I have an appointment with Dr. Ana Laxa she is a good Dr. . She check my kids and give good advice what I have to do to make sure my child is well. She check in details and concern about my child. We need more doctor like her in Hemet. Thank you DR. Laxa.

They are excellent, nurses are extremely friendly and super patient, Doctor’s are the same way super nice. I just moved to the area over a year ago, I have a 7 month old baby and he has been seen here since day one and I absolutely love it. When ever I need the Doctor to see one of my sons the same day I’ll I have to do is call and they get seen within hours. They have a patient web portal and I could manage everything online. Seriously I highly recommend it, best pediatric office I’ve ever taken my kids to.

Look I love Dr keith shes seriously heaven sent but do not I repeat do not let the nurse with the green eyes give your kids shots she really hurt my 4 year old my daughter had received shots there multiple times by multiple people and had not cried or complain until this lady gave her shots she sucks at giving shots and Im pretty upset about this I know shots do hurt but just her technique was not mom approved nice lady though she wasnt rude

I have taken my children here for years. Sometimes there is a wait, however it is because they spend quality time with each patient. We love Dr Keith.

Never can see babies the same day when they are really sick. Like come on make an exception when it is a 1 year old! And they are weezing and have a bad mucus cough and runny nose! Had to end up waiting at urgent care forever! Changing my sons doctor as soon as I can! Do not recommend this office at all.

I have four kids who have been seeing dr. Keith for several years now, the service is always great, dr. Keith is great and so are the nurses. Ive considered switching back to Kaiser but Pediatric Partners does so well with my kids theyre the only reason I havent switched back.

Theyre friendly in person but they have a smart a** mouth over the phone. .

Very poor service. Takes a long time for someone to answer your call. Some nurses have attitude. Overall I dont think this is a place to take your children, they dont receive the care and attention they need.

Worst waiting room for a pediatric clinic I have ever seen. They were playing CNN and had no books or toys. There were books in the actual rooms but they left us waiting over a hour.
