched to lab Corp. Through the years (starting in 2011 , with my first child ) I have had lab Corp on and off . Every time I have used them there is always an issue. I started requesting a copy of my labs and what they put in the computer because on multiple occasions they have entered the wrong labs into the computer and therefore I had to retake them and they still charged my insurance. They have not picked up labs from a location and therefore labs were deemed no longer good and so had to redo them, and most recently they lost my standing order that I had turned into them! They are unprofessional, uncaring, and down right ignorant. Maybe they should look at quests strategies and institute them there! If I had a choice between labs I would never go with lab Corp!

Had Lab work done on Saturday 06/24/17 after fasting all night and no coffee,.. I didnt mind the hour wait,.. what I do mind ,.. is you morons not reading the lab order,.. or do you not know how to read???.... first item up on the lab order: total testosterone level. Whats missing from lab results ?... complete testosterone level!,.. so thanks to your incompetence,.. I get to do this all over again!,.. this review wouldnt be as scathing as it is but,.. you also have customer no service when I tried to call in,.. after an irritatingly long automated system... instead of being connected to a representative,.. the call is disconnected.

Also went for drug screen and was out in 40min. Did have appointment. Staff was cool, dealing with down internet but keeping it together. Many people came in as I was leaving. Would highly recommend appointment. Other reviewer is incorrect-they absolutely do urine drug screens, but not after 3pm. I’m not sure why but be aware.I’ve drawn blood a lot and I hope people realize that even experienced phlebotomists still miss as well as cause pain. They cannot see your nerves as thus can’t guarantee to avoid them. I know it sucks but try not to project.

Place is clean and the people working here are great!!! To bad people come in and act like children thinking their life is inconvenienced because the place does get busy. Plan accordingly and be nice to the people that work here. All is good

The staff was friendly and there was zero wait time. My only complaint is that they collected my fee while I was there, then sent me a bill later. I paid the bill thinking I must have forgot it earlier, but after checking my bank records I did in fact pay them. They sent me yet another bill which I did not pay, instead I called the office to let them know I was getting billed in error. They turned it over to collections within two weeks. It was for $10...so if you go there just make sure you hold onto any receipts you get!

The worst visit... front desk very rude. I was given paper cup not plastic for urine sample when I questioned the cup, the woman snapped at me as well any questions asked from anyone and to top off the visit... the person/idiot ruptured my vein and continued to move the needle around in my arm to fill the tubes as Im telling her its hurting, take it out. She says oh my this not working.. oh you going to bruise. She jerks the d*mn needle out and says oh this too big referring to needle. etc. As Im demanding for someone else, which no one ask about matter even with my raised voice; she puts needle in my hand to finish remaining 2 of 4 tubes of blood!!! As of today, a week later, my arm is brutally bruised as well hurts if touched. I will NEVER go back there again.. I had been going there for past 2 years. Unfortunately, Im unable to attach the picture of my arm. As well, this place does NOT deserve 1 star but thats only way a person can post comment.

This place seems fine to me. I have been there twice now, and each time they have very quickly gotten my bio samples analyzed and made the results available to me and my doctor online.

Signed i n at 10am and about 3 waves of people have gone before me. Some appointments, most not. Tech working in back doesnt even check my name for status, just tells me we are busy. I get being busy but one why is everyone going ahead me, Im just doing a UA screen. She didnt give me the time of day by answering my question of why Im being skipped. Going on 2 hours of waiting.

I was very hesitant to have my blood work done but Im glad I chose this location. Everyone here was very welcoming!

Went in for a drug screening, with no appointment, Got out in 50 min. Staff was friendly enough. The internet was down, but that did not affect me.

That technician needs retraining. I realize its a needle but it shouldnt hurt like that, especially when being taken out.

Just came out. Sat me in a chair blood on the armrest. They cleaned it after I pointed it out. Gross

They do not have certain tests like website says. Bought a test on requestatest for this location and was told they dont do it. My real reason for the 1 star is because I called their phone number for over 2 hours with no answer, just kept ringing then voicemail. The entire time I was waiting in the waiting room I didnt hear any ringing or see a single person answering a phone.

Only come here if you plan on waiting 1hour for blood work. only should have been 15mins but the girl obviously didnt know what she was doing.

If you go DO NOT let the blonde girl take your blood!! She left me unable to extend my arm & I had a severe bruise all over my arm & elbow!!

This LabCorp location does not do drug screens, do not cannot pee here.

They lost my labs with no proof I had them drawn. When I tried to talk to them about it, they refused to talk to me and re-directed me to the patient portal which again confirmed they had no results or pending lab draws after a month. I called them this time and they hung up on me! The other time I went here they crossed my name off the list and after I waited 2 hrs and questioned why I was the last in the office they gave me attitude and still made me wait.

2 hours and 15 minutes to take a piss test. The worst

I do not understand all the negative reviews. I go to this location all the time for my labs and it is by far the best lab I have been to…they are exceptional ! They treat you with respect and are so helpful. What more can you ask for ???? Daniel and Tie at the front desk are so efficient and friendly and Bri and Lena taking samples are amazing. Sometimes you wait to be called back, but very little amount of time and that is to be expected with how busy everyone in healthcare is now adays. All of the people who work at the Sienna Heights clinic I would hire in the office I run in a heartbeat. Truly exemplary employees!!!!
