Staff is always so friendly and very helpful. Whenever I have questions or concerns I get help right away. Ive been using them for years and will continue to do so.

Typical service - but there are far better places to bank for the price than this. Way overpriced. I do use their ATM still - its free with the account I have at my new credit union.

DO NOT BANK HERE! The fraud department is horrible very little protection of your money. If your account is hacked, forget about it! You are responsible!

Me and my son walked in so he can open his first account and he was given an application. He completed the entire app and was told hed be called back to schedule an appt their banker was busy and booked for the day. We never received a call back. He opened an account with Chase the next week. Great service!My wife completed a Refi app online as instructed when we called to make an appointment. We never heard back. She Refinanced with One NV Credit Union. Great service!I called Clark County to let them know why they lost two clients and their member services said they would have the Branch manager from their Lake Mead location reach out to me and how unacceptable their lack of service has been. They never did. Hints, this review.

I have left many reviews on this forum about clark county credit union, but somehow they remove bad reviews. Here we go again, the only people at the entire clark county credit union that know how to do a good job are the managers, do not trust what any tellers or even the people on the phone tell you, they really have no clue. Twice this week Ive called to verify the sale of a vehicle and when I get to the teller, sorry we dont do that. What a joke. Clark county credit union is going down hill, more profit for board members

The people were very nice nice to have a bank that has Bankers hours Monday through Friday

I bank with them, and the security of the building makes me question the security of their accounts. Several times the door wont lock after hours, and it took them months to fix the problem. One weekend the door got jammed and it wasnt fixed until they opened 2 days later so the ATM was unavailable. I had to call the police because they had homeless people waiting outside the doors one evening.But even with the safety issues, the ATM is barely functional. I went in only to find out had jammed with someones card making it inoperable for an entire weekend, then last night I used it to deposit my tips like I do only for it not to be posted to my account. They lost my deposit and when I called said it would take 5 days before they got back to me.Poor customer service and they are basically thieves.

I love this bank, but they really need to get their ATM under control at the Henderson location. Every time I seem to go there lately it has been down making me either need to go to a teller or find a different ATM (when they are closed) which is getting really annoying.

I was just there and didnt see any outside ATMs or Drive Up ATMs.

Awful customer service filled out a loan online never received a answer on whether or not I could get a loan had to call them the next day to find out whats up and person on the phone was super rude and wouldnt do anything to help me very poor service
