I called this past Tuesday and left a voicemail with my name and number just for this place to never call back. I see exactly why this place has such a low rating because the service here is terrible. I will never return here again and I will be looking into filing a complaint.

This so call staff member and Dr are very unprofessional on how they want to pick and choose what they want to see you for and what type of problem your having. There an URGENT care First of all you you dont deny a visit when it comes to medical! I specifically told them what I needed to be seen for. Im very aware of what an urgent care can do and not do. If my situation was something they couldnt overlook I wouldnt of CALLED.MY INSURANCE PAYS themTHEY WERE ACTING AS IF THEY WERE PAYING ME UNBELIEVABLE HOW HEALTHCARE IS BEING INSTRUCTED SMH!!!I wont be going back!!!

If I could give this place a negative 10, I would. Kaiser should be embarrassed of this clinic. I’ve been there multiple times and always left feeling uneasy. The last time I went was on Christmas Eve. I made an appointment with the appointment center. My one year old son was diagnosed with an ear infection a few weeks prior. He was given medication by his pediatrician and seemed to be getting better. On Christmas Eve, he began pulling on his ear and started to feel warm. So it being Christmas Eve, I figured I would save some time by going to the Hemet clinic, since I live in town. I get to the clinic and the nurse up front looks bothered to have a patient. NOBODY was there besides her and the NP. She asked the symptoms and cuts me off and says she can’t see him since it’s a “ follow up” with a smirk on her face. I pleaded with her and told her all I wanted was his ears checked... they said NO.... Honestly I felt like they rather just sit there and play on their phones. Both were so rude.. I made a complaint because as soon as I left I get an email with an after visit summary... how can they charge insurance when my son was never once looked at or even asked to go in the back? They completely denied my son services...a baby, on Christmas Eve.....

I had a great experience at this location. I took my son in and the nurse (Cristy),was very empathetic toward him. The NP (Pam)was very patient and took her time with us between the examination and explaining treatment. I had a far greater experience with the staff at this location verses the Murrieta urgent care!

Left this clinic feeling helpless and discriminated. This is definitely not what Ive known Kaiser service to be. I walked in there today expecting to get my follow up birth control depo shot but instead was denied and sent away without it. Their reason? Kaiser has been trying to contact me regarding scheduling my pap smear and I havent gotten that done. So, Im sorry but we cant give you your birth control until you get your pap smear.... Really??? Ok. Great so Ive got that scheduled but they cant see me until next MONTH... Meanwhile this location feels like its justified in making me miss my follow up birth control injection deadline. Can you see my concern here? I dont understand. In what world is a pap smear missing from my patient chart a sane health reason to make me run the risk of getting PREGNANT?????? I am almost positive there is a violation of rights happening here. And if that wasnt enough, I also had to endure being scolded about being on this type of birth control for too long. Excuse me? I know that. I have been off of it for over a year and a half until I got back on it June of this year. Its now September so Ive been on it a total of 3 months now? What medicine school did you go to?.....My god... Needless to say Im never going back to this location again. Skip them and travel the distance to your main location.

DO NOT BE FOOLED you will be billed the full amount by using this clinic if you are using Kaiser insurance. According to Kaiser, the dont cover this facility. I had two daughters get flu shots. We used Kaiser and normally they are no cost. We ended up getting charged 90.00!!!! Unbelievable. We even asked the pharmacist to make sure we were covered and she said, yes dont worry you wont be charged. Flu shots are covered... What a joke.

I went there yesterday because I have been experiencing ear pain. The nurse practitioner was an absolute joke. She looked in my left ear says its fine. Then looks in my right ear ( ear I was having issues with) tells me its pinkinsh and fine. She the goes on to tell to go to the urgent care in Murrieta and prescribed an ear drop antibiotic. If its fine why suggest urgent care or give me drops. Needless to say I am still in pain and considering a second appointment. This time at the normal Kaiser.

I just moved here. And I have Kaiser with all these reviews I cant understand why Kaiser is a sponsor. Especially when Kaiser does not honor their contract for services here. I will definitely be driving to my primary building in Moreno Valley..... seems this place is as incompetent as incompetent can get.

I really like having a local, walk-in Kaiser clinic. True, it can be busy at times, but a lot of times it isnt. Ive even managed to secure a same day appointment, twice during flu season and it wasnt busy. The providers have all been friendly, thorough, and professional. Ive experienced total durations of appt, including pharmacy wait time, to be about 45 mins to an hour and a half. Either way, for me, it beats driving from San Jacinto to Moreno Valley and waiting an hour or longer just to be seen. I for one, really like going to this clinic.

Never answer the phone and usually no one is in front to check you in. Very frustrating. Guess this is not a convenient option. Kaiser is great, so guess we have to drive further to get service.

First personal experience with a target clinic, got there right when it opened at 11am on a Sunday. There were already other people waiting, so I signed in my daughter and was about 6th on the list. Seemed that there was only one person working in the office, waited my turn to check in. I was told that the next “walk in” a slot was 1:30pm, come back around 1. Luckily I had a few errands to do in the area so I figured we would just hang around for a couple hours. By the time we left about 11:20 am, no one that was ahead of me with or without appts had been brought back to be seen. They all were still waiting.I get a call at exactly 12:30pm (over an hour after we left the clinic) to say they have to cancel the appt because the nurse practitioner never showed up! This is beyond frustrating because my daughter couldn’t be seen and the only other option is now Urgent Care. Had I known that information when I got there or even before over an hour after I left, I would have just gone straight to Urgent care. I don’t understand why they don’t have more support staff scheduled, it seems like kaiser members would benefit from a more efficient check in process and maybe have multiple practitioners scheduled to work in case one is unable to work. Then I call member services to express my concern and am told it’s not a Kaiser facility so my complaints should be directed to the Target Clinic. Not sure if this information is true as Kaiser refers it’s patients here for care all the time and there is a big logo Kaiser Permanente in the way when you walk in. I am a registered nurse for Kaiser and this is a very poor reflection on Kaiser and disappointing service.

This place is supposed to be convenient!???? What a joke! They dont answer their phone, there is never anyone out to help you get signed in and when they are, they sit on the computer and ignore you. I came to get my TB test read and stood in line waiting for someone to even show their face for over 10 minutes. Getting checked in took over 12 and there was just 1 other person there. It was 1147 and she told me I had to come back at noon which I did. She ignored me and walked to the back. Now its 1214 and she still hasnt called me back. She never looked at my arm again just said, hey! Then handed me a sheet. I told her I needed a signature and showed her my district letter and she refused. Very rude. I honestly would rather just drive to Temecula or even Riverside

No real doctor on site just nurse practitioner who has not gone though schooling like a real doctor. My wife had a strep test done and the nurse said that it came out negative and prescribe he some throat spray. When we went to Kaiser as a follow up to her primary doctor she told us that the strep test done at target came out positive and she has no idea why the nurse did not prescribe us antibiotics. My wife ended up getting bells palsey a few days later because of a viral infection that could have been avoided.

DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC, NOT FONTANA HEMET TARGET KAISER.I went to this clinic for a common cold, Nurse just said it was viral it will go away. Took her advise and took home cold medicine. A week later my throat was inflammed my head was hurting for over a week, i knew it was strep throat. She ran a test and came back negative. She didnt even give me antibotics which i asked for. She said it was viral it will go away. THE NEXT DAY, at 6:00 am i called the ambulance because i thought i was having a stroke my face was half numb, i couldnt move my face at ALL! IT WAS VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE. The nurses and doctor felt my throat and it was VERY swollen and inflammed they ran all these diffrent tests and i was positive for STREP THROAT and now i have BELLS PALSY which is where ny nerves from the right side of my face is paralyzed. Im so so disapointed at this clinic, i feel like this could have been avoided if she paid attention to her patients needs. I had to pay all this money for her vistis plus the emergency and now i have to see a physical therapist to help with my face

I went to the Kaiser Permanente Medical Clinic this morning which is located in the Hemet Target Shopping Center. I wanted to get my flu shot. The receptionist was very professional. I signed in and within 5 minutes they gave me the flu shot. Its nice to go here instead of going all the way to Menifee. Thanks!!

The Hemet Kaiser Urgent Care had an empty lobby around 4:15 pm when we arrived I was asking for my 2 year old to be seen. I was denied service and was told to go to Murrieta or Riverside for urgent care. Im livid as this office closes at 7 pm.
