The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Takes 2 weeks for a return phone call, 3 weeks to get a cortisone shot? My husband is standing at the front desk now for 10 minutes just waiting to check in, oh, now they are saying it’s at a different building. This is on top of their abysmal response to his phone calls. Seriously terrible patient experience. Really, really bad. I can’t even say what the doctors are like because they so badly organized. I am asking him to change to Eisenhower Orthopedic in the desert. Professional and responsive, this is the worst. 100 excuses. No thanks.

I have had Dr. La Rose perform surgery on my shoulder and knees. He is a very skilled surgeon, and a genuinely pleasant person. Very respectful with a bedside manner that is second to none. He takes time to explain ALL treatment options, and is not the type of Surgeon that just wants to cut on you. All of his staff are respectful, courteous, and professional. I trust his judgement and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Exceeded my expectations as a patient, outstanding!

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The doctor and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. They answered all my questions.I highly recommend this Orthopedic office. Hemet has but a few good medical facilities and practices and this is one of them. and the Doctors and Staff are great.The office is clean and well laid out with easy access for disabled people. I went to Arrowhead about 10 years ago for the same type injury, they were at a different location then. This location is newer, larger and much better, being that its on the ground floor and includes a complete Physical Therapy center.The only thing I didnt like was that the Handicap parking is too far away from the front door, its at the side of the building. The parking was sufficient enough that I was able to park near the front door but the spots werent wide enough for disabled persons to open their car door fully and there was no ramp at front door, therefore I had to take a step up with my injured ankle.

Dr. Smith and staff are very punctual and friendly. My first visit made me feel really welcomed as well secure. I came in for an old fracture and Dr and staff went above and beyond that my fracture gets the immediate attention it needs. Thank you Arrowhead Orthopedic.

My 88 year old mother went for treatment almost a month ago for a fractured ankle. She left without CA boot to walk on. They were supposed to mail it to her. After numerous calls, she still hasnt received her boot. Shes walking on her broken ankle still!

The PA Matthew is amazing! He works with what you prefer and would like to accomplish and doesn’t push surgery as the first option as most orthopedics do. We have been going to Arrowhead since my oldest boy played freshman football ,that was 7 years ago, always a pleasure to go to appointments.

I went in to see Dr. Anthony and he was very knowledgeable about the problems Ive been having and he was very informative. My care is still on going at this time and Im in the process of getting more tests done which will determine my treatment. So far I am very satisfied with the professionalism displayed by this Dr. And his staff. The full prospective of my over all care and treatment is not yet known as I am in the beginning stages of the process. I will give a more thorough review at the end of my experience.

I was extremely pleased with their professionalism.I went in for a second opinion on a manual manipulation of my left knee replacement and what I was told was exactly what I wanted to hear.The manual manipulation after 8 months wasn’t a good idea.It needs to be scoped then, a soft manipulation performed.I’m looking forward to have the procedure done.

Dr. Skubic has been amazing. Hes patient, kind, and professional. I had to have spinal fusion surgery from an injury that occurred decades ago. To be honest, Im a little neurotic so before surgery I was scared and reluctant. But Dr. Skubic reassured me and explained what I could expect post-OP. Im now in my 3rd week after surgery and healing beautifully!! I see the future with renewed hope and excitement!! I would recommend him and his staff 100%. Dr. Allen listens and will give you give you options for your care. If its not the right options he will suggest another option. He is honest and will tell you right up front about whats going on. He doesnt just prescribe pills, shots, therapy without going over it with you first.

I really enjoy the convenience of having Arrowhead Orthopaedics in my town. My doctor is thorough and listens to my needs. There’s but one problem when I come and it’s the waiting period At times I believe the staff has overbooked with the doctor leaving us long periods of time waiting in rooms. If you don’t mind extra wait Great Doctor.

The doctors and a couple of PAs are great. The office staff is friendly when you are there. During the pandemic they have taken my temperature, but they dont sanatize the doors or chairs that patients have to touch. I have gone here for different reasons over the past 3 years. The office staff has never called me back when they say they will. Ive left questions with them for the surgeon, and I never get a return call. When I had shoulder surgery, I had to call again and again to get them to schedule my physical therapy which they didnt do until a week after I was supposed to start it. Its sad to me that I have to deal with their incompetence just because I want to see a good doctor.

I like 2 of the 3 Drs Ive seen here.Dr Burton seems very on point, I DONT like the texting session.. But due to covid-19, it is what it is.Ortho appts NEED to be In person.. Period.Moving forward Im looking towards getting fixed😊

The office visit went well, The doctors assistant was very nice, Hey explain to me That I needed a hip replacements Gave me lab work that has to be done And told me to come back in a month I forgot to ask him for pain medication Before I left. so I called The office the next day to see about getting pain medication They said that they dont Prescribe pain medication before the surgery Only after So I guess I have to be in pain for a month and a 1/2 before my surgery Just doesnt make sense To me it seems like Im just a number there Im gonna have a second opinion Hopefully theyll care about the patient before Surgery and not after

I had tendon repair and rotator cuff surgery with Doctor Zach Hadley. I am so very happy at the outcome of the repair work Zach performed !! His skill and bedside manner are second to none !! The staff its very efficient and dr. Allen was great. Even though he does not specialize in the area I broke he is very knowledgeable in all breaks. He knew from the few x-rays they were able to get from me exactly what was wrong and the treatment that was needed. This facility is great and I trust them with the surgery procedure that will be taking place soon.

Over all my experience with the Hemet office have been great I most of the time have been seen by PA Matthew his always nice and very kind . Before my surgery he explained most everything to me except the pain in my calf I’m having now after the surgery my therapist told me more about it and it’s getting better. Been a hard road but getting better everyday night are hard but it’s going to improve I’m sure. It’s only been a month my range of motion is pretty good . Thank you for your help and advice even though this has been one of the hardest things I’ve done will most likely have my other knee done. A special thanks to your therapy department they have been great.

He give you choices, like we can start with physical therapy, to see how it works for you then after that you have a choice of injections ...we will try everything that we possibly can. And if you choose Surgery that’s your choice...And he lets me know that nothing is guaranteed so the choice is yours.I love the honesty and integrity of Dr Grames he is the best, and he has a nice personality.

AO= 4 stars. Anthony Smith ll, PA = 5 Stars.Wouldve been a 5 star for AO, but had to ask the PA if I could go back into the appt room. It was my wifes first broken bone and the PA was going over treatment options. Medical appts and treatment are important and personal decisions, AO really needs to re-evaluate the procedure when it comes to a regular or follow up appt verses a critical decision appt and who they let in the room. I will say our PA was accommodating and was very kind about listening to my wife. He came out and got me and brought me into the room for the broken bone consult. So as far as the review relates to AO= 4 stars. For Anthony Smith ll, PA = 5 Stars

I see doctors here for Orthopedics and Pain Management. The offices are clean and air conditioned. Doors offer a handicapped option to open for you, which I really appreciate. Appointments are usually on time. I very rarely wait more than 15 min. Pamela Moore, PA is really nice and friendly. I recommend her. A++

Dr. Hadley at Arrowhead Orthopedics in Hemet performed shoulder surgery on my husband I few months ago and he did an awesome job! From our initial consultation we were impressed! Our wait was short to get in, the nurses and front office staff were all very professional and courteous. Dr. Hadley examined, ordered x-rays (which they did on premises) and explained in detail what the problems were and what he could do to fix them. He even drew us pictures - so we were able to see and truly understand the procedure he was recommending. We are very pleased with our experience at Arrowhead Orthopedics and especially with Dr. Hadley - we highly recommend him to anyone with shoulder issues.

Dr Pattons staff is competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. My x-rays were taken quickly and efficiently. Dr Patton came in, refreshed himself with my history and quickly got to the heart of my foot problem; gave me informed choices and gave me time to ponder my decisions. He is himself calm, courteous, friendly and willing to take time to discuss the situation. I have no doubt that any decisions made will be the right ones.

I had gone to a few different doctors trying to get my ankle fixed and they would tell me that it was fine and nothing was broken. I pleaded with them that something was wrong but that was the end of their diagnosis of me. I truly thought that I would never get my ankle fixed and this is what the rest of my life was going to be like. I was lucky enough to have my primary doctor refer me to Dr. Patton who actually listened to me and had an M.R.I. performed on my ankle. After he got the test results he took the time to not just say I needed surgery but he taught me how to read the results and he walked me through what he was going to do to make me whole. On the day of the surgery everything went as smooth as it can for surgery. Like I said before he took his time explaining all aspects of what’s going to happen what to expect and how to recover. I’m now in physical therapy and I’m getting better day by day. I’m so thankful to Dr. Patton, Joseph and the rest of his team. I would and will recommend Dr. Patton to my friends and family. This is a PSA to all patients who are seeking treatment for any pain condition to look elsewhere for your medical needs. Arrowhead Orthopedics in Hemet, California Suite 175 is not a reputable or professional establishment for medical care. Unfortunately due to their lack of accountability, compassion, and professionalism, my hands have been forced to terminate my medical treatments through your clinic. After a few years and seeing two health care providers at your clinic I have decided to longer accept your standard of medical care provided by your staff and doctors. I have experienced mediocre levels of quality for medical services. From the beginning, I have never felt my medical concerns were being addressed nor did I see any progression in my healthcare. Quite frankly, my health has progressively declined since starting care with Arrowhead Orthopedics. Todays experience was the absolute last straw, honestly, it was downright the worse experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The medical staffs behavior is not only utterly unprofessional, but it should also be unacceptable in the field of healthcare to treat patients in such a manner. In short, I am very upset because I spent weeks (July) for my appointment, drove over 30 minutes, to be told the receptionist never rescheduled the appointment that she gave me on the computer, the doctors schedule, or notate my chart resulting in not being seen, or as she put it so elegantly As I told you, the doctor cannot see you today. Why am I being addressed in such a rude manner? I was not being rude to anyone even though someone in their office made a mistake at my expense. This horrific experience caused me to immediately call my insurance company to discontinue my healthcare through this provider. Canceling my treatment through Arrowhead Orthopedics is only prolonging my ability to receive treatments for chronic medical conditions, in other words, it was the last thing I wanted to do. I do not appreciate the poor handling of this situation. I will never recommend Arrowhead Orthopedic to any of my friends and/or family members. One suggestion I do have for your company, have more compassion for your patients. At the end of the day, we are patients, we are human, and deserve to be treated with a standard of care regardless of the type of insurance one has; their medical conditions or living situation. Take accountability for your actions or lack thereof, in my case. If you want to feel as if your wheels are spinning, treatments are ineffective, medical concerns and questions go unanswered, continue seeking care at this facility. Does not sound appealing, does it? Seek care somewhere, anywhere else. Do your homework folks, really take the time to research every doctor and specialty care provider, it is your health that is at risk.

Dr. Lee at Arrowhead Orthopedics pain management center in Hemet is terrible. He made us wait over an hour in the room, and then was incredibly rude, and short with us. My appointment only lasted maybe 10 minutes or less with him. He didnt want to answer my questions, and rushed out of the room. When I went back to him for a follow up he was the same way, short, irritated, annoyed, and rude. He told me there was nothing more he could do for me and cancelled my only pain medication for my chronic pain. Told me to go somewhere else. Terrible doctor and a terrible experience. Dont go to him.

Im there for workers comp therapy. Very helpful and doctors are willing to help you nomatter the length of time or the extent of the injury because they have no choice. In therapy the main male amd female gossip about how people are faking it when they go in front of the patient very unproffessional and rude Been coming here and seeing doctors going on 2 years in june.
