I am brand new to Nevada after moving here from New York and I had to find a dentist. Happily I found wigwam dental care, they are the nicest and best dentist I’ve ever had. From the moment you get into the office until you leave the people treat you with friendship kindness and respect. My first visit visit was for an emergency which I took care of right away the day after I called them. I won hundred percent whole heartedly recommended this practice. Not only nice and kind but doctor Shahai has the best sense of humor. Wigwam dental care is for sure my new dentist. And I will need a lot of dental work at all times.

This is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front staff and extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Piyevsky is the best ! Very caring and an artist when it comes to dentistry.The back office assistants are very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease as well . I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Ellen is great. But it is unacceptable to have made an appointment for 1-2021, back in 10-2020 and it needs to be rescheduled. I have already waited Nov and Dec. Then I was texted, not even called, to change the appointment . When I called the appointment moved to 3-2021. Very disappointed with patient care.

Dr. Ellen and her staff are by far 2nd to none. From the time youre greeted to the time you leave. They even managed to make paying an enjoyable experience! The attention and dedication that you get is above and beyond expectations. It seems to me that they treat everyone like family. I never thought Id ever say this. But for the first time in my life, I like going to the dentist!

Wigwam dental has been amazing. From fixing my grill after getting it kicked in to cleaning and keeping up with my cracked and broken teeth from years in the sport. dr Ellen is the best and her staff is top notch.

At wigwam dental I experienced the 5star treatment, Dr is highly experienced, knowledgeable. I came in as an emergency patient was treated same day. The staff made me feel very comfortable. Yes often the visits can run longer than I expect, but her care and expertise make it worth while. I am thrilled by how good my teeth look. Before going to Wigwam dental I had gone to Absolute dental and they were telling me I had 3 cavities and that I was going to have to pay to get them filled. Knowing that I’ve previously not had to pay for cavity fillings because my insurance covers it I went to wigwam dental to get a second opinion... turns out I don’t have any cavities and absolute dental read my x-rays wrong!! Absolute dental was going to go in and fill cavities that didn’t exist all to make money off me! Wigwam dental was so helpful and informative and even taught me that soft brushing is the way to go! I am very pleased with my experience at wigwam dental and the staff was so kind!

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Something like 15 years. I recently had some painful emergencies and was reminded that I have always been treated with compassion by this staff. Wigwag is the location I am used to but for convenience I went to their Lake Mead location and same thing... The kindness and attentiveness was palpable. I appreciate everyone at both locations. The dentist is my worst nightmare but they always reassure me and remind me that they are here to help me not hurt me. Thank you everyone and Sabina- I am overwhelmed with gratitude. We have been going to Wigwam Dental since 2005. The primary dentist and other dentists within there office have always been great with there treatment along with support from staff If you have a question they take time to answer your questions and advise you on maintenance, between visits. Strongly recommend.

During my first visit, Dra. Ellen did my deep cleaning and she’s very nice. Very professional and made sure that I’m comfortable and not in pain. Then, on the second visit the hygienist Dianna, did the cleaning on the left side. Just like Dra. Ellen, she’s also nice and professional. My husband will have his cleaning soon so hopefully, he’ll feel the same.

I tried making an appointment last week and while I was doing the appointment they put me on hold for like 40 minutes and after they finally answer I could hear someone say “lets make a another TikTok” and the girl laugh and hung up, I sincerely suggest to go somewhere else.

I had a pain in my right tooth...they set me up with an appointment right away. When I got my teeth cleaned last year...it was suugested I get a water pick ...have to say it has helped with keeping my teeth clean. The team at office are always pleasant...and great treatment as well. Would strongly recommend as they have been caring for my family for years.

So once again, today , Just like so many times for the last 20 or so years I have been coming to WIGWAM DENTAL, , they came to my rescue before I even came in to the office !!! I am in a wheelchair now and I wasn’t able to get my chair out of the trunk !!! So thinking that I was going to have to go back home for help and be late for my appointment , I had no idea of what to do !! Well out of nowhere this beautiful young lady came out of the office and said “ do you need help ?? “. Obviously I was astonished with basically a lack of words but I did explain my situation and she said “ don’t worry I can help you “ !!! So she proceeded to get the parts of my wheelchair over to me and I was still in awe at the kindest gesture from someone I never met before !!! So as the story goes I was basically on time for my appointment, had another wonderful visit and once again I understood why I have been so loyal to Wigwam Dental “. Well, better yet, when my appointment was over this new employee , Antoinette, And her coworker Diana once again came out to help me put my wheelchair into my trunk and I was blessed with another beautiful day !!! So thank you WIGWAM DENTAL for over 20 years of gracious and personal help for myself and my family !!! You guys are the greatest !!! I love you !!!

Worst dentist office in Nevada by far! Dental hygienist assistant was awful and rough, not thorough on cleaning. They also tried to say I needed a procedure done that I already had at another dental office just to try to get more money for an implant procedure. Cancelled an appointment and they said I owe a 35 dollar fee! Never again! Do not go to these scammers! All they want is money!

Just had several fills done at Wigwam Dental in Henderson it was a great experience painlessly done and my teeth look fantastic.

In the 10 years that Dr Ellen has been my dentist at wigwam dental care, her work has always been excellent. She goes above and beyond any dentist Ive ever seen. Theres no such a thing as an ok jobs with her. And not only is she the ultimate professional she is equally compassionate and caring as a person. I cannot give high enough praise for Dr Ellen and Wigwam Dental.

Dr Ellen was great with making a priority list and making sure I understand what needs to be done and why. I LOVE Dr. Ellen. Ive been to at least 7 other dentists in town. Shes my favorite. She does great work and isnt just trying to find more issues for billing purposes. Shes extremely knowledgeable . I left her once bc sometimes you have to wait long in the chair but I came back bc she is that good. It only takes long bc she gives time to each patient. She is a very caring person. Everyone there is really nice but I have to mention Fabi, the dental assistant. Shes amazing!! Diana who works at the front desk is my go-to on that side. Shes really helped me when Ive had concerns or emergencies. Overall, Im a difficult patient so the fact that they still treat me with professionalism and care says a lot. LOVE.

If I could give ZERO stars I would this place has the WORST RUDE STAFF ever. They literally got mad at me for swallowing while they are working in my mouth I am sorry that I dont want to CHOKE on my own spit. Then they rushed my filling just so they could go home on time. They literally dont care about their patients at all. WORST PLACE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

Well, I have kind of had it with this practice. I had an appointment today at 10:00 AM made about a month ago and they couldnt find me on schedule. They were sorry (repeatedly) but that doesnt change I had to make changes to my work schedule only to be turned away as they are short staffed. I was told due to prior issues at this practice that I would be seeing the owner/founder of the facility but that didnt happen. I expressed previous issues where I would be placed in a chair with absolutely no person coming in for sometimes 30 or more minutes and that I had walked out 3-4 times previously. I also expressed that a crown I had done by a dentist that is no longer there didnt seat properly and I have bitten the inside of my cheek to the point it is all scarred. Now, I continue with a broken tooth that probably will be extracted and another broken lower molar that I feel confident can be repaired but who knows...I cant seem to get in. They did offer to set an appointment about 30 days out but I declined and said I will be filing a complaint with whatever board governs the dental practice industry. This place is disorganized and haphazard in how they treat patients. I dont see me going back unless I can find no options that take my insurance!
