The cashiers there are nice polite very helpful my grandson wanted an account open there had to wait until he had a school ID.. They are awesome.

I was having issues with applying for a loan online and communication through emails with multiple credit unions. With only working normal business hours Mon-Fri, its been very difficult. I stopped by In Touch Credit Union Green Valley off Sunset in Henderson. I came into the branch a little too late but hopefully i talked to Corry Morris one of financial assistants. He was able to get me in on a Saturday. He checked up on my application and was able to not only able to open my savings account, but also get all my paperwork signed and finalized in no time. Because of Corry i am now able to drive my vehicle me and my family have needed for some time. I will be a customer for life now because of this accommodating experience. Customer service and understanding here is exceptional.

My Husband and I had such an awesome experience at your Green Valley Branch. Tabitha went 3 extra miles to make sure we had the best possible service. I had Appointment today regarding my status as member and the banking representative really took his time to make sure that I was satisfied. The representative was very professional and concerned about my business needs and answered all of my questions as well. Thank you!)Which brings me to the whole exact reason why I absolutely love my Green Valley Ranch ITCU Location and all of the team members there, especially my girl DIANNE! (Their genuineness to care for their members with no epectations!)Each and every single team member goes above an beyond to help you, no matter what it is. All with a smile on their face. Which in the midst of this time is NOT easy. I have been with ITCU for over 7 years. It started with shared branching since my Husband & Is home CU is based in Hawaii. Now we are also loyal ITCU members! We have gotton multiple loans through them and currently utilizing their lender for the purchase of our home.The adjustment a couple of years ago from walking up to a teller for transactions to a live teller on a kiosk, was quite nerve wrecking and gave me a little bit of anxiety. As I am sure it did for others. However, all of the team members, especially my number one Dianne, NEVER FAILED to assist me through all tranasctions. She took the reigns into her own hands whenever she noticed any hesitation in my face and helped me. Before I knew it, I was making transactions with ease all on my own!If you know anyone from Hawaii, you will understand or hopefully know what its like to have Aloha or to have the Aloha Spirit within you...if you dont, just visit this branch and have a minute with Dianne! Excellent customer service from FERNANDO at this location which was a surprise as I been there before to open up an account & was not very pleased with their services, but then brought my friend Ella over to open an account & he did a great job, a lot better than the prior workers I had to deal with. Some of these guys at intouch are very unprofessional at their job, but very professional at lying and screwing over my credit. They apologize every time they do it but dont fix it. Ill be leaving this bank as soon as I can.

It is ridiculous that you can’t talk to a live teller. Why am I going to stand in line at a kiosk for an automated teller to get to me. You can’t talk to a live person. The person in front of you hangs up. You go to the kiosks and have to wait 15-20 minutes for the next automated teller to get to you. This is not good customer service. I had overdraft. I got charged a lot of fees for overdrafting but that protection was there. They always got their money back and more because of all the fees. They then revoked my overdraft even though they made a ton of money off of me in fees. They weren’t doing me a favor they were making money. They don’t have enough locations around town and the ones they do have aren’t in that convenient of locations. When this bank was Ensign we had great service. Since it switched to InTouch it has been terrible. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. He have had an account here for for over 25 years and due to the terrible service we closed our account and went elsewhere.

I went to the InTouch branch in Green Valley. I came in with the intention of closing my membership. Dianne Pasiemiak the relationship manager brought me into the office and went over some accounts that would benefit my grandson who came in with me. I am greatful for her kindness and I kept my relationship with Intouch and opened some fantastic accounts for my grandson. I will continue to bring money over as I had great service. Customer service... non existent. This is a shared branch with my actual credit union. Which I called to make a formal complaint on this dump. What a joke, I feel sorry for the account holders here.

The staff at IN Touch credit union are the best. Ive never had a bad experience or a long wait. Everyone is very nice and helpful especially Cindy. Im from the San Francisco Bay Area where the tellers are behind a plexiglass wall, so how pleasant and surprising that I can walk up and chat face to face.

Go anywhere but here. I have full coverage insurance on my vehicle.Somehow the bank though I did not have insurance so they force added insurance which increased my balance by $2500!!! --> which in turn dropped my credit score due to balance increased by over 2 grand. When I personally brought in proof, branch representative was friendly and said it would get fixed. I had that proof faxed over all well.A week later balance is not updated by whoever needs to do this on the back end for the amount to drop off.Update: Went in again today to see where are we at, still not updated. Tried to make a principle only payment & was also told Im not allowed to make a principle only payment until this is resolved? Why does it matter the total amount owed if I want to make a principle only payment? To keep a customer on the hook for as long as possible.I will gladly tell anyone to go elsewhere.Heck, I will gladly pay more to refinance with someone else. This buiseness does not want paying customers with high credit score.I am not happy. Offering me to go through facebook to get in touch is not the most professional or secure way to conduct financial buiseness. Asked today for someone to call me tomorrow. Lets see how it goes.Dont play with my money & credit score.Do your f$#@!&* job in timely manner!!!

This location uses those interactive teller machines. It’s as if they are committed to making the banking experience as impersonal as possible. The few human employees here seem more interested in eating chips and dip and making so much noise that you cannot hear the person on the monitor who you are forced to conduct business with.

They care so much for their customers especially in hard times they have helped me so much
