Needs to change policy of not allowing spouse/care givers in exam visits. Spouses are missing out on vital info needed for home car giving. At this point in3 time this policy is killing as many people as covid. Covid is here, its staying, drs6now know how to treat it. Time to get back to business as before.

Dr. Leano takes time with her patients, listens to her patients, helps find the root of their pain, and gives great suggestions for managing pain. Shes very personable and easy to talk to. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been going to this pain clinic for many years. I originally saw Dr. Doraiswamy and was switched over Jz a few years ago. I love all of the staff. Even when I had to have a prior authorization my insurance was taking forever, so they office was able to call directly and get the authorization done. I think they go above and beyond. I believe a lot of the bad reviews on here are due to people doing drugs illegally and they get caught when drug tested. Just something to keep in mind when reading these reviews.

My mother sees JZ, and Kristina and Carissa calls us. They are very caring and have helped my mother with her constant pain.

Ive been going to the pain clinic for at least 10 years,I just love Dr. Doriswamy and J.Z. along with the staff in the office. I have been a patient of The pain clinic of Hemet for almost 4 years now, I see JZ and Kristina every month and we always have a little laugh. JZ is very informative with whatever question I throw at him. Dr. Doraiswamy is so kind and gentle with his words. I see him at the surgery center and he knows everything that JZ and I discuss. He genuinely cares for his patients. I wouldn’t change to another pain clinic if you paid me.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t even put one star. I needed my medication refilled two days early only because I was leaving to go on vacation to see my family. I called and spoke to Carissa. She told me she would talked to Dr. JZ and get back to me. Long story short she told me that DR.JZ didn’t have anything to do with refilling early that it’s up to the Pharmacy. She directed me to call them. So I did. The pharmacy said the Dr. has to ok it. Called Carissa back and asked her to double check and if she could call the pharmacy. She called the pharmacy and said she would call them back. Never did. She had the lady that does the appointments call me and tell me that it’s up to the pharmacy and that she spoke to the pharmacy and that the pharmacy doesn’t want to refill it early. So I got in the car and drove to the pharmacy. Once I got there, she had notes written down that they were waiting on Carissa to call back. They even called her back and the line didn’t go through. Several hrs later it’s after 5pm so now they went home for the day and it’s Friday. All I wanted to do was go on vacation with my family now I can not. I have a broken ankle and need my medication. I can not go with out it for a week and a half... If Dr JZ didn’t want to do it. Just say so. Don’t have your patients calling and going back and forth Frantically trying to figure out what to do. Then boldface lied to them I’ll because why??? Unfortunately I’m going elsewhere due to the fact I want to trust in my doctor and who he works with. I’m not a Karen or want to get high off meds. I just wanted to be with my family on Easter. I wouldn’t mind so much if I could drive myself. But I can’t even drive... very sad and disappointed

Simply put this is the best Pain Clinic hands down in the area. The staff is awesome from Dr. JZ and Kristina to Carissa and all the girls in the front, They all really take care of you and are on the ball when it comes to your health!

This world is going crazy. I just wanted to thank Dr J,Z for being there with all thats going on Hes a good doctor hes a good friend i could ever have known. Thank you for being a person who listen and care about my health. His staff is extremely friendly. I will tell everyone that this is the doctor that need to be in your life to take very good care of his patients.

How things can change. 7 mths ago I provided a glowing review of this practice. Now, I wonder how they are able to continue to practise. Being proactive, I contacted my new insurance carrier re my meds & to confirm whether a prior authorization was required; which it was. The insurance carrier faxed such a request to the clinic & confirmation was also provided by me.I also followed up with several VMs being left only to go unanswered. 3 days later, no-one is able to confirm whether the pharmaceutical prior authorization has been sent. What should take 5 mins to complete takes days by Hemet Pain Clinic. Patients health is also compromised. I would speak to Dr Doriswamy if he was ever avail or even had a contact number..but he doesnt.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic since 2011; started with Dr D and have been seeing JZ for the last few years. Dr Doraiswamy and JZ have ALWAYS been great for me and my individual care, ever changing as it is. I see a lot of different Doctors for different reason and as far as they go, number one in care, treatment and the extra mile. Also a shout out to John(medical assistant) for his hard work and treating me like a Human Being.

I have always had a great appointment every time I been there. Ana Lou treats me with respect. That goes along way with me. The girls at front desk are awesome. Katherine and Bertha and Denise. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

I rated the office low due to consistent screw ups in scheduling. On 4 different occasions, arrive at office and not on schedule. Provide paperwork showing aptn. Only to discover it was not entered in system. No one wants to own up to it.Makes up excuses and put blame elsewhere.

This pain clinic is the best so far i have ever been. They are professional, polite, kind and curtious. They go the extra mile when handling their job duties. Dr Anylou is one of the best at her job. She builds a kind relationship with her patients and makes you cant wait to revisit again because her and her staff Bertha,Denise, and Kathy makes you feel like family. Im confident in her decisions. I thank the entire staff for being such wonderful people.

On all my visits everyone is polite and very nice . On my last visit I was helped by Canssa , Cristina and J.Z. on my last visit I was in and out in just a short time, all my questions were answered. Know one rushed me I enjoy my trips in every month.

They do not care about helping the patient. This is a money-making mill only. For cash patients w/serious injuries, its $250 just to walk in the door & they cant justify what thats for. When I went in, I was told I couldnt have the same prescriptions I had been successfully using for years. I also used two to compliment each other & it gave me my life back. This wasnt going to happen here. They flat out tell you that they will give you what they want to give & not two together. Doesnt matter if it worlked for you or not Well, I took three medications. One for night. Also? All three of my medications could get refills, but they dont do that either. Regardless of refills, you wont get them. You HAVE to come in one a month, pay them a hundred bucks, then get your prescription. They only wish to make money...NOT help you as a patient. Being able to have refills was the only way I could afford it. Doesnt matter if you have low income...they dont care. Try to find a different doctor. This place wants to rob you blind & the amount of money you spend doesnt even give you what truly worked for you.

At first I was having difficulty with getting my phone calls returned but Myra has redeemed my trust in this clinic. Myra went above and beyond to assist me and get the my questions answered. I cant say enough about Myras customer service and the knowledge of Dr. Lanier. I feel like I am in good hands.

I have been trying to call the pain clinic to gather some information and to confirm if this was the right place to get treated at, but I have had no luck to get through. I decided to walk into the clinic instead to get some help. Brianda, who I spoke to at the pain clinic was very helpful and polite. She definitely made me feel welcomed. Thank you for actually taking your time to explain thoroughly. The staff looks very friendly and polite. This place seems very busy, which is probably a good sign! I am excited to be a part of the pain clinic. Thank you again.

So I had to make this review because I loved the service and help that I received from a young girl by the name of Bertha, my grandma has very severe Chronic pain and she is very picky on who helps her, I wanted to take her to this clinic for her chronic pain in hopes she’d behave at this new clinic but I had so many questions thankfully Bertha was so welcoming and friendly and patient and was able to help me with all my questions and concerns especially in this pandemic.

Never return calls,posting for friend. Office mgr. Never returns calls.Im assuming its an indirect way to weed out the undesirables? Or maybe it is based on insurance carriers. Since some obviously are called back.Best way to live life, be straitforeward, honest and direct.Plenty of people who are great workers who can take the place of incompetent or non- motivated employees just waiting to take their place.Or maybe its another indirect test to see who calls the most or for the longest to determine if they are an addict.Whatever the problem is, it is usually a coaching problem.Be brave, pray and persevere.💖 also not getting points for review.

I have been going to the pain clinic for 4 years and have only had great results. The staff is so friendly and they truly care about each and every patient! J.Z. is my doctor and he is a top notch doctor. He talks to you and listens to you. He is very caring. He is so skilled with his work. Dr. Doriswamy does all my epidural injections and he is great. He is kind and gentle and explains procedures in detail. I highly recommend this office for great service!!

The staff at this facility are totally amazing. The nurses and doctors take my pain seriously. Its one of the few pain management facilities Ive been to since my car accident where they dont treat me like a drug addict just because of my age. I would highly recommend those that truly suffer from life long chronic pain to check these guys out. Although I was a bit apprehensive when I first started, I now look forward to my visits because the staff validate that I am in pain and always have my health and wellbeing at the forefront of my treatment plan.

This clinic is the best pain management office. I see Anylou the nurse practitioner and by far she is the most caring provider I have met. She will take the time to answer your questions and truly cares about your well being. Dr Doraiswamy is the BEST with his procedures. The injections run so smooth you would not even know he puts a needle in you. Highly recommend this place.

I have had multiple injuries/issues for the last two years. I was getting the run around from my insurance and several of the Doctors who were supposed to be taking care of me but were negligent. Anylou is the ONLY reason Ive made the progress that I have... After fighting and fighting with my insurance, I finally have Doctors that are addressing and treating my injuries. In spite of her extremely busy schedule, Anylou got involved with my case and helped me get the imaging, surgeries, Drs, etc. that I needed, and has been helping me ever since. Without her, who knows how bad my situation would be. As long as shes working, I will never go to another clinic. It would be worth it to drive as far as necessary, to be seen/helped by her.

Choose another place to go, no customer service, they dont answer the phones nicely. They deny treatment for no reason. This is another ridiculous medical establishment. Save your time and money and find another place to go for your needs. You will not find professionalism and the compassion you would expect from a medical establishment.

Dr. Anylou Leano is amazing. She makes me feel like more than just anothe patient. She takes her time and listens to what I have to say. I wouldn’t know what to do with out her, she makes me feel like I have hope in my situation. She really cares about the people she sees. When I have an appointment with her I know that she is going to take care of me and she never leaves me waiting or rushes me. I have never had a doctor that really listens to my opinion. I also see Dr. Dorisywamy every three Months and he always remembers me and my situation he is great at what he does and I always feel so much better after my visit. It feels so good to know that I have great doctors to help me through a tough situation.

I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain for many years. I was seen and treated for my chronic lower back pain recently at The Pain Clinic of Hemet. Over a period of about a month Dr. Doraiswamy did some diagnostic testing and then performed a minor procedure on the lumbar region of my back. Wow!!! What a difference! The vast majority of my pain has disappeared, my back feels so much looser, I am able to bend over and stretch out my legs out again with no discomfort!I can’t express in enough words how thankful I am to Dr. Doraiswamy. He was professional, took his time, clearly explained the procedure, addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. His assistant Klanza was also extremely professional and kind and ensured my procedure went smoothly. It is easy to see that Dr. Doraiswamy and his staff genuinely care about their patients and do their absolute best to provide outstanding quality care!I am so thankful!

I worked for Dr Doraiswamy for about a year and a half, I absolutely loved working with him, JZ, and John and I cant forgot his wonderful loving mom. No phone ethic, no customer service, the office manager John Cuevas was not helpful.when asked for this office to call my primary physician to fax referral. he declined to help.I had to call back and speak to someone else to get office managers full name.if their phone courtesy is not good, I would assume the practice as a whole is NOT good.
