I used to drive out to spring mountain after work and atm wasn’t working - that was inconvenient after driving all the way out there because branch a couple miles from my home closed.Last time I drove out to spring mountain branch the atms were gone and that branch was closed. Now there is Henderson location atm which is out of service a lot and north vegas location which is too far so time to switch to capital one checking.Close another branch navy federal!Close em all!!

The employees have always been efficient, friendly, and, patient. This branch follows the covid-19 guidelines with the line starting outside. Based on your type of transaction, you are directed to the teller or employee that can best assist you, bwhich is very helpful, especially when having a new debit card made. Incredible how that can be done in under 60 seconds! As long as you are in line before they close, they will let you in to complete your banking. If you qualify to bank here, you should! The benefits of being a Navy Federal Credit Union member are awesome!

Really crowded and had to wait outside due to them only allowing 3 customers at a time. Found out after my friend waited in line for me that I could have went right in as I am disabled. Teller gave incorrect information regarding the money order I was attempting to cash. She stated that the remainder of the funds wouldnt be available until Wednesday ( it was Monday early afternoon) and they actually they actually were available after midnight. Makes me wonder if I had asked for a manager if they would have been available then, as it was a money order ( although a personal one from a friends account)

Like going to the welfare office. Always a line. People go to branch because conducting atm transactions elsewhere can take up to eight days. This was the case when I deposited $300 cash at a nearby credit union and experienced an eight day hold. Five day hold on a $75 check.

I wouldn’t recommend. I specifically asked on the phone and in person before I joined if I had to pay off my other bank I was in a small collections with first and they said no (or else I would of paid it first and then opened an account), and once I opened a checking and a savings, 2 days later they froze my account. So now I’m going in circles dealing with this. Now that I paid off my other collection with BOA, early warning systems said that they do that to get customers. I don’t need to affiliate with a dishonest bank. Period. It’s unprofessional. So from experience, if you owe any other banks, don’t waste your time opening one until you pay it off. I just paid mine off with no problem and now I have to wait around 45 days for them to clear it and it’s not even a guarantee. Will be closing my account and looking elsewhere due to dishonesty.

As with the rest of the Navy Federal Credit Union branches that I have been to, the clercks are respectful and attentive to the customers. And with the new guidelines for the COVID-19 social distancing and other hygiene safety precautions, the representatives at the entrance ensure that only so many customers are allowed in at a time where by truly enforcing the measures that are outlined with the CDC recommendations, including facial covering and person to person physical distancing.

All the other navy feds I have went to in Vegas is really cool relaxed and have patience , this one is horrible they close the doors before 5:30 always and poor customer service . Def will stop coming here even tho it’s the closest location to me. The past 2 times I have come around 5:20 and 5:25 and the door was locked and they say we can’t take anymore people

I served in the Army, my husband is retired from the Air Force and my son will always be a US Marine. We all enjoy the services provided by the NFCU but I am thrilled to be using this branch office!!! I am met with friendly faces and served quickly and accurately. Nothing is ever pushed on me but offers that would be to my benefit are explained as needed. I never feel like it is Hurry Up and Wait with these wonderful employees. Glad to know them and Blessed to use their branch office for my savings, checking and auto loan accounts! :)

This cant be an actual NFCU? There is absolutely zero commitment to customer service. From the entrance to finally being seen (I was the only one in the bldg) after 45 minutes I gad to repeat verbatim what I told the front desk. Why was this information not passed on? Who knows! End result I walked out and called the 800 number. I would wait 2 weeks for a debit cars then to ever have to step foot in this location ever again.

Worse customer service, the teller asked me to retrieve a second form ID , when I went to my car to get they locked the door behind me when I tried to come back and she still had my license. I asked for my license and the woman blocking the door looked at me crazy and when I told her the teller and I were in the middle of a transaction the teller told her we weren’t. Their customer service is abysmal and disgusting. This one experience has made me consider closing my account.

NOT user friendly. Tried to deposit a check from State of California and told they would not release the funds for 5 business days (8 days total, including today). Thats eight days of interest for them, and not for me. Previously, when I opened the account, it was with a $1,000 cash deposit and they told me I could start using the ATM card immediately. No - it took another 5 business days to draw on the cash deposit. I dont think they know what theyre doing, or maybe they do. All of their policies result in more ,money for them, less for their customers. It does not take 5 business days for any check to clear any more -- except at Navy.

DONT USE THIS BANK FOR MORTGAGES!!!!!!!There mortgage department is a joke worst customer care I ever experienced. They treat your home buying process as if your bothering them... Im about to lose my earnest deposit because of there incompetence

Lines all the way down to the emergency exit (around 30 ppl in line or more ) with only 2 windows open seems like it’s every time I come in. With the Nearest navy federal over 20 miles away this is a horrible experience.

Worst experience, Someone used my card without my permission, this bank said that the money is secured, I report the activity and file a claim they didn’t have my money back and block my debit cards, be careful if you put your money in their hands!!!
