I just made a first time appointment for my son and the customer service was great. The young lady helped me every step of the way! I will UPDATE again after my son appointment on Monday 😊 reviews are very important so that’s why I make it my business to write one ☺️

The place is really great for self pay patients. Most appointments are the price of a copay with most insurance... yes they had issues with the phone but the care is great!!

I scheduled an appointment, specifically for a cleaning, over the phone... had to wait 2 months for an appointment..... I got there 30 minutes early, didnt get seen until after my appointment time.... then they proceeded to only take xrays & do an exam. They said I had to reschedule for a cleaning, & would call me when their december schedule opens up.I guess I should have been more specific when I called to schedule my appointment FOR A CLEANING. Im so annoyed about this. A complete waste of my time.

I was literally on hold for 30 min with no answer I walk into the office still on hold and everyone is sitting there. They were not helping patients or on the phone they were on their computers. When I mentioned I was still on hold there was no apology. They don’t care and that is plain to see.

This place has issues..... I have been going there for over 3 years and never actually had a personal doctor as they kept giving me a new one everytime I went in for an appointment.... This made it difficult for me to explain and inform them of my health. Recently I went in and was told they switched my records to the Menifee office and I was scheduled for an appointment in Menifee without telling me or informing me of the change! >:( I was already going here ever since I moved to Hemet!!!!!! You guys need to get you act together or GET OUT!

I came in to see my Dr. At 12 pm and they told me to go to the imaging and grab my own records when the front desk staff can call them their self and check if my results are ready. The walk in visit for sick client is untilu12:30 pm and they didnt let me see the Dr. Because its 12:25 already and made me come back and forth. They said to come back at 2pm to see my DR. But I have waited more than 2 hours for my pain to see my DR. Ridiculous.

Bad service

Waiting on the phone to schedule an appointment for more then half an hour is unacceptable! I shouldn’t have to wait that long for someone to pick up the phone to make an appointment. I came in to schedule and the staff is very rude and didn’t care to help me. I’m changing my doctor!
