Bark River Dental is great when you can be seen. Ive never had a routine appointment actually be kept, they always call to reschedule and then theyre booking out for another month or two.

Dr Dan is seriously the best dentist Ive ever had! I have never felt any pain while he was preforming any work. Great chairside manner as well. All the other staff at Bark River Dental is great as well!

Best cleaning ever from Karla! I am 67 years old which means I have had my teeth cleaned about 130 times. I never miss a six month appointment. This specific cleaning was extremely thorough. Now I have Zero plaque and zero stains....feels good. Would strongly recommend Bark River Dental in Hartland WI.

Being a long time patient of Dr. Smiths at the Jackson park location. The bark river dental group had some big shoes to fill. I will say that it did not disappoint. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in and upon leaving. Sarah was a phenomenal hygienist. Very informative and thorough. I’m glad that I have been able to be part of such a fantastic dental team at both locations.

Im 62 years old and in all my years of going to the dentist I finally found the dentist Ive been looking for all these years. Ive been with bark River dental for about 10 years now Dr Dan is my personal dentist at the clinic, and in my opinion theres nobody better. While waiting for my first new patient appointment, I fractured a tooth. I was seen the same day that I called and I really appreciated that. I found the office staff to be professional and friendly. I felt comfortable with the first ‘Hello.’

The entire team at Bark River Dental made my experience very comfortable. From the doctor, to the dental assistant, to the office personnel, everyone I had interacted with made my visit stress-free. They made sure that I fully understood the procedures and answered any questions that I had.

I am new to the area and I broke a crown. From my first call I was hooked on Bark River Dental. I could tell they actually cared about my situation and they were able to get me in the next day. When I walked in I felt at home, they already had my insurance taken care of and since I moved it was new insurance . I didnt even have my cards yet and they took care of everything. Dr. Paul Smith actually took time and was not in a hurry even though there were other patients he needed to see. He explained every detail to me along the way. BarkRiver Dental has been there for my kids and I for years. They respond to emergencies too. One year my youngest had knocked out her two front teeth at a park and they saw her immediately. Theyre the best dentist weve ever had and Ive had many being a veteran.

We started going to Bark River 7 years ago due to their advanced dentistry equipment. Im always amazed to see new tool and tech in the office. And the folks there are top notch, too. Very professional and friendly. After having more than 5 dentists over the years, it nice to be able to settle down with Bark River.

We found Bark River Dental Group through a search for our insurance providers. We couldnt be more thrilled with the group! Any doctor in the group is kind, thorough, and responsive. My first contact was an emergency visit and what I thought would end with a root canal was resolved with an antibiotic. The hygienist I see remembers me with every visit and our appointments are quick and painless.

Wonderful staff and I’m impressed with the thorough cleaning and evaluations. I have been to dentists before that are quick to want to fill a spot they see on an X-ray- but not these Dentist’s- they watch and review. My three kids (7, 10, 12) also go there and they are just as good with them!

I needed to be seen for a painful tooth. With the covid 19 virus still prevalent I am nervous about going anywhere, and I felt very safe at their clinic. They were very professional and took proper precautions, and we made a plan for my tooth. Great place.

It was fun listening to my hygienist as she cleaned my teeth and hummed Christmas carols with the music that played in the background. I followed Super Technician Karla to Bark River when my old dentist retired. I have no dental insurance but I value my teeth and gums at age 81, so I go to the highest quality dental service I know of: Bark River Dental Service. I may pay more, but I know Im getting the best. The old adage: you get what you pay for .I went to Bark River Dental today (12/7/2020) because of a broken crown. I was treated with respect and great care. I consider the work done to be of the highest quality. There will be no other dental group to draw me away for the rest of my life.

Ashley is an amazing hygienist. Virtually pain free cleaning from a guy who takes average care of his teeth. Usually have some pain but with her suggestions from my last cleaning to this it was as pleasant an experience as an appointment like this can be.

This dentist office is amazing! My dad recommended me here, even though I live in the suburb of Milwaukee I drive all the way out here for their service! There is nothing bad I could say about them. I needed a filling asap and they put me in for same week, meds they prescribed me werent effective and had a new medication 1 hour later, the list goes on. Dr. Dan, Sarah, Gabby, and the front desk ladies are so wonderful. :)

I never enjoy having dental work done, but I do enjoy having healthy teeth. I like Bark River Dental Group because I am treated with respect. The staff is cordial and answer my questions. They try to make me as comfortable as possible. I like being able to look out large windows and watch the birds and sometimes a sand hill crane from the dental chair.

My experience at Bark River Dental was excellent! The staff was warm and inviting from the moment I walked through the door. I had grown to truly loathe going to the dentist being that I had not visited a single one that was gentle or explained what they were doing. Bark River Dental was everything I feel a dentist should be plus more! Tina was my dental hygienist and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable/relaxed from the start and was extremely gentle with her procedure. I would highly recommend her to any one wishing to visit this facility!!

My family and I have been going here for years. We really enjoy the staff and doctors. My only complaint (which is making us find a new dentist), the appointments are TERRIBLE. Dont even think about rescheduling because you will be booked out six more months, which is not an exaggeration. If you need a filling, you will be booked out at least two months. It really is a shame because we like going here a lot. Bark River Dental should stop taking new clients if they cant service the ones they already have.

Bark River Dental does a great job for their patients! They are very pleasant to deal with and are extremely accommodating. I was first referred to them after having a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in the next day and completely took care of the pain! They have convenient hours and they even have TVs in the room! They really do make a trip to the dentist as pleasant as possible.

They were outstanding until I was deployed Before I left they said we were all paid up, when I returned they had sent a bill to collections and would not work with me. The bill more then doubled.

Dr. Dan, Brittany and staff have been taking care of me for a year now. My experiences with Bark River Dental have been nothing but positive!I’ve had cleanings, a root canal, and several crowns installed by this team. This is no small feat where I am concerned given my extreme sensitivity to tooth pain and the paralytic fear it can cause a person. Bravo guys! Take a bow!!

My visit was painless and quick. This was preventive work found during a cleaning. Preventive work saves money in the long run.

They are courteous, schedule appointments around my schedule. They explain what is going on and answer my questions. I usually do not have to wait beyond my scheduled time.

Hygienist is fine. Annoyed by the new dentist’s chair-side manner, or lack there of.

Great group of employees and excellent service. The dental work is excellent and the doctors are very knowledgeable.

In the last several weeks I have had dental work done by this fine group for a broken crown necessitating a new one and also for an infected abscess necessitating a root canal. Wasnt looking forward to either, of course, but the staff was great and Im now on the finishing end of both procedures.

Rude front desk staff and never had any openings. Had dental work done and complained about pain. They kept having me come back and didn’t get the issue resolved until visit #4 after the initial work was done. Not going back anymore.
