Formerly known as Coast Dental, Great Smile Dental was great! Staff was very kind and accommodating, and most importantly, they were very upfront with potential charges/services which you can deny if you choose. I did not feel any pressure from anyone or discrimination due to my insurance. Daniella who cleaned my teeth was extremely thorough and the entire session was painless too! She was also a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely come back.

Needs better receptionist that actually answer the phone . No one answers whenever I call.

Run run run away.When I first called they were super nice got in right away. I was super pleased and had planned on getting my family in to see them also. Went in visit was nice one of the nurses made a comment that she was glad I already had dentures and they didnt need to pull any of my teeth because of my medical issues but I blew that off. Doc said I needed a procedure done for a lesion on my gum no problem and they would get me my dentures. They said that they would call me when my insurance approved it.I waited for 2 weeks before I called to check on the progress. The lady was like you have to follow up with your insurance company yourself. Ok that is weird but I called and found out that they had not even submitted my paperwork. So I called the office back and told them that and was told the lady who does that just got off of maternity leave and will get to it as soon as she can.Waited a week and called back and was told she was still on maternity leave.Kept trying to call this week and kept getting a weird recording. I have left a few messages this week with no response. I called my insurance again today and my claim still has not been submitted. I thought something was fishy so I grabbed my husbands phone and they answered right away. Seems super fishy so I know they have my number blocked and probably my husbands now. But they told me that she just got back on Monday and will get to me soon. I have not been able to eat any good food for a month I am tired of mashed potatoes. So I told them to just get me my dentures and she scheduled me for impressions on Monday which I already had done on my original visit. I called my insurance back and told them what happened and they have switched me to a different provider. Put a note in my file and in coast dental file of what happened. They will not accept anything from them on my behalf now.So someone who wants to get screwed over can have my appointment on Monday and they can stick my dentures where the sun dont shine. And to think I was on my best behavior all the times that I have called and never went momma bear on them.

Dr. Ellsworth is AMAZING! Oh my goodness what a place! I had a medieval retainer on my bottom teeth for 28 years because they cemented them on like that back in the day. I had been to other 3 dentists in 12 years who couldnt get it off. Dr. ELLSWORTH pulled it off like it was nothing! No pain, no sweat, no worries. I feared he was gonna have to shave my teeth or pull two of them clean out. Nope- the doc pulled out the torture device and cleaned them, and off I went like a new man! Ellsworth-fuh-life baby!

I’m very disappointed. I recently made an appointment for a procedure then turns out they switch my appointment and add in all these unnecessary services that cost extra even including product. I thought the price was a bit high then I noticed all the services they added and product without asking me. I will not be going back.I understand it’s a business but at the same time people are struggling with the pandemic and can’t afford all these add ons. At some point you have to ask yourself if what your doing is morally okay.This has happened twice already! Be careful! Read your care plan and don’t be afraid to confront them when you notice they’re just trying to overcharge you with add ons.

Friendly staff, Dr. Ellsworth is a great dentist, thorough and fast. Its kind of a shock to the system how nice everyone there is. I made the switch to them recently due to my previous dentists lack of customer service and money grubbing policies. Couldnt recommend Coast Dental enough.

Awesome & Friendly staff!I get all my dental needs done at this office, from my cleaning, with Daniela, she’s amazing! braces with Dr.Beth, along with Reggie shes super caring and always makes sure I have all appointments in one day. I love that Claudine is always open to trim or fix any wires or retainers. Lastly cosmetic procedures with Dr. Ellsworth & Tess. I just had my crown done today and I love it! I can promise you this place is NOT about the money. They are 100% about helping the patients. If you have medicaid, they work with you. If you need a payment plan, they work with you. Their prices are also extremely competitive with other dental offices in town. The first time I came in, the doctor spent about an hour with me and charged me NOTHING because she didnt think any work was warranted on my tooth.MOST IMPORTANTLY, they have an amazing staff.Dr. Ellsworth spent a lot of time with me today, was extremely patient with me - I wasnt the easiest patient today, and helped walk me through a pretty painful time. Additionally, he is detail oriented, empathetic, and overall a wonderful dentist.Beth, the manager, has ALWAYS done her best to help me out with various issues (being a student and prioritizing treatment prices, asking how my service was, etc.)Both of the dental assistants are amazing! I really cant say enough about this place.The dental hygienist, Danielle (or Daniella), is AMAZING. She cleaned my teeth and I had ZERO pain/sensitivity. Amazing.

Monday I had a full exam and cleaning by Daniela Heider. Daniella is both professional and polite, fun to talk to and is very thorough with her cleanings. She always makes me feel comfortable and the time flies by during her process. The rest of the office is also very professional and fun. The dentist especially takes the time to explain any procedures and answer questions. I will continue to go to Coast dental for many years to come.

This is a great office. The staff is very friendly. Dentists are always very thorough and helpful. They make my young daughter feel very comfortable in the dentist chair. It really is a wonderful experience at this dental office, especially because it can be so scary for young kids. I was late for an appointment and instead of charging me the no show fee they worked with me and got me in at a different time the same day! They really are great! I would definitely recommend this office in Henderson! 😃

By far the best dentist I’ve been to.The doctor is great and very informational. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had. Beth, the office manager was awesome and helpful with questions I had as well. Fe, the dental assistant was FANTASTIC !! She was very patient , I asked her a million questions , and she was able to answer every last one of them !! She was very kind and easy to talk to. The staff period, made sure I was comfortable and informative with my treatment plan.

Went in for an examination. Really quick and efficient. X rays were super comfortable and a breeze thanks to Claudine. That was followed by a very nice doctor who answered all questions and promptly provided a diagnosis. Next appointment is set to get my teeth perfectly healthy again!

Found my forever dentist!! I came here because it has been a while since I saw a dentist, and I was very nervous . I was thoroughly examined and diagnosed with a deep cleaning . I’m so happy this was addressed because I read in the news that Alzheimer’s is directly associated with periodontal disease . Beth and her staff are smart and big on patient education . And unlike other medical places, they diagnose based on what you have and not what your insurance covers . I feel so comfortable here and tell all my friends

I was referred to Coast by a client and am so glad I found this place. Everyone is so nice and understanding, especially since I was there for an emergency and was a little emotional. Beth was so helpful making sure I was taking care of, and has me on a path of getting back to good with my teeth. They handled everything with my insurance and made the visit as pleasant as could be. A few weeks ago, I had an appointment for Dr. Patel. I had never seen him before and this had been my first time at the dentist in a while. Immediately upon walking into the station where I awaited, he was unprofessional. He did not greet me. He sat on the side of me and looked at the X-Rays and said to the assistant Im not sure if I have enough time for this today, she might have to reschedule. He than proceeded to return to another patient, the assistant followed him. Not once, did he address me. When the assistant returned, she immediately apologized before I could even express my concerns. I informed her of my thoughts of Dr. Patels unprofessional demeanor and how I thought his comments were disgusting. I mentioned my fear of the dentist and informed her I wanted to reschedule. I refused to have someone work on me with an attitude like that. She apologized and mentioned that she often receives complaints like this about him. Everyone else there is fine and Beth apologized. However, he needs to know that he is a total jerk and should have much more professional bedside manner when addressing patients.Management- no need to reach out to me, just get your dentist some training.

Im at location now and have to write this review because Im shockedFirst time visit with my 6 yr old. The place is amazing and very clean including the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The issue came when waiting for the doctor. Dc Patel and I know that from just reading his badge because he failed to even introduce himself. Mind you we waited about 20-30 minutes as I understand sometimes procedures run late but come on.I understand that we have bad days but when you work with children, you might want to be a little friendly. If you are late acknowledge it and apologize. Very rude. I will return because the staff is amazing but he needs to change his attitude.

Great friendly staff, brought us back fast. I’m kinda upset they don’t have an appointment available until the end of the month. We just recently moved from California was hoping to get seen as well as my other children ASAP, But guess we will have to wait. Ive been going to Coast Dental for a couple of years now and every time I go I feel extremely taken care of. Beth was wonderful at explaining all of my insurance benefits and helped me get the most of my policy. She was great! Daniela is the dental hygienist and she is extremely sweet and gentle. Amazing Staff. I hadnt been to a dentist in years and all the staff was very helpful and explained every process they would be doing on my mouth. I felt very nervous but they understood and were able to calm me down and give options they had for me. Beth and Nancy are always helpful and have made a my visits more comfortable.

I moved to Henderson about 2 years ago. I was concerned about finding a good dentist since Id been with my old dentist in Los Angeles for 20 years. Ive been extremely happy with Coast Dental. Dr. Benson is very nice to work with. I like to know what is happening and she explains every procedure before she starts. Everyone in the office is great to work with. They treat me like family.

My husband and I had recently relocated to Henderson and were due for a cleaning. Not being familiar with dentists in the area, we chose Coast Dental, mainly based on its convenient location. Worst dental experience we had in our lives. We were in the office for 4 hours and accumulated over $600 in out of pocket expenses. Their famous line seems to be the treatment we recommend is not covered by your insurance. While I understand they needed a complete set of x-rays for their file, over $600 for x-rays & a cleaning is outrageous. Then to add insult to injury, after we received a minimal reimbursement from our insurance company, Coast Dental sent us another bill (ironically) for that reimbursement amount. Not to mention, they outright lied to us. When we first spoke to the receptionist upon our arrival, we expressed our concern about having x-rays done, as we had both had x-rays taken earlier in the year, and we knew our insurance wouldnt cover it. The receptionist told us, since we were new patients and this was our first appointment, they would waive the fees for this. They never waived any fees. Details on our final bill proved this. This place is a complete ripoff!

I highly recommend Coast Dental on Windmill. I had three teeth pulled and it was okay. The Dr has a very gentle touch and his assistant Gabby is very compassionate and just a doll. Very helpful, explained step by step, No wait time, in and out. Just Delightful.

I have tried to make several appointments online with no response at all:( I was really looking forward to this location because of all the reviews but haven’t heard back in almost two weeks now😞 so I am giving one star for customer service.UPDATE: I finally got a call back from management and they sounded like they genuinely wanted to help so I’m updating this review.

They refused to give me a regular cleaning. They said a deep cleaning only. Medicaid does not cover deep cleaning. So I was there for an hour and half for nothing. They told me this their policy because I told them I had never had this happen to me.

Ive been coming to Coast Dental for almost a year and every single time I come I actually look forward to it. The staff is honestly incredible. They are all so friendly, outgoing, and super gentle. They attend you pretty quick and also work very quick. If you have any questions they will answer you confidently. They always knowledge you of what they will be doing to you. I have never liked any of my past dentists, but this place is different.

Coast Dental on Pecos and Windmill is a wonderful, clean and welcoming office. The women are kind, funny, friendly and very professional. They always listen to my concerns, requests and my input. Friendly, concerned for your comfort/ pain. I had a long bridge in the front bottom so it mattered how it looked. It looks great. It was a long process the first part and the doctor was aware of me and any pain through out process. He is very gentle. His whole staff is friendly , clean, neat professional attire, and helpful . Coast Dental is incredible! My last dental office was a complete nightmare so this was a breath of fresh air. Beth is so kind and informative and they explain your recommended treatment plan, options and let you know the cost up front. No surprises at this dentist. I visited Coast Dental on Windmill and had a great experience. Had to have a crown put on and Dr Benson and Beth worked on me. I had very little discomfort and would absolutely not hesitate to go back. This is really saying something because I avoid the Dentist at all cost. I would recommend that office to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE! They’ll tell you they offer free exams for new patients but they do not! Beth is extremely rude when you can speak with her and does not return phone calls after leaving messages with the lady in the front!

I went in for a routine dental cleaning and they claim they could not just clean my teeth but they had to do instead a deep cleaning which would cost me $461 when Im on Medicaid and they wouldnt even do the cleaning that I went in for and I was there for almost 2 hours. And then I called my previous Dennis who have been going to for 15 years and my aunt who the hygienist and said this was a load of nonsense. They should have cleaned my teeth with no problem so why does whip and pay out of pocket to have my previous dentist do it $40 versus the $461 they were trying to milk somebody whos out of work on.

Were going to charge me $175 for a basic cleaning which you were supposed to do for free because I have insurance, but you never gave me. I felt like they tried to find every little non-covered thing to charge me for that they possibly could, they scheduled me for a cleaning that I didnt request, and I kept getting appointment reminders even after cancelling the unnecessary appointment multiple times. I also felt tortured by their xrays. It was very uncomfortable on just about every level and I will not be returning.

I was so happy after Beth cleaned my teeth. She was so gentle and they look so pretty. Definitely coming back again!

I am happily now a new patient at Coastal Dental. The experience was my first in years and by far the best trip to the dentist I’ve ever had. The visit began with a Beth Bieski introducing me to the dental assistant and going over my plan and options as a patient.. In that trip I was able to get all my X-rays, cavities filled and good recommendation to an oral surgeon (all this taking just over an hour). Before leaving I sat with ms Bieski for a moment to assure her that my experience was everything I had hoped for!! Her charisma and confidence in the office made my decision in returning easy, so we went ahead and made the appointments for my future visits!

Faye was SO great!! She was very caring and made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I have severe anxiety especially when it comes to my health and have had many bad experineces with Dental offices not being friendly or understanding of my issues or concerns... Everyone here including the ladies who check you in and out (Beth) were so nice, patient, and caring. Highly recommended! Thank you guys! 💜

So this next time around the company went under new ownership. Looking as an outside perspective, so much office conversations happening how some staff were leaving and how things are different and on top of that speaking in front of clients (myself and hubby) that certain assistance make their own schedule. By the way this conversation i was getting my fillings done 😳🧐. Doctor was very professional and taking the heat of this employee but I’m like can we focus on my teeth. Overall at the end it seemed my fillings were okay but the next day. My teeth were hurting and I see some of my teeth exposed were they’re not filled, went on the following day for them to fix the non filled teeth and then, to top it off one of the opposite sides got drilled (happened so fast caught me off guard) so then I was asked why that side was drilled. They mentioned to even out each side. Which made sense at the time. The doctor did mention I need 2 root canals 😩. So I was like wait I see the dentists so much that I had to go to get a second opinion. I went back to my home town in California and had all issues fixed for $50 when I had paid about $500 for 4 teeth at this current location. Well the doctor did X-rays because I wanted to double check if I really needed 2 root canals and guess what this doctor said. Whoever told you that is not practicing accordingly and is just wanting my money. This doctor in California from my home town lightened my day and lifted all this weight off my shoulders. I gave him some business consultation for free for helping me through my pain and nightmare I was growing thru with the passing of my mom and little brother already from this pandemic.

All I can say about my experience is AWESOME! Will definitely come back! Highly recommend.

I had the best experience today! Backstory: I haven’t been to the dentist in 14+ years until today. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I was really nervous going into it, but they were very informative and reassured me the whole way. Beth set up the appointment for me and she was so sweet and accommodating! I went in and got some x-rays done, the technician was great. I think she knew I was nervous and let me take the time to get comfortable and checked on me throughout the process. The hygienist (I’m sorry, I’m the absolute worst with names) was SO sweet! She ended up doing my cleaning and listened to my concerns and assured me everything was good. I saw Dr. Ellsworth, he walked me through all of the dentist lingo and explained everything so I would understand. He taught me things I hadn’t learned before and we went through the game plan of what should happen next. Again, so kind and welcoming! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially after not going to the dentist for years and years. I would highly recommend coming to be seen here. Everything was clean and organized, the staff was amazing and the whole experience was great!

Everyone at Coast Dental is amazing! They are kind, compassionate, accommodating and understanding. For me, the dentist has always been the scariest place ever and I am not always an easy patient to deal with, but I never worry when coming here. I have had a lot of dental work done (and still more to do) by Dr. Ramadurgam and he is just incredible! My entire family sees him and we have always felt welcome and well cared for. He explains what he is going to do, listens to your concerns and has a great sense of humor. He is very positive, humble, gentle, caring and all around a great person. I have never left his office in pain, feeling unwell, and I have never been afraid to go back. I know that I will be well taken care of and that I am a priority under his care. I highly recommend him and this dental office! The Mendoza family adores and appreciates you Dr. Ramadurgam!

I recently went to coast dental in Henderson, I was already nervous based on my previous experience somewhere else which was horrendous. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to the moment I left it was wonderful. Every one cared and worked quickly and efficiently to bring me the best care. After my procedure Beth came in sat down and talked with me on what she would do to get my entire mouth fixed and asap considering Im a diabetic she understood the need for me to get my mouth taken care of. She worked with my insurance and got me prices that was close to $400 cheaper then my last place. All because she knows what she is doing. Thats her job and she does it wonderfully. She was kind and helped me feel like i would actually get out of pain and fix my teeth because she was putting the effort into getting the most affordable price. (the dentist was calm and efficient he walked me throigh everything he was doing, and it was the easiest and most relaxing extraction I have had yet(7). All assistants and front staff were remarkable. Just wanted to seriously thank you all for making me feel at ease and making it a wonderful and not painfil experience . I will never go anywhere but here.

I went to coast dental for a routine cleaning and xrays. All of the staff was super nice and accomodating and the doctor very professional and thorough. Beth was with me through the entirety of both my visits and made me feel so comfortable and calm. When my insurance wouldnt cover my filling I was given a VERY fair out of pocket cost. I didnt think it was possible to be so relaxed at the dentist i would fall asleep...ITS TRUE!!! What a great experience!!! Beth was so very helpful and professional when explaining everything...THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!
