My kids have been going to this place since they opened. The staff is always nice and Dr Kearney is very professional. I trust her with my kids dental health. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve heard bad things about Dr.Ronda Kearney, I gave this place a shot - never again!The office has new staff, which is understandable, they are learning the office. Dr.Ronda is rude to her employees for not knowing the way of her office. I had an employee apologizing to me, which I stated to her that wasnt necessary because she just started not to long ago. Dr.Ronda is rude to the parents, and employees. If she doesn’t want to be a dentist, she should just close this office down. Or start being a better teacher to her employees and help them out instead of calling them out in front of patients and parents. Very unprofessional. I went to another office and they all talked bad about her there, “employees that use to work there, stated that she never lets you do the job alone, she always gets in everything”I hope all her new staff realize why people leave. “People leave management, not the job”!Dr.Ronda needs to be more appreciated, and respectful. It seems that’s she wouldn’t never know, what she puts her employees through, most of them stated they was going to quit for the same reason “ they are tired of her disrespecting them, also talking to them like they are stupid” I wouldn’t blame them,She was so rough with my child, it seem that she over books the schedule and doesn’t check properly to make sure he doesn’t have any cavity’s.Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one! They are better offices, with nicer and professional dentists!

We live 1 1/2 hours from here. Will drive it everytime so my children can get the best treatment. Patient customer care is awesome.

The staff is amazing, and Dr. Kearney is so professional and kind. The office is extremely clean. My only request is that all patients and parents in the waiting room should have their masks on properly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is absolutely DEPLORABLE. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The manager Alston Frederick is a SCAM ARTIST. The office is filthy and unsafe to have patients in. No COVID measures taken. My child was in so much pain after we visited for a simple CLEANING. When I called to speak to the manager, Mr Frederick he responded This isnt my problem, your kid isnt my problem . I couldnt believe the unprofessionalism. They never answer the phone, the staff is horrendous. Just go somewhere else I promise you will get better service ANYWHERE but here.

She got my daughter in so fast on an emergency visit. The staff was so friend especially associate Brie. She helped me work around my crazy schedule so I could get my daughter in asap. Thank you all so much!!!

I dont normally write reviews but I honestly feel like it is my duty to warn parents about this place. The office is DISGUSTING and not very child friendly at all. The dentist reprimanded her staff several times while we were there and suggested the highest intervention option for our issue - involving giving a 15 month old an X-ray. We will never return to that place and I suggest you find a different practice to care for your children.Pictures included of the floor which was covered in very nasty old fluid stains, a trashcan that was overflowing (with the lid open, which I closed upon entering), and a hodge podge of random items stuck up on top of the cabinet in the exam room. There is absolutely nothing child friendly about this place.

It was doctor Rhonda Kearney that was helping my baby that day. and she was so rough and rushing.after she tried to clean my baby teeth my babys face was red because she was rough. i mean how do you get your toddler to a doctor like this. and she didnt even really try to clean my babys teeth. i thought they were good but they are not..

I normally dont do reviews but I was sent the link so Im going to give an honest review because at this point Im unsatisfied. I started out liking this place. My 8 year old has been going there since he was about 5 years old. Fast forward to 2020. Yes there was a pandemic as everyone knows. But his appointment got pushed out. Ok, no problem. I rescheduled and included my 3 year to be checked as well. They messaged me confirming the appointment the morning before and late that afternoon cancels their appointment. Ok so I rescheduled again. This time I actually go to the appointment and when I check in Im told we sent a text letting you know we are understaffed and to reschedule. I never got that message! So I rescheduled.. while there AGAIN. So now the next appointment is coming up They sent a message stating they have to reschedule again because they are understaffed again smh.. a few days after sent another message confirming an appointment for my 3 year old but not my 8 year old when they both are to be seen at the same time. I call, no answer. Leave a message and no returned call. Ridiculous! I should not have to reschedule 4 times back to back. No apologies or anything from them. Im not gonna keep going through this with them.

I highly recommend.... I switched my kids here from another dentist about 5 years ago and I have been very satisfied.... I have 4 children who go here and I very pleased.... The dental assistants are very nice and Dr. Kearney is awesome!!!

By far the WORST dentist office! Watch you kids here, watch the amounts and what medicine they are giving your kids also! They will put them to sleep over just a surface cavity. I was told by Dr. Kearny, to give my INFANT son sleeping medicine for my 7yr olds appointment, so he would sleep through the appointment, this was my RED FLAG! I told my kids doctor about this and her jaw dropped and she immediately referred me over to Duke street Pediatric dentistry. I went into Duke street dentistry and they could not believe what I told them and told me they did not need to put him under for this surface cavity. They had it done in about 30 mins I was shocked! I recommend the extra drive to a good dentist office.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. I arrived a few minutes early for my daughters appointment and the staff had her in and out ahead of schedule.

Our girls had very bad experiences with their first dentist but Dr. Rhonda has been a blessing!

Receptionist are very unprofessional. Don’t expect any return phone messages. No this is not a fake review. My son goes here not me, so of course your records wouldn’t show my name.

Great staff, very nice and patient. My sister had a procedure done yesterday and she wasn’t scared at all as she usually is, they’re great with kids. The nice assistant that assisted during the procedure (Tanya Martinez) really helped everything go smoothly and my sister was done in no time with no difficulties.

I love the customer service. Dr Kearney is a wonderful dentist for my kids!

My first time taking my two kids there and my kids really loved it ! The staff there was super friendly especially the dental assistant Tanya who worked on both of my kids ! She made their experience smooth and enjoyable because they weren’t scared to get their teeth checked at all ! Thanks to her for being so kind and patient with them ! Honestly I hate this place , i rarely write any reviews but this one is well needed. It was my daughters first time going to a dentist 🦷. They did not want me back there with her , everyone was rushing to the point they didn’t even seem to know who was who out of the children. Rude staff. But I stayed with her because it was her 1st time getting teeth pulled . Dentist was the the rudest woman ever . She acted like she did not want to answer any questions I had and she pulled my daughter’s teeth before the gas even had any affect on her. My daughter now is terrified of going to the dentist. I don’t see how they are still open with the way theY run things. Very unprofessional place and also very rude staff ! I would never recommend anyone to take their child to this place. Take your money somewhere else , and your child. You couldn’t pay me to take any of my children back !

I love going here, I’ve been going here for a couple years and I’ve never had an issue. The staff is great especially Tanya by far the sweetest staff member. Always so helpful, and friendly.

The staff is great the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. My 5 year old son isn’t a fan of instruments and people right in front of him but Tanya and Alex did a great job walking him thru the process and keeping him calm.

Such a great place for kids and the staff is really nice specially Tanya she is wonderful, sweetest person ever and Alex. I have taken my two kids there for at least 7yrs now and will continue to go for my new baby. Couldn’t think of any other better place for my three kids.

This office hired some wonderful staff members . The dental assistant Brittny did a terrific job at keeping my daughter calm throughout her visit. The professionalism that Brittny showed during our time there was fantastic. Her level of patience, and sense of humor made a lasting impression on my daughter. I was in a bind to get my kid in to get her Pre-K screening and the receptionist Destiny really went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Destiny was very friendly and professional, Tanya the Dentist Assistant was very friendly and professional. My daughter enjoyed every minute of the care Tanya provided. I PLAN TO MAKE HPD MY KIDS PERMANENT DENTAL CARE PROVIDER. HPD has a great staff.

They are not accommodating to patients at all. My child had 3 appointments total with them My child needed a great deal of work done 6 months after the 2nd visit. This means they didnt check her teeth very well during the first or second appointment.Instead of working with me to pay for all the work in multiple appointments, they wanted to do it all in 1 appointment which would have cost me over $12K and for my child to be put under!! The coordinator told me twice she would call with a schedule of appointments and almost a year later, Im still waiting on that call! I took my child to my dentist for a 2nd opinion and she didnt need all the work they were suggesting and I was able to do the work in multiple appointments saving myself 11K! They are terrible. Take your kids elsewhere.

Dr. Rhonda is rude to her employees and impatient. Front desk honestly had an attitude assisting me. Honestly the front desk is the head of the place and if they dont want to work put them in the back. I felt bad for Dr. Rhonda being rude with her employees in front of me. Do not recommend.

Very disorganized & poor performance of office staff. Janet was completely oblivious to how to look up my insurance info but when I spoke with the office manager she said everything was already on file. She insisted that she didnt have my insurance or social security number on file and that she need it. Called back to speak with Kareem within minutes she had all of my information pulled up.The manager was very helpful she made the rest of my experience tolerable. This was not my first visit. The gentleman & nurses who handled my childs fill ins were excellent & courteous.It took me 6 months to finally get a appt with Dr. Kearney because my child could only be given medication by her. I called two days before the appt to make sure my appt went smoothly and it was setup on a day that the Dr was scheduled to be out of the office.

Front desk was rude. I waited over 30 minutes after the appointment time to hear they didnt need to see the child..who was kelp from school for the appointment. The girl at the desk was not knowledgeable and responded as though I was the dumb one for asking questions!!! My experience was horrible... the purpose of my visit and my professional role made it even more difficult to respond the way I WANTED TO!!!!

This is the worst place i could have ever take my 3 year old. Dr. Rhonda was rude and impatient to my daughter who was so nervous to even open her mouth, this woman pull my daughters head towards her to have her closer and forced her finger to make her open her mouth, i was shock and i couldnt react, when my daughter start crying she checked her teeth quickly. Dr. Rhonda was also rude to her assistant who was also impatient with us, i guess because of the stress Dr. Rhonda puts over her staff. She told me that my daughter needed sedation and she handed me a flyer and pointed directly to the general anesthesia, she didnt even explained to me my different options or what was general anesthesia about, she made me feel i was not important to her business or that she was making a favor to me and my child. The place is so hidden i got lost and was late to my appointment. I think she overcharge my medicaid because i got a bill for 800 dollars and the only thing they could do to my daughter was fluoride and her chart, no x-rays, no any fix tooth or anything. I definitely dont recommend this place and i think potential future paying patients deserve to know what kind of business this is and what kind of rude person Dr. Rhonda is.

Dental service was fine, however, their billing processes have been awful. They do not code their procedures in a way our insurance would accept, and declined to assist in performing the coding correctly.

We were scheduled for a 9:30 visit, but were not attended until 10:45. Dr. Rhonda was very rude and kicked a parent out of the practice room because it was too crowded. We will not be coming back here with our two little babies.
