Great customer service when I saw them my first visit. However I tried to call to reschedule an appointment and no one calls back and the earliest they can get me in is October. Absolutely ridiculous.

We came here because of good reviews. Made an appointment for my 10 y/o who was in pain. When I called I asked if they would address her cavidy on that visit. They said probably but no promises. We came in, waited 1.5 hours!!! Took an x-ray and told us she has a cavity! I know she has that! Thats why she is in pain! Were hoping to fix that baby tooth. They said they cant do it now and the next visit would have to be in 2 weeks! Knowing she is in pain?! Now thats crazy if you ask me. Then before we left they said we dont usually see kids here. Wait, what?! Is that why we got this treatment and why did you book us?! Maybe he is a good dentist but well never find out. Not coming back and wanted to share this unprofessional experience.Found another dentist in Henderson that took us in 2 days. Turns out she had a small infection and fixing baby tooth would cost just a little less than taking that baby tooth out. He got that tooth out in just a few minutes on that same visit. Now thats an honest dentist and great service.

My visit last week was another great experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile, offered some water and was seen on time. My hygienist Robin is very thorough and puts me at ease. She is personable and ensures I am comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Kim came in, checked my teeth and I appreciate that he explained clearly what he saw. Thank you for the work you all do. Your office is terrific!

First and foremost,His office immediately adopted the highest recommended protocols for the best prevention of the spread of the pandemic.I feel completely safe when I arrive at the office.Secondly, he can fix a cavity and attach a crown w/o pain.Hes either a magician or a really qualified dental doctor.If hes not your dentist, you dont have the best there is.

Dr. Hill is excellent, extremely experienced, knowledgeable and very kind. He has the most advanced equipment, so his measurements are exact and precise. His assistants are just as professional. Hes the best dentist Ive ever gone to.

In my experience, I have found the staff to be a reflection of the boss and that is true with Dr. Hills practice. Dr. Hill and is staff are professional, very good at their jobs and friendly. The facility is very modern, clean and warm with all the latest technological gadgets. I am extremely happy with the way I was treated. I had an extraction and a root canal and never felt any pain during the procedures or after. I highly recommend Dr. Hill. If you are lucky, you may get to see his one-year-old son. He comes to check on his dad every now and then.

Dr Kim is AMAZING.what started out as a root canal ended up as an extraction and bridge. He did a fabulous job! He also did a fantastic job with the shots. There were a number of them and I hardly felt anything.Dr Hills office is definitely an office to consider if you are looking for a new dentist!!!

I had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly. I went in to get all my fillings and teeth cleaned. The cleaning was a walk in the park, when it was time to get all my fillings the staff was very nice. Keep in mind it had been awhile since I been to the dentist and I love candy!! I needed 7 fillings people!! Horrible right I know. Throughout the service I was asked if I am comfortable or would you like rest your jaw? Would you like a break? They kept their patient in mind even brought me a blanket because I was a tad bit cold. Overall the service was perfect. Thumbs up people!

I agree with all the other comments. Being new to Henderson, I needed to find a dentist. Unfortunately, the need came sooner than I thought. I really needed one for a toothache. When I originally tried to set at appointment Dr Hill was out of town, so I went to another dentist in the area thinking I would be treated, but that was not the case. I was given antibiotics and sent on my way with a follow up appointment for a root canal 3 wks following! In between the follow up I had a scheduled appointment with Dr Hill. I was still in pain and I went in expecting that he would reschedule for the root canal as this was a first visit. But this was not the case. I had the root canal done the same day! He has a wonderful, friendly demeanor. He makes you feel very comfortable. His staff was great as well, very professional and caring, always asking after my comfort.Since my initial visit I have had my 6 month teeth cleaning. Jessica is the best dental hygienist around! Shes very professional, very caring and friendly!This will be my dentist going forward! I also agree with the other comments that his fees are reasonable.

Fantastic professional staff and Dr. Hills attention to their clients. They even took me in earlier than my appmt. Well, I also most of the time arrive early. They also appear to consider their clients financial situation re: fees. Very considerate.

Dr. Hill and his Staff are superb. I can only say that the quality of care and integrity of the entire office makes this the best Dental Office I have ever been to, and Ive been to many. I no longer live in the Las Vegas/Henderson area, but I will be making the 4 hour drive when I need a dentist.

When I moved to this area from Pennsylvania, one of the things I was nervous about was finding a dentist that I loved as much as the one I had back home for many years. I needed several procedures that kept me in the chair for 5 hours straight. Dr Hill was by my side the whole time. Never felt any discomfort, he made sure of it. I respected him and trusted him from that day forward and have recommended him to everyone. His staff is professional and welcome us as if we are family. If there were more than 5 stars possible, I would go higher !!!

Dr. Hills entire staff is great. I saw Dr.Kim. He replaced a cracked filling. No pain at all. Talked to me in language I could understand and gave me options, not just his opinion or the most expensive option. If you are looking for a new Dentists you need to give Dr. Hill a chance. I called his office as a new Patient with a broken tooth , and I was told to come in that day. I was there about an hour and I left with a brand new crown. I had no pain and I the next day was not even sore. Dr. Hill has all the newest equipment which makes your visit that much easier. And the staff are so Awesome and nice. Give this office a try I don,t think you will be disappointed.

Dr. Hill has been my dentist since 2006. Hes also my husbands dentist, my son started being seen by Dr Hill when he started to see children, my daughter as well. I cant say enough good things about him. He is a perfectionist, and has a passion for dentistry, stands by his work 100%. When I first started being treated by Dr. Hill I needed two root canals my insurance at the time would only cover one complete root canal treatment. Dr Hill did both root canals and made two perfect temporary crowns that lasted for an entire year! I was able to get the permanent crowns when my insurance kicked back in. If we ever moved from NV, I would most definitely travel back to NV for my dental work. The staff is great as well, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable(Nicole). Someone form the office will call you to check on you after your appointment.

They approach each patient as a friend and treat them as such, relaxing them and going over what they will do on the current visit. Then they prep you and proceed to take care of your dental needs.

Dr. Hill is a master of his craft. He spends as much time with client as necessary, digs deep to get into the core of a problem. If he is not sure about somethings, he is open and professional enough to express that, not to hurry with serious decisions. It was a true pleasure to meet a great professional.

One of my fears in moving to Vegas a few years ago was to find a dentist at least equivalent to the high tech dentist I enjoyed back east. Dr. Hill and staff have completely eliminated that fear and continually exceed my expectations in all areas.

I had to have a tooth extraction done, and my beloved Dr. Hill was not available. So, I went to Dr. Gard because he was available. He was so wonderful!! He reassured me and had a wonderful manner. I felt like I was in good hands. It went very smoothly and much better than I thought it would. I was amazed that I was so pain free. I took two Advils and that was the extent of the meds I needed. One month later, healing is wonderful. Dr. Gard...You are an Amazing Animal! Thats my favorite expression from the movie Sea Biscuit. Thats what I tell anyone who does a super job!!! Thank you, thank you!! Everyone in that office is wonderful. Ali the hygienist is also super!!!

MY wife and I have been going to see Dr. Hill since 2007. We have never been sorry. In fact my wife had an awful ailment for quite a few years. She had head aches and jaw pain. After seeing a medical doctor to make sure there was not a sinus infection her dentist sent her to an orthodontist to check if there was any problem with her jaw bone. All to no avail. We then moved to Henderson, NV. We went to see Dr. Hill and My wife told him of her problem. He researched it and on a subsequent visit he asked her how old was the bridge in her mouth. The next question was when did the pain start. After all was said and done Dr. Hill ground down the bridge to a height that would allow the upper teeth to drop down to a normal position. Once that was done and almost immediately, the pain stopped. She hasnt had pain since. My hat is off for Dr Hill.
