I have been going to Bailey Family Dental for 10 years. I had been having issues with waking up in the middle of the night with jaw pain & headaches. I had tried a mouth guard but hated wearing it. Then, Dr Bailey had suggested Botox injections in my jaw for relief. This was 6 months ago and I couldn’t be more comfortable.. no more jaw pain!! I have been keeping up my maintenance injections to every 3 months. Would highly recommend discussing this with Dr Bailey to those that might be experiencing TMJ/ jaw pain.

I luckily found Dr. Richard Bailey and his team. The entire team treats you like family, they care about your needs and will do whatever they can to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Sidenote, If you are like me and dealing with extremely old fillings or teeth that need to be crowned, consider a GOLD crown! I have several porcelain crowns and the Gold crown is by far the most comfortable crown I have. I love it so much Im in the process of getting another one! I would choose gold over porcelain every time. Dr. Bailey is hands down, the best dentist I have ever had, he is a dental magician!! Look no further...your teeth (and your nerves, if you are a nervous nelly like me) will thank you! :)

Best dental office Ive ever been to! Both doctors are super skilled and great chairside manner. My hygienist was so thorough and my teeth felt to clean and smooth. The front desk staff have the best smiles and welcomed me the first step through the door. And did I mention the extras? What a difference a GREAT dental practice can make!! I suffer from extreme arthritis in my jaw and going to the dentist was a painful, stressful thing to do. Since being recommended to Bailey Family Dental, that has changed. I had the prep work for a crown done yesterday and I can say that I had no discomfort at all. Dr. Terese and Mary were outstanding. I was even given a warm blanket and neck wrap. Lydia does my cleanings and she uses the same great care for me in minimizing the stress on my jaw. Great experience. How many dentists do you know that will answer a question at 12 am during a pandemic? I was having slight pain as I noticed that I had an adult baby tooth that decided to get infected. I didnt think I would be able to get much help due to the COVID 19 pandemic as a lot if not all dentists were closed, so I sent them a message just asking him advice on what I can do to tide this over till the Pandemic was over. Now, mind you, this was probably around 11PM or 12 AM. I was just hoping that they would see it in the morning and get back to me. Instead, I get an answer right away! There are good dentists out there, many of them, but I dont recall having one care for their patients so well and empathy that they would do that. Thank you!. So I explained the situation and was able to do a video conference with Dr Bailey. He was able to see that there was an abscess and it needed attention ASAP. Since I am an existing patient he was able to proscribe me with an antibiotic and provided me with advice on care. Over the next week he checked in with me periodically to monitor my progress with multiple calls and video chats. Finally they were able to get me in a week later to do an emergency removal of the tooth. All precautions were taken as far as masks, temperature checks disinfecting your hands and even the soles of my shoes. I felt save from the pain of the tooth and had no fear of COVID 19 infection at any point during my visit. Folks, in order to be successful in the field of dentistry, or any field, you need to be good at what you do. Dr Bailey easily has that covered. But the Baileys take this to the next level by showing his patients genuine care and empathy, knowing that these situations can be painful or worse if left alone. Thats Family Dentistry at its finest. You cant teach that. Thank you again Dr Bailey, staff and family.

I found out about this practice through a mutual friend nearly 10 years ago. Prior to that, I avoided the dentist at all costs due to several bad experiences with a childhood dentist. But, I had a tooth emergency and needed to be seen. I called the office and explained my past experience and fear and asked if they could work with me.They were very compassionate and invited me to come in. They did everything to put me at ease. The experience was just so different from what I was used to. No condescending lectures, no rough cleanings, etc.After that one time, I have become a regular patient.I used to get pits in my stomach weeks before an appointment. Not any more. Years later, they continue the same care and compassion as the first appointment.The office is clean and welcoming. All of the staff are super friendly. I cant say enough about this place. I have a dental check -up today after work and am not stressed at all. The little perks they offer (movie, massaging chairs, neck pillows, bottled water and coffee, etc) make it something that I can actually relax through. Just put on the headphones, watch the movie , forget about work, and walk out with shiny teeth and a healthy mouth!Thanks Bailey Family Dental!

I was greeted by smiling faces and I checked in with the new paperless system. I was offered complimentary comfort amenities to make my dental experience more relaxing. I used the warm neck wrap and hand treatment, and both were wonderful! Lydia cleaned my teeth gently and thoroughly, and afterwards, Jenny assisted Dr. Terese Bailey during my implant crown appointment. The two of them worked together seamlessly and asked questions to make sure Id be happy with the end result. Had to visit twice to get a crown put in. Was a little tough to get into them at a workable time initially for my work schedule, but they did great once we did. They made my daughter, who is often anxious at the dentist, more comfortable and gave her a manicure while I had my teeth cleaned. The team is friendly, helpful and help create a great atmosphere.

Dr. Bailey checked my mouth for oral cancer which had NEVER been done before from other dentists that I had been to. She also took the time out of her busy day to try something new out for my front teeth to see if it would make them look better. This is above and beyond customer service that you get now a days for sure!! My teeth were also cleaned better than any other dentist had ever done in the past. When I received my whitening trays, I thought I was going to just pick them up and go. That was not the case!! They brought me back, had me try them on to make sure they fit, and also explained every step to ensure there was no confusion on my end. Might I add the prices were PHENOMENOL? We were new to the area and were looking for a good family dentist for myself, my husband and our 4 girls ages 9,6,4,3. I just happened upon Bailey Family Dental and I feel very lucky I did! We have been seeing the docs there for 2 years and my girls actually look forward to going to the dentist. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Sara is wonderful with the girls and Dr. Terese is very gentile and thorough. They love the fact that they can pick movies to watch, wear sunglasses, and even have their nails painted after. Overall, it has been a great experience and, after having been to many different dentists in the past including a dedicated pediatric dentist, I can say we have enjoyed it here the most. I love that our girls dont dread dental visits, even my 3 yo. I would recommend them to everyone, kids or no kids.

I had a front tooth that needed a root canal and Dr. Bailey did it painlessly! My front tooth had darkened a bit and Dr. Bailey whiten it from the inside and now you can not tell it was once dark. The staff was so friendly and polite. Never a bit of pain. I would highly recommend Bailey Family Dental!Thank you all for a nice white smile again!

I used to be so nervous to go to the dentist, but since I started going to Bailey Family Dental, theres nothing to worry about anymore! The staff is friendly, helpful and deals well with nervous patients. If I ever need any work done more than a cleaning, I know I can lie back with the sound blocking headphones and enjoy a good movie while they work away. They help make payment plans that work for you, and have great hours for people who dont want to take too much time off of work for an appointment. I have recommended many friends and coworkers here, and even if it is a little out of the way from where you work or live, it is WELL worth the drive!

I have had excellent experiences with both doctors at bailey family dental. They are wonderful to work with and have helped me in so many ways. I lost my front teeth as a child and Dr Rich took out the old restorations and made the new restorations look much better. And Dr Terese was there when I needed some immediate attention right before my wedding - I cant tell you how appreciative I was!!!

I have been going to Bailey Family Dental for a few years now and I cant say enough how enjoyable the experience has been. Everyone is very polite and friendly, and the service and results Ive been able to take advantage of have been excellent. The two hygienists I have worked with, Sarah and Lydia, do a great job not only with the cleanings but also making you comfortable in a situation that tends to otherwise be anything but. All in all a great place that is run by great people that I would recommend to anyone looking to improve upon their current dental situation.

I had my first visit to Bailey Family Dental a few weeks ago. The office was inviting, comfortable, and the people were very friendly. I was getting a teeth cleaning and required x-rays because I was a new patient. The entire experience was pleasant and stress-free. Mary and Breanna were fun and professional. Dr. Bailey explained the xrays to me completely and answered any questions I had enthusiastically :) This is my new, regular dentist!!

We have been coming here every 6 mos for 4 years. They are always friendly and my children have never been afraid. We especially love that they will paint the girls fingernails after they are done and let them watch movies. I also love the free Keurig coffee and sometimes they have cookies. They also do not pressure you.

I had a toothache and called my dentist who advertises 24 hr emergency service in Delafield. It was 12 noon Thursday and I was told that they are closing in a half hour, are not open on Friday and had no appointments on Monday.I called Bailey Family Dental and even so they had no appointments available said I could come in right away. The office staff was wonderful. They were so helpful and the Dentist was super nice. He made me feel welcome and took care of my toothache.Needless to say that this will be my new Dentist.

We LOVE Bailey Family Dental!! I hated the dentist growing up, so we looked hard to find a dentist that would give our children a good experience. Bailey Family Dental is it. My kids BEG to go to the dentist and they have been known to be in tears when a sibling gets to go and they dont. We love the staff and there are movies, nail painting, prizes....its like a birthday party every time.
