Dr. Bui is very good, but at times the waiting is too long as he has too many patients on the chairs. I realize that this is a common practice amongst dentist, but it is annoying to sit there too long. I was not impressed with my Hygienist.

Very satisfied with the recent treatments by Dr Bui and his assistants. They are gentle, careing and always answer questions and explain procedures patiently. The young lady informed me that they have a $99. new patient offer evaluation, X-rays & cleaning... I’m in!!!Everyone is very personable and just nice. My Wife was in complete Agony from a cracked filling that infected her entire mouth and needed immediate help for the pain. After one call they immediately Scheduled her within 20 minutes, right away saw her and had the prescription needed for me to pick up. It only cost me $49. I started working for a new company which offers Dental Insurance and my old dentist was not a preferred dentist. I decided to give Dedicated Dental a try. I am so happy I did. Dr. Bui was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me before doing it. I have visited multiple dentist and no other dentist has ever taken as much time as Dr. Bui did to make sure i understood what the complete process would be. The staff is awesome. OMG, Best Dentist in all of Nevada. Dr. Bui has a skill set that is meticulous and strategic, he can pinpoint the exact timeframe and medication needed to heal a serious infection and the treatment thereof. I didnt believe my son but it is true, you have to pay close attention because you arent even aware the tooth has already been extracted. Additionally, he is so skilled that even the areas he numbs are dispensed with such accuracy, it only affects the area being worked on and not your entire face, great for those of us that are plagued with allergies. What an anomaly he is in this day and age! I have never written a review before but was so impressed I just wanted to try and tell all of humanity. If you ever need a dentist, he is it! Lastly as a professional, he still encompasses an attribute that you dont see in humans much any more, him and his staff genuinely care, he monitored me after treatment to insure I was okay before releasing me to leave. Yes, I am a senior, love him and his staff.

Very friendly staff. Got my daughter in right away for a tooth ache. Her previous dentist was a joke and came here for a second opinion come to find out her tooth was infected and she got antibiotics. Only thing I wish they would have told me is they dont treat anyone under the age of 7 that would have helped and I could have found a pediatric dentist sooner. But they doctor was great and helped ease my daughters pain.

Entire staff was warm and friendly, atmosphere feels like a fancy spa, Doctor was very polite, good vibe and very informative. He takes the time to explain and show you the concept of your teeths health and care regime also has high technology that brings awareness of your teeth and options for your needs. My experience was excellent. I contacted Dedicated Dental because I had a very bad toothache and was seeking emergency appointment. They saw me an hour later. On a subsequent appointments, I got full exrays, 3 crowns which look and feel great. I was impressed with their thoroughness and efficiency. I highly recommend this practice.

Extremely poor service from just my initial call. I was not greeted with a hello this is Dedicated Dental, instead it was just a hello. So when I asked if this was the dentist I got the reply of yes with a tone as if I should have known it was the correct number. I had asked questions about insurance and payments on the insurance so I could schedule an appointment. When the lady had put me on hold she hung up on me. So when I decided to call back and give it another try, she immediately put me on hold without even saying anything. I would not recommend! It shouldn’t be this difficult to call and schedule an appointment or ask information. If it is this difficult from the jump, and I would not want to bring my child or myself here for even more difficulties.

This whole office is nice. Usually when I go to doctors offices, the front desk people are rude or uninformed. Whenever I had issues, its always with them. However, Dr. Bui and his staff are always friendly and nice. They always offer to work with you when making appointments. I like them. Im glad I found this office.

Dr. But and staff are excellent. I stated coming here a few months ago as they were the only ones that would see me on no notice during an emergency (broken crown with root canal) during COVID.Their work is high quality, never trying to upsell you. They truly care about your needs/health.

Also making sure I was informed about everything that was going on during the procedures, (extraction and root canal) as well as a plan of action to follow through. I was very nervous to go to the dentist, but dedicated made sure I experienced very little pain and making sure I was okay. I had a tooth that was very decayed, ans it was broken on the inside. I came home and started to eat and it fractured on the other side. I had no choice it had to come out. I called Dedicated Dentists and they got me right in. I am very afraid of Dentists as I have had bad experiences before. Dedicated Dentist was very kind and professional. The Dentist numbed me up and I hardly felt the numbing shot. When he extracted the tooth There was NO PAIN AT ALL!! As I said I am very afraid of the Dentist, but after going to Dedicated dentist that fear is gone. Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful job you did. Dr. Bui is fantastic. I have a really deeply rooted fear of dentists and it makes getting even simple procedures complicated for me. During my consultation he actually took the time to sit with me and figure out why I’m nervous about dentists. And even though during the procedure I was still intensely nervous, he was patient and understanding and took his time with me. Best dentist by far. I needed a lot of work done and he was ever so patient and didnt make me feel bad for waiting when I shouldnt have. Hes been very generous also by understanding my needs and concerns and given me the best treatment possible. Went through all of what was needed to be done. And explained it very clearly. I was mortified and scared when I first started. Brought my son with me first couple of times. But he eased my worries and no one made judgments upon me at all. Now I can go in alone and feel comfortable and confident, and im so excited about the outcome at the end. Its been YEARS since I felt like my young self with good teeth. I cant wait. I was so nervous to see a dentist. I found dedicated dental close to my home and said well lets see what they can do for my tooth ache. My tooth pain lead me to an extraction. I am so very appreciative to have found them! The staff is so personable, friendly and just take their time with you. Dr. Bui is so patient and really just explains what he is doing every step of the way. I felt next to zero pain from the first poke to the last stitch. This is my new dentist and I could not be happier.

It was suuper easy. Walked in. Payed. Got brought in within 5 mins. Got my teeth that were stained yellow and destroyed from years of smoking thaat Green. And they cleaned it easily within 30 mins. 12 years of stains removed in 30 mins! Its insane. I would definitely recommend this place! They have an amazingly nice staff.
