After neglecting my teeth for 6 years I have now been through four dentists until I finally was referred to generations dental by my parents who have been using them forever. Since my divorce has come to an end I decided that I was going to take care of that first and foremost for myself even though it was needed for a long time and just put off.I usually dont go out of my way to leave long-winded reviews but I think its important to know how incredible these people are and I have only been there for my first initial visit. The pictures were embarrassing of my teeth when I saw them but the fact they explained in detail in a comfortable way how they are going to try to keep and fix what you already have so you can keep your teeth as long as possible is incredible. The last three wanted to do Bridges temporary Bridges and all kinds of fancy celebrity teeth style stuff. Thats all great but thats not my thing. A decent smile and a healthy mouth is fine enough for me and this dentist and all the ladies that I met today here seem to be top notch. Im actually looking forward in the for the first time in my life to going back in 2 weeks for 2 or 3 hours and getting this done.Nobody likes jumping around dentists. Ive been to four now plus two other specialist one for root canal or multiples and one for an extraction of a wisdom tooth and more than medical. Dr Meyer and more than medical were great with the root canals and extractions and Im looking forward to having a smile that I can be proud of when generations is done.My mom and dad have been going here for many many years. Had to spend the first recommendation or for first place I went I wouldnt be in the situation I am in now where I was giving so many options and run arounds that I didnt know what to do and just ended up not doing anything. Keep up the good work! I actually look forward to coming back in a couple weeks. Whoever said that about a dentist?

I was able to quickly get in after an old filling came out over the weekend. Dr. Jim and staff were able to quickly work me in for a new crown. Great worksmanship and fit. THe staff is wonderful and they are obviously careful with their COVID safety practices

Each visit I’ve had a great experience! You can really tell you are cared for well. I enjoy both Dr. Jim and Dr. Kelly and you couldn’t find a better practice!

I cannot speak more highly of the experience I had at Dr. Jims office. I was my first visit as a new patient and I would not change anything. It was probably one of the best, most thorough experiences I have had at the Dentist. Dr. Jims team uses new technology in ways that involve the patient in the whole process and allows the patient to truly understand what the dentist is talking about when he assesses ones mouth and teeth. Great experience! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kelly examined my mouth and cleaned my teeth with a feather touch. As usual, I had a very pleasant and positive experience. Staff is polite, friendly and engaging. I highly recommend Generations Dental!

I visited generations dental today.... for The LAST TIME!!!!!The staff and doctors are nice, but they provided me with inaccurate estimated charges for some dental work. My actual bill was 3 times their estimate AND THE DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. No apologies, little remorse for THEIR ERROR and no offer to share in the financial damages. Very poor customer service. If they treat all their customers as they treated me, they will be out of business soon!

First class people, first class ++ results.Recommend highly.
