I had my epidural spinal injections don on May 27/21. Dr. Doraisswamy is the Best and nicest Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He is very skilled, kind and considerate! I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my chest, back and neck. The pain level has been intense for 11 weeks now, pain levels 7 to 10. My doctors were not able to give me the proper dosage of pain killers to lower the pain to level to a more tolerable level. So I have been suffering this whole time.I came in to this pain management facility expecting help but leaving with something very different. I saw Robert DeCarlo PA. He came in the room and I could see that he had already made a decision to not help me before ever talking with me, however, he did talk over me. I left the office and called my doctor office to let them know that I didnt get help...my NP called to talk to him and give him more info about my case...he refused to talk with her...he had the girls relay messages back and forth. Im so embarrassed at how my doctor was treated!?! There was no professional courtesy shown to my doctor and his staff.SEE....11 weeks ago, I had open heart surgery and had complications, the sternum (ribs) they havent even started to heal yet, which is very painful! It hasnt stopped hurting for 11 weeks and counting.The sternum is normally 80% healed within 6 to 12 weeks.

I love the doctors and staff here. They are always so nice and understanding. They take time to listen to me and always answer all my questions.. The office is always clean. And I dont know where I would be without my doctor JZ. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pain.

My son Matthew saw Robert at Dr. Doraiswamy’s office today for the first. Matt was recently approved for Medicare and had to change his medical insurance. He was referred to Dr Doraiswamy’s office by his primary doctor for assistance with his pain. Robert was rude and told Matt he couldn’t help everyone. He wouldn’t look at Matt’s medical records or prescribed medication Matt had been on for the past year. Robert shouldn’t work in the Pain Management field. He has no compassion and understanding of what a person with chronic pain experiences. I pray Dr Doraiswamy fires him!

Best clinic ever! I take my mom here and it’s very sanitary, staff wear mask and constantly wipe down. Very positive vibes! The staff is wonderful. Carissa was very nice, helpful and efficient. Anylou Leano DNP, RN is great! I have been receiving care from her at the Pain Clinic for a couple of years now and I am very happy with the treatment I have received. She listens to my concerns and has helped me find solutions for my back pain. I highly recommend a visit!

I have been going to Dr. DORISWAMI since he first opened in Hemet, years ago. Ive been to others, but he IS THE BEST! He is so caring, and considerate. His procedural accuracy is perfect every time.He has chosen a great, caring staff as well. DR JZ is very caring and informative, and takes care of ongoing pain management very well. Im soblest to have them taking care of me so well. I highly recommend them .

I have been going to this office for about two years. The staff is very caring and considerate. The office and exam rooms are very clean. I’m not really excited about the area but could be worse. Bertha is always cheerful and pleasant to talk with. Answers all my questions. Robert the PA is great and very knowledgeable about pain and rheumatoid arthritis.

This is the worst place , i got my pain inyeccion 3 months ago and i never got a call from them until i call my lawyer they call me while i was a work so i call back i have to leave a message like 30 times and they have been complained that i dont asnwet the calls , horrible the first inyeccion didnt do anything to me and wait for 3 months to do follow up lol what jk so you deserve better than this ,maybe becuase is the only place in hemet doesnt mean you deserve this. This is a suspect practice. After being a patient there for couple of years, today they dismissed me as a patient alleging I took a medication that was not authorized. However, the test revealed the morphine drug which they themselves prescribed. Legal action will follow.

Dr. Doraiswamy has worked his magic again, my back is once again feeling great! Dr. Doraiswamy and his staff genuinely care about their patients and do their absolute best to provide outstanding quality care! I am so thankful! I highly recommend his office for you pain management needs!!!I have been seeing Dr. Doraiswamy for approximately 3 years now for chronic lower back pain. He performs a radiofrequency ablation procedure on my back once every 9-12 months to help with my pain. I must say that if it were not for his expertise and experience, I could not function with any sense of normality. I have had this procedure done by other pain management professionals in the past, however, the lackluster results and pain experienced during the procedure made it almost not worth it. Dr. Doraiswamy completes the procedure with minimal discomfort, the results are effective and last! He is always professional, takes his time, clearly explains the procedure, addresses my concerns and answers all my questions. He has allowed me to stay of the pain meds and has improved my overall quality of life!

Dr. Doraiswamy is excellent at his ability to help lessen my Back pain after a failed fusion. in 2010. For 3 years been treated from the Pain clinic. J.Z. is a great help for my long term pain management treatment. 6 stars this is a super office for Back pain .

This place is wonderful! Myra the receptionist is so helpful,nice, & efficient. I had to call her like 10 times yesterday and she was great every time I called. Dr. JZ is very knowledgeable about spinal conditions & has so many new things to try for my back pain & he goes to bat for you even after hours to get authorizations for procedures to be done. Dr. JZ spent a lot of time with me explaining things and letting me ask all the questions I wanted. This pain management clinic really does care.

Some very legitimate and some, not so much... To be able to sift through this and still provide excellent health care is amazing to me. Dr. Anylou has helped me so much! I have been going to this office for a year and no problems. Now they have moved to a larger office with an all new staff. The two girls behind the desk were rude and unprofessional. They had absolutely no desire to help me work through a problem. If I were there boss I would have fired the both of them. I was told by another patient that they were laughing at me when I stepped outside. After being told numerous times by the one girl that she was working on me being seen by a PA. After waiting and waiting I was told I could not see the PA. I was so mad that I went into the room where the PAs were trying to find someone to talk to. Then a male PA walked up to me and asked what the problem was. I told him I was leaving out of state the next day and needed my prescription. I told him if I didnt have my pain pills I could have a stroke. He said that wouldnt happen. I would just have withdrawal pains. He could care less that I would also be in a lot of pain. He told me if didnt go out and sit down that I would not be able to come back to the clinic. I told him I had another doctors appointment and would be back. When I returned within a half hour I asked if I could see the PA. A young boy came out and said to me that I could not come back to the clinic and to go to my primary care physician to get a prescription. When I got to my primary cares office she told me that by law they should have given me the prescription since I was under there care and saying that I couldnt come back to there clinic. They even lied and said that I was trying to physically attack there employee. I am a senior citizen and have never witnessed in my life the cruelty of this office staff. I rate this office a big ZERO star.

My insurance changed and I was sent to a different pain management. I was so happy when it changed back and I could see Dr. Doraiswamy. I make the hour trip every month because everyone in this office feels like family. Bertha is always on top of things and greets me with a smile and Robert is a great doctor that takes the time and listens. The team in the Temecula office offer the same care. I would refer this doctor to anyone that needs pain management.

I take both of my disabled parents to this office and they both see Anylou she is amazing and patient with them actually listens to what they say one of the best doctors in this area my dad got his shots done by doraiswamy in the office quite a few times before his insurance changed my dad has had many injections to his back and he said he couldn’t even feel anything doraiswamy did and he got great relief from it so I think he is a great and caring doctor as well

This place has been my saving grace. I suffer from back pain every day, and my monthly physician J.Z., and my procedural doctor, Doraiswamy have enabled me to live my life and be able to take care of my kids while taking an active part in their lives. Also, the front staff of Brianela and Bertha have been amazing in fitting me in when I needed it, and have such professionalism, courtesy, and warming smiles that makes for a great atmosphere and a great overall experience. I had a car accident when I was 18, and years later I started to get severe nerve damage pain. I spent literally 4 years, seeing over 30 doctors, all across the US. No one could figure out initially what was the cause of my pain. I had been on every medication you could think of. My quality of life was an all time low. Eventually my doctors realized the source was damage to my spinal area from my accident (the pain was manifesting in an odd location). Eventually I went to Dr. Doraiswamy, and he is without a doubt the best Doctor I’ve ever had.Not only is he gentle and kind, he really cares about his patients. I had to get injections done in my back with other doctors, and each time the procedure was extremely painful. Having a massive needle slowly inserted into your back, is horrible. Not only is there physical discomfort, the mental aspect is also hard to deal with. However, Dr. Doraiswamy has crafted a procedure, that takes care of his patients. The staff is lovely, and makes sure you nerves are calm. And they give you medication, to calm you down. The actual procedure itself, feels like nothing. Because Dr. Doraiswamy knows how to do it in a way, that causes no discomfort. Unlike other doctors, he talks to you. He genuinely cares about you, and takes your mind off what is going on. But unlike other doctors, he actually takes his time doing the procedure. On paper you would think going slow, would be worse. But having had other doctors that try to do it fast, it’s much better comfort wise. He takes pauses, and makes sure you arent in discomfort, before proceeding. Before you know it, the whole thing is over.I wanted to write this review, so that if anyone else out there is in immense pain, or has had a history of horrible injection procedures, to give you hope, that there is a docto that does it without massive discomfort. I genuinely was shaking with fear before my first procedure, and now I’ve had 3 of them, and i don’t even give it a second thought. I actually enjoy going to them, because it gives me proper pain relief and the Dr. is caring.As long as you are responsible patient that works with your doctor, he is absolutely the best doctor in the area for treating pain related issues. I have literally been up and down the state, and even have flown to other states, for my pain issues. I’ve even seen doctors in Beverly Hills, who were incredibly expensive. But he is without a doubt the best. My hope, is that this gives others out there hope. Because I was at a point where I started losing it. But now that I finally have a doctor that cares, and who is giving me caring and passionate treatment, I finally have my life back again.

I felt the need to write a review because of all of the negative ones I have read. I have been coming to this office for 7+ years and although I occasionally experienced problems in the past, they seem to have left now. Out with the old & I’m with the new!Dr. Doraiswamy (for my epidurals) and JZ Lanier (ongoing pain management) have been amazing! I contemplated moving, but not at the cost of losing JZ’s care! When I started coming here my current employment was actually in question. What these two have done for me have given me my life back! The pain management plan I am on now not only let’s me physically function but mentally thrive!Now onto the office staff, who you see the moment you walk in and can either make or break your mood! Brianda in the Hemet office is a joy! I am always greeted with a friendly face, great personality and most of all compassion. As we all know when you have flare-ups or when you are in extreme pain you’re attitude shows but she understands and treats you with kindness!Love the Hemet office!

Anyone being assigned to this doctors OFFICE is in for a bad time. Lost Records, lost urine tests, No call backs, no acknowledgment of Faxes, Phone system goes right to voice mail without identifying the office name then goes into a loop, Bathrooms non-ADA compliant, filthy surroundings (carpet is gross). Forced Med reductions even if you are doing this on your own. The new requirements for controlled substances took effect January this year. I have no problems with Pain management. I have used them many times in the past since losing both legs and part of both hands when I was 30 yo. This is the worst experience I have ever had with ANY doctors office. I have NEVER met Dr. Doraiswamy yet, so this is not a review of him personally, its his office in Hemet I am speaking of.

This is one of the most unprofessional medical offices Ive ever had to deal with. They have lied to me to cover up their mistakes! They dont return calls! Dr.Doraiswamy shouldnt have a medical license. He doesnt listen to you and is incompetent. The first time I talked to Dr doraiswamy I let him know I had cut my pain meds in half from what my doctor in San Diego. I did this on my own and he said he wouldnt treat me!!! I need neck surgery, both knees need surgery and other pain management issues. I had to hold off on my surgeries because my wife has had 16 surgeries in past ten years. My primary doctor sent my paperwork to them a month ago. I left 3 messages with no return calls. I talked to them twice and they said they didnt receive paperwork. My primary has proof it was sent. I would rather drive to murrieta then see this quack.

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Doraiswamy was so nice and made me feel comfortable for my hip injection. My husband really liked meeting J.Z. and we both LOVE Anylou Leano. I was referred this office in 2016 by my PCP Dr. Combs due to my excruciating pain. I had been in pain for years but the health care system on the Central Coast failed me. Anylou was one of the first doctors that took time to really listen and make appropriate referrals, order testing and regularly communicate with my PCP. I have recommended many friends and family to this office and will continue to do so!

JZ Lanier took my wife off two of her meds cold turkey two separate times witch caused her to detox twice and showed no compassion for her at any time. When she questioned the ability of another PA he left in charge of his patience for the desitions she made concerning my wife and her meds, JZ Lanier dumped her from being a patient at the office and left her to detox again until she finds another Pain Doctor to go to.This is a very unprofessional pain clinic that cares NOT for the people in pain THAT THEY ARE CHARGED WITH CARING FOR.

Dr. Doriswamys staff is kind, professional and patient. Their offices, both in Hemet and Temecula, are clean and organized, with a welcoming, warm, and inviting air to them. My appointment times are honored with little to no wait and the office personnel consistently greets me with a smile. Dr. Anylou Leano, who has been my primary Doctor at this practice, is extremely thorough, taking the time to listen to me, educate me in healing, and monitor my care in a manner above and beyond what I have come to expect in the medical realm. I would recommend this Doctors office to anyone in need of excellent pain management care.

I FINALLY found a great physician in this God forsaken town. I lived in Hemet for 18 years. From may 2002 - Nov 2020. I was lucky enough to find and keep Dr. Doraiswamy who I had as my pain specialist for around nine years before moving to Colorado and can honestly say that I was so happy to have him as my doctor.When you go in to his office you typically see one of his PAs because he prefers to free up his time so he can concentrate on procedures as he has so many patients who couldnt wait for a month or longer to get in for procedures because their pain was too great, so he stopped seeing patients in office and hired another assistant who is awesome. Both J.Z. as well as Anylou are awesome.Theyre patient, and listen to your concerns/complaints and offer several solutions. They are also patient. I have never, seen any of their staff be inpatient or disrespectful in any way, and this includes the physicians that work there. If you live in Hemet, then you know what an absolute miracle it is to not only find a decent doctor, but to be happy with their whole crew. I only wish I could find a primary I could say that about.Thank you Dr. Doraiswamy, J.Z., Anylou and the rest of the staff for all you do. Dr. D. you have an awesome bedside manner who shows true concern for his patients and you dont make me feel like youre in it for the money, but for the love of the job and your concern for your patients. I hope that never changes.

After a three month wait with AAA+ insurance and having been treated for 30 years by top 100 pain specialists with multiple board reviews of my pain conditions, I was briefly seen by Dr Ds physician assistant who offered (without reviewing or ordering my medical records)a referral for 30 days inpatient detoxification. His non-medical prognosis was the DEA would red flag and take Dr Ds license if he followed Scripps Torrey Pines previous tx course. When asked he couldnt name a hospital that offered such a program. He refused my request for medication for the days it would take make arrangements for care of my home, pets, construction and business projects or prior authorization for a nameless hospital. This was with four days medication remaining. My referring physicians office manager said that their office was no longer responsible for my pain treatment as th DEA would red flag and fine them. When I asked if the suicide options should be considered (with a bad heart, that will take care of itself)she repeated that my case had been referred to Dr D.Nobody offered a reduced dosage or an untried alternative. It goes on. I just hope an attorney finds this after I pass......
