You know in the age of technology and the drastic change to HIGH deductibles and copays, care providers need to understand and accept that patients have a choice where they spend there money. Gone are the days where insurance pays the majority of the medical service charges.How is it that a medical receptionist can SHOVE a piece of papYouer in your face and say SIGN HERE without asking or explaining what you are signing and showing major attitude when you question.I will NEVER utilize this office again. I have never experienced such disdain in the YEARS I have been coming to your office.I had to edit my review as Dr Sokolow explained the day, not an excuse but an explanation. I really appreciated that because he could have ignored it and went about his day. I do hope she is educated for future visits, though. Imaging is expensive and not always fun.I must also thank the Radiology Technicians because they truly care about what they do and whom they do it for. Much appreciated
