I am a new patient at the Hemet location. I have called the medical assistant 10 times in 9 days. They have not returned any of my calls. I tried to talk to the front desk on several occasions and all they do is transfer me to the medical assistant again. The front desk people are rude and wont help me at all. I am very upset and dont know what to do. If anyone is thinking about having Dr. Juan Perez as their doctor I would advise you not to choose this doctor or this facility. I am going to report them to the medical board . I am 73 years old and have several life threatening conditions. It is very bad that I cant get any help from them.

Brought my 6 month in this week for his regular check up and shots. It was weird from the beginning. No social distancing or mask requirements in a packed tiny waiting room. Staff not wearing masks or masks beneath their nose and mouth. Very clear that there was no intention of a doctor seeing us at our appointment time of 1:30. Got there at 1:23 to fill out paperwork but it was locked. At 1:31 I was told that staff are on lunch until 1:30. I waited outside with my baby for 10 minutes before they let us in. I didnt get new patient paperwork until 1:40. I left at 1:45 when maskless patients came in and were not asked to mask up and I saw that the person at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask.

My family and I have been going to their office for years and its always a positive visit. The doctors, the staff, everyone is so nice and listen to every problem you have. Theyre very helpful and will do everything they can do to make sure your needs and concerns are heard. I wish I can give more stars. They deserve it. I recommend their office to a lot of my own friends and family.

I have been going here for about 1 1/2 years, I see multiple Drs and specialists in town and out, the wait time is everywhere people since the whole shut down! Anyways I love Natalie NP I see her everytime or for phone consults she is great and goes above and beyond to help me along with the staff. Not sure of all of their names but you ladies know who you are! I recommend giving this office a chance.

I have been going there for about 5 years now. I have with the people who works there. Even with my Dr. I know its hard to believe that one can have fun at a Dr. place. Everyone there are fun and very,very nice people. I joke with the nurses and my Dr. a course without disrespecting any of them. I wouldnt go to ANY Other Dr. office.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE AND SERVICES RECEIVED & I WILL DEFINITELY BE GETTING MY HEALTH NEEDS CARED FOR HERE ❤ #DOPENESS

We wanted to give this office a great review. They treated us so nice and all the ladies in this office was so wonderful. We went to get the coronavirus shot and they made us feel really comfortable. Liz gave us the shot and she has a wonderful hand, we didnt even feel a thing.

I was satisfied with my Covid vaccine shot. I was so impressed by the staff they’re all so polite and friendly even though it could get busy the girls in the back knows how to quickly put patients in. Thanks to Liz for helping us with the Covid appointment. I will definitely recommend my family to come in.

Ive been attending this clinic for years now! Everyone has been very helpful and was lucky enough to schedule my Covid Vaccines with zero trouble! Look forward to continuing my patronage.

New Staff new Drs. All i can say is WOW!! What a turn around!! The staff is efficient, fast, kind, and knowledgeable. The Drs. are so caring! Ive never had Drs. Who listen to me the way they do. Cheryl and Lisa are the best Drs. Ive come across in my 42 years!! The staff and Drs. Make me feel like family, not a patient! I cant recommend a better place! If your in hemet or San jacinto and you want to feel cared for I recommend this Drs. office. Im really happy with them and as long as I live here this is where ill be going!! Great job ladies!! So I have been going here for about 3 years and they improve there service every year. Thanks for taking good care of my kids you are greatly appreciated.

I was assigned this office by my healthcare provider. Called everyday and only got a voicemail, left messages and NEVER got a call back. Finally called right when they opened at 8:00, got the appointment, went in, staff is fine, doctor is fine, had to go back for blood work and waited an hour and a half!!! They are very slow and don’t return calls.

Dr. Monsin was amazing and service was great Lisa in the front desk always goes above and beyond .

I dont know why this place has negative reviews, but then again those reviews are old. This place is actually great and people are very friendly here. I even recommended it to my picky friends and they were happy with this clinic. I would keep recommending this place to people. Ignore the negative reviews and give it a chance.

1st time there, great staff my wait wasnt to bad. All in all everything was great and i will definitely be going back for check ups and stuff like that (even more someone like me who does not have insurance it didnt cost me a arm and leg)

I was very disappointed in this providers office. They referred me to the Hemet Heart Medical Center where I dealt with one of the worst providers i have met sorry PCC I will go else where you know Hipaa violations. It is sad that the quality of healthcare is so poor in this city.

How are you open and dont ever have a doctor on duty?????? I have been to this place a number of times and called. They open at 8 oclock and everytime I have been to receive services Ive been told I couldnt because there is no doctor on duty. What help is this to a community? They shouldnt even be open.

They really need to update their hours of operation as well as their telephone options when calling them.
